After having difficulties at the big tire discounter in Midland, I gave Midland Tire a try. Ive been there 3 times now for trailer tires and SUV tires. Theyre very fast and honest. Friendly, too.

Wasnt really that cheap for a used tire. Cost me 65 for one used tire. It was close and opened otherwise I would of went to Dans Tire in Saginaw who charge me 20 bucks for a used tire. Besides, the tire technician had more customer service attitude than the dude behind the counter. The counter guy acted as though I wasnt worth his time cuz I bought used tires. The tire technician was polite and friendlier. He should get a raise. The reason I gave 2 stars was for the technician. Otherwise I give no stars or negative. Used tire was pricey.

Went to get an alignment last Friday and they kept my car for over an hour. Once they finally called me they said that I needed 3 parts so they didn’t complete the job. I went to get my car and they charged me $54 for absolutely nothing. Went back today with the parts and they did the alignment. Once it was done they told me it would be over $400 when I was originally quoted $80. Would not recommend!!!!!

Great customer service and quality workmanship!

Blew a tire on highway and had to get towed. Called Midland Tire and Auto before being towed to inquire about tires and prices. They had used tires available which was what I was looking for. I told them I would call when vehicle was towed there so that they were aware. Called a half hour after my vehicle was towed there and the staff had already put a tire on my vehicle and it was all set. I was able to pay over the phone too. Very satisfied with company and would recommend!

I went in to get my AC compressor installed because it turned out to be more trouble then expected. They installed the unit I bought fast and for an excellent price! Highly recommend these guys! Very good at what they do, very friendly and helpful!

Tried screwing my father in law over. All he needed was tires and an alignment. Tried selling him a few other repairs that were not needed and another shop verified nothing about it needed replaced. So wont recommend these guys. And another guy I know they put parts on his vehicle without saying anything and still tried to charge him.

I got 4 used tires here. They were all in excellent condition, and for a good price.

I was following a flatbed truck pulling a long trailer a stone flew off the trucks flatbed and shattered my windshield so badly I couldnt see to drive safely. I immediately pulled onto Midland Tire & Auto driveway a employee immediately kicked me out and threatened my with bodily harm.I had an emergency and if you cant help and are that abusive when a person has an emergency then youre useless.

Great Service Nicholas has been behind the counter a long time and has helped many of my friends and family out and. Unlike some places you can get in and out most days quickly. I would definitely recommend going to see them or at least give them a call before you buy your next set of tires. Thank you to your entire staff I appreciate your hard work

I needed an alignment. Called and got an appointment. They finished the work in less than an hour. They also gave me a before and after printout from the alignment machine. Thank you.

Had a brand new set of tires installed at this establishment and have had a bead leak for a couple weeks, I found the bead leak, went in told them my BRAND NEW tires had a bead leak after being installed by there establishment and they said unless I paid for them to re do the tire then they werent going to touch them when muffler man and discount tire would fix the bead leak for free and they have never touched my tires. The manager of that place is trash. I do not recommend getting any work done there. They do not stand behind it.

The guys here know me by first name. The do great work the first time so I dont need to go back for adjustments. I get a loaner so it doesnt interfere with my day.

Came and had a brand new tire patched with a screw in it. They used a rope plug to patch the hole. Cost me 150$ for a new tire. They had nothing in there computer to show that I was there. Had a guy walk up from the back room and tell me that little jobs dont need transaction records which definitely sounds shady. Ill never go back there. Definitely do not know what they are doing for a longer running business in Midland.

My vehicle was sub-let to midland tire for an alignment issue. 2 months later my 67 and 68 year old parents were accused of committing a crime that occurred on the date their vehicle was in the shop. Their personal vehicle was used not only for personal errands of the employees, but used to steal money from an ATM. Was not offered so much as an apology. Would HIGHLY recommend not using Midland Tire, unless you would like police showing up at your door.

I went to Midland Tire & Auto today to check why my rear passenger tire is losing air slowly. I asked if they can do the patch work and I was told they would do an inspection to find out the problem with the tire. After waiting for 45 mins they pulled my car out of their store and they guy who collected my car keys showed up and asked $26.50. Ive tried to find out what was wrong in it he was trying to explain that there was a corrosion between the tire and rim and theyve sealed it.Now my complain is according to Michigan State Law Michigan law (A GUIDE TOTHE AUTO REPAIR LAW) requires you to give every customer a written estimate when the cost of repairing a vehicle is $20 or more. But I did not received any. However, he asked to me to sign on the credit card receipt and on the work order once Ive paid the money. Around the Midland City I found out there are multiple Tire repair stores they do it for free! But Midland Tire & Auto is changing customer without even letting them know! This money are earned by hard works and they are robbing money like this!I would like to create awareness among people here in Midland that make them careful about Midland Tire & Autos shady business!

Simple tire plug, I asked the guy 3 times how much and he said they had to assess it. They already had my keys so I asked to know the price first. Fixed it without telling me and charged about 5 times what anyone else would. These guys are con artists, go somewhere else

Had my wife call to check out prices on tires. The guy was completely rude, inconsiderate and had HORRIBLE customer service(gave her an attitude). Regarding their ability to install ignition interlock devices:This company is marginal at best when it comes to installation of these devices. I have had two of them installed through this location (the original and an update) and both times something was done wrong. Considering the legal ramifications that go along with these devices not being installed correctly and the states view of everyones word against yours mentality, I strongly advise NOT getting your ignition interlock device installed at Midland Tire & Auto. When it comes to something of this importance, this place is very unqualified and unwilling to help when they have done something wrong. ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY. They were not willing to accommodate the hours I work so they could resolve the problem they caused and had a severe lack of urgency regarding their problem. Midland tire did tell me the issue was with my remote start (which I asked them to unhook when the device was initially installed and they didnt) and that I could try unhooking a plug under my dash, which is fine, but if I unhooked the wrong one, I am now charged with tampering with the device, which causes me to lose my ability to drive. I was told by the interlock supplier that it was not Midland Tires responsibility to unhook the remote start, but could if I took it back to them. So if they truly could unhook the remote start, then they ignored my request. Or they cant, and are out right lying to me. This was the point when I washed my hands of this rundown shop and took my business else where. Poor customer relations coupled with an obvious lack of organization and ability to do good work has earned them exactly what they deserve. In closing, good work isnt cheap and cheap work isnt good. Ironically, this place is not cheap or good. Seek installation else where.

Went in to get a tire replaced and was not informed that they put the wrong size tire on. A few weeks later I took my car into a garage that told me one of my tires was the wrong size and that could be causing problems. Dont you think a tire place would know what size to put on? If youre going to do a job do it right. Now i could be paying for repairs possibly caused by their inability to check tire sizes

I have used this company for years (1-2 sets of tires a year + alignments - well over $1500 a year), but apparently they dont appreciate my business. I was misquoted a price on the phone for some repairs ($300 difference - not just small change), but I when I questioned the manager, he told me 6 times that I had misheard him because he NEVER makes that mistake...ever. BTW, I had called for a price check from the competition before okaying the repairs, and the quoted price was right in line w/ the competition, so he ended up being $300 higher. I told the manager that he would lose my business and that I would write online reviews, but he was very arrogant - so here I am. Advice: get it in writing every time and check around for prices.

I cannot believe how bad I just got robbed. The only reason I came here was because I needed my tensioner assembly and serpentine belt replaced after they gave out while going down the highway. I bought my own parts at Circle auto, and when I went to Midland tire I asked them how much it would be. They said it was going to be 200 dollars for 30 minutes worth of work. I couldnt believe it. If I wouldve had any other options I wouldve laughed and taking my car somewhere else but it had to be done as soon as possible. I will never bring my car back here, I will never go to them again, and I will never refer anyone here. This is highway robbery, pure and simple

Went to get a alignment worst place ever didnt fix anything at all then when I went back in they refused to even look at it n said the tires must be bad ended up taking it to muffler man n I had a bad inner tie rod which I ended up getting fix n aligned for the same price of their fake alignment since they would of found the problem if they did.....never again
