The auto store is the worst. Horrible, terrible customer service. They are horrible and terrible about ordering parts and getting them delivered to the store. They are horrible and terrible when it comes to customer follow-up and customer contact on keeping you informed on when your order comes. They will call your home 🏑 phone number and and not leave a message about whether your order has arrived or did not show up. Just ridiculous customer service πŸ˜‘πŸ‘Ž

First of all when you say you open at 7:30 AM main doors open at 7:30 not 7:50 AM. This store in Midland on S. Rankin Highway is a far cry from their Andrews Street location. The only reason I went to the store because they had the part I need .Service I gave it a four star told the lady what I needed she got it check me out pretty quick.To corporate if you website says a certain hour tell the employees at that store and change the time on the door it’s hard to figure out what time y’all open if you have three different times advertised

Was a great store. I’ve spent thousands in here. One day I went in there and asked to use the restroom before I placed my order. The guy said it wasn’t open for the public. I had to leave and drive to a place down the street since I had just got done with a 2hour drive lol. Since then I’ve just went to another store that has better customer service.

On the way home from a trip on I-20 about 2 miles east of Midland. My family was caravaning in two separate cars. I was behind my wife . The tail light lense of the car she was driving suddenly blew off the rear drivers side and busted into tiny pieces right in front of me. So we had to stop and figure out what to do so that we wouldnt get a ticket. This store had the temporary tail light patch tape that kept the car legal until we got it home and able to order a replacement lense.

I had a reading from another auto parts store that there might be trouble with my alternator, even though I was having no problems whatsoever. I explained my concerns to Erica and she came out and tested my car. She had me turn on the heater, high beams and rev the engine (which the other competitor store did not do). They were able to confirm that there was actually nothing wrong with my alternator or car.Erica was so thorough, professional and knowledgeable. She explained everything to me and was patient and reassuring. Wonderful customer service!

I am giving this advance auto a 1star I would put zero but its not letting me cause when I went there there was this person named erika shes a so called manager and she was very rude to me . people dont go to this place she didnt even have a face mask just shows how much she cares about customers and she gots no customer service if its not for us customers yall wouldnt have a job Id rather go to auto zone or oReilly so corporate I am letting you know you got a careless manager in that store you want to lose customers keep that careless manager Ill take my business to another auto place.
