Greatest Customer Service.I took a road trip with a small caravan of Toyota Supras to Las Vegas from Houston in October. Got a flat about 30 minutes before Abilene. Saw this was the nearest tire shop available, once I arrived I was greeted at the door told them I was on my way to Vegas. Told them I needed to repair my Rear Driver side tire, they said no problem but it might a take a lil bit. Within the Hour my tire was patched up and ready to go. I could not believe the low price. I wish I could remember the guys name at the register but Thank You.

I live in Midland and work in Odessa and woke up to find I had a nail in my front tire. I was very aware if I went to most tire companies-I would be waiting in a long line for the business to open then I should plan on being there all morning. I have read good reviews on Bill Williams Tire Center and my son-in-law strongly suggested I go there. I am so glad that I followed this advice. I parked my car and immediately a gentleman who was working on a car pointed me in the right direction to the office. As I was walking to the office another man asked what I was there for and he said go in and help me. I walked in and another man took my information before he was finished the gentleman that said he would help walked in and took my keys. I waited for a very short period of time and then I was told my tire was fixed and have a nice day. WOW!!! What? I asked so that’s it, he said yes cars ready. Ok, how much and where do I pay? Nothing to pay, it was only a flat tire. Well to me it was a lot and I greatly appreciated the professionalism, kindness and the consideration of my time . Thank you !!!!

My son went to Bill Williams to get his tire patched. He ended up needing a new tire because it was in such bad shape. Baltimore really treated him well, gave him a fair price and got our son in and out quickly. We have been here many times and are always treated well! Thanks again

Awesome customer service! I got a flat tire that I had to change the night before I went. I was going to drop the tire off and pick it up the next day. The salesperson offered to fix the flat and put it back on for me. It only took 15 minutes. When I went to pay he told me that there was no charge! Thanks for your help!

Went to get a interstate battery today, well they didnt have the one I needed. WOW!!! I read the reviews and opted to call for mobile tire service. The service tech, Adrian, was so courteous and helpful. Then the gentleman who was actually contracted to come out and provide service, Margarito, was so professional and kind. I just needed a tire changed but for certain I will be a customer in future.

Went there this morning. Service was fast, polite, and professional. Honestly haven’t received this kind of service, especially for auto services, in midland but highly recommend.

The employees up front are super awesome guys. I had to get an oil change and a new tire, but needed it done rather quickly they did just that. The only problem was my bill was almost 400$ the tire was 120$ 280$ for oil change yikes.

Awesome place to get truck and trailer tires. The prices are great but the customer service is TOP shelf. This is one of the few places that the customer service is first priority. I will most DEFINITELY be using this place again anytime Im in the area and need tire service.

I used to keep a commercial account with these guys. It’ll be closed today.Needed a set of tires we had in the shop mounted for a work truck. I couldn’t remember if we bought them from Bill Williams, new sales guy said sorry “bud” can’t help you out.I’ve done business with Bill Williams for 10 years. Guess I’ll go to Forrest now. Pretty disappointed

One star....less than impressed I dropped my truck off at about 1:30 and was told it would be done by 5. At about 4 I stopped in noticing it had been pulled inside to see progress and was told rudely they had been busy and hadn’t started but he said he’d tell them I was there. I waited until 5 and asked him again how they were coming along on it, he said they still hadn’t started. I got my pickup and left.

Paid almost $80 for a rotate and balance on a small compact car. West Texas oil boom price robbery at its finest. They asked me basic info for the computer. I guess having a Dallas address was a bad idea to give them. Automatic lets screw this city slicker label.Advise all to stick with Discount Tire when you can!!!!They did however have good customer service....

Let me tell you about a great bunch of guys in the big truck shop. They are freaking unbelievablely Awesome. They helped out in so many ways and they were quick at the work at hand. NOT sure how to thank you guys . I will tell all of your attributes to anyone headed to the Midland area.

Got my trailer tire replaced and on my way quick. Best price I found between Big Spring and Odessa.

RV trailer tire blew out on the side of the road, couldnt really go anywhere like that and expect the rim to survive. Placed calls to four different places, these guys are the only ones to actually answer the phone. Great service.One downside, service vehicle took awhile and charged us more milage than was reasonable (40 miles when we where 15 miles away). Couldnt find any other problems though.

While traveling we discovered we had a valve stem (inside dual) problem with our Motorhome tire on a Saturday morning. Staff at Bill Williams could not have been nicer, told us to bring it over. The staff huddled around, diagnosed the problem and fix and had us on our way in minutes. Cudos to the staff at Bill Williams!

Good people great service a little pricey

If I could give 0 stars I would. I dropped off my truck for a set of new tires at noon today and was told that it would be a hour to hour and a half. No big deal that is reasonable. 3 HOURS LATER I go back to pick up my truck thinking that they forgot to call when it was ready and it was still sitting in the same spot. I walk in and the guy at the counter starts panicking and says that they have been really busy and it would be another 45 minutes to a hour. Which would have been more believable if every bay wasnt empty. Save yourself a lot of time and go somewhere else

Terrible experience. 3 hours for a tire rotation and air check with only two cars in front. 1.5 hours into it they put the truck on the rack so i couldnt leave. Took another 1.5 hours to finish rotation. After leaving, one tire had 85 psi and three others had a range from 60 to 65. Also the hub cabs on the 2017 f250 have a have a center cap insert that allows you to acces the locking hubs on the front. They werent transferred to the rear so i could not access the locking hubs on the front. Trailer tire yes but never a vehicle. The gentleman in front of me had been there 7 hours for new tires.

The staff was excellent and very courteous, and I was in and out within 30 minutes! Highly recommended

I am updating a Review i did 2 years ago. The Alignment there is very Fickle. If you own a Japanese or American car, the Alignment they do there is Good although it is 20 to 30 dollars more than any other place like Firestone which is just as good for these type of cars. If you have a European car like Mercedes, they can sometimes get the Alignment correct or Not. 2 years ago they aligned a 2002 Mercedes very well and i Was very happy. This year they did not fix a pulling issue on an 08 mercedes even after they charged 120 dollars for a totally useless alignment. Instead they blamed the car saying it can not be aligned. I went to another Alignment shop in Midland nearby who Actually Do Understand Mercedes and European cars (NOT the Alderson dealer) and Installed the Camber/caster bolts needed to Align the car. Car is now PERFECT which they said can NOT be Aligned. They lost me as a customer. I aligned over 4 different cars there but never again.

Came in and got new tires on a company truck. When they mounted the tires they broke the valve stem and neglected to tell anyone, or do the right thing and fix it then and there. Now we’ve had to take time off again to come back and get the valve stem fixed, and instead of making things right taking fifteen minutes and fixing our leak, they said it’ll take an hour or more... guy at the counter said it wasn’t their fault and that we would just have to wait. Needless to say we won’t be back.

The guys here came through for me when no one else would! There I was about to head back to Lubbock for the weekend when I got a flat on my way out by the Oxy building. Asked my friends where I should go (as I have run-flat tires) and they recommended discount tire. I called discount tire who said theyd be able to fix it, so I drove about 3 miles to their store. Upon talking to another clerk at the store, I come to find out theres a 2.5 hour wait that they didnt bother mentioning over the phone! Started caling tire shops in Midland one by one, all telling me they either had a long wait or wouldnt be able to look at it till after the weekend. Finally, I called Bill Williams and they agreed to wait for me to get there (about 15-20 mins cause I had to drive slowly) and they ended up patching the tire up for free!Ive recommended them to all my friends eversince; definitely the most reliable tire shop out of all the ones Ive come into contact with. Great customer service; they really came in clutch during my time of need. Thanks guys!
