Very well run service area: clean and professional.

They work in your car 🚗 in minutes like in speed way, one checking multi points, other changing the oil, if you need tire rotation two work on, and one making sure all is done right....I highly recommend toyota service.

Was told by salesman that my vehicle was going to require $3,000 to repair Cadillac sensory issues. Ended up losing around $40,000 because of this employee. Am currently in Toyota and do not feel safe, brake issues, over charging, didnt properly balance tires. Legally not happy with their mistake.

I had an appointment for my car. They had my part to repair it. And it didnt take very long to put on the part. I was glad it didnt take long.

Very negative experience. The vehicle I was coming to see was filthy inside - clearly no effort was made to even make a quick pass with a vacuum inside. Pictures did not reveal how incredibly scratched up the vehicle was. The asking price was almost $20k on a vehicle worth maybe ~ $11k. We had worked out details on an alternative vehicle and when it came to a mechanic inspection the two dealers were very resistant, pushing the purchase of a warranty instead. They did not want that vehicle inspected. I elected to leave, and while I want to be careful about any judgement of another persons character/honesty, I felt like trusting this dealership was high risk. They seemed manipulative, as if I had done something wrong by choosing to not purchase a car. It was absurd all around. A sister facility - Auto-Inc I believe, was better, but still problematic. I wouldnt agree to the dealers price and Chris actually almost slammed his hands on the table in disagreement. He was so angry. Not the kind of place Id want to be. It was like a scene in a bad movie not worth seeing. I would avoid returning, and I would be very careful here if you need to purchase a vehicle through them.

Ive been very pleased having my 2005 Camry Solara serviced at Toyota of Midland. Lupe Rayos, Assistant Service Manager, is a delight to work with. Hes friendly, professional, takes his time with his clients and gives my little old car the same attention hed give to a newer one. They send me toa guy named Lupe because he speaks spanish and when I get there he was really rude and didnt want to help me, so someone else ended up helping me. Really Unprofessional. Wouldnt recomend this service advisor.
