They did an awesome job!At the mall, somebody did a big scratch with a weird tool to my electric blue dodge charger, they cover it and paint it the same color, cant see the diference! THANK YOU GUYS, IM APPRECIATING

This guys dont respect appointment,neither do they communicate with their customers,i give my car there,when getting it back it was full dirt, they didnt take times to clean itwell,and inside my car. have terrible odor till now for more than a week .

I took my Sierra Denali in for repair. They did a great job and had it done quickly. Very professional and straightforward. I highly recommend bringing your vehicle here for collision repair. Especially if you have insurance with State Farm.

I went in June 2019 after massive hailstorm. Gave copies of my insurance claim. They said it would be Nov. before they could get to me and that was reasonable because everyone had hail damage. I had not heard from them so I went back 12-16-19 and was told to go somewhere else because they no longer did hail damage. Not even a courtesy call. Would not trust them, I guess my $9000 wasnt good enough for them. Never going back again

We had some body work done on our Audi and triple a & j did a great job, but we did have some technical issues after we got it back. They did a great job making sure our needs were met and everything was to our satisfaction. And we were on a tight deadline. They offered great customer service and had follow-through.

Courteous and informative estimator. Got parts ordered in a timely manner, and fender was fixed on the same day. What’s more, they cleaned my car when I came to pick it up! Extremely pleased with the service!

Great place to take a damaged vehicle

I wouldn’t recommend this shop to anyone. My sons truck was there for 2 and half months . The he was driving to work and his grill fell off so did his license plate . The to top it off my son got into another wreckage to come and find out the didn’t hook up the air bags . Thank goodness it wasn’t a head on . The we were waiting on the tow truck and we were noticing that the Bumper and grill had writing all over that the just painted over .

Ive taken 2 vehicles here, and both times Triple A&J fixed my vehicles quickly and did a great job on the body work. They are a select service with Statefarm so all the paperwork, payments all get done by them. Cant get easier then that.

Horrible experience, when I got my car back I noticed the tailgate was closing on its own, was told that it was already like that, it was a wear and tear weird because my vehicle was fine when I dropped it off. I had asked to make sure to get the inside panel in the back fixed where the air bag was and the seat belt. They didnt even touch that area. They kept saying it was a hail claim not a collision, hello I send them pictures of how bad it was when the window was busted.. My car was full of dust and dirt everywhere where they worked on the repairs. They did offer to pay for a detail job, but my main problem is the tailgate and seat belt, they dont listen to the problems they take it upon themselves to fix other items to get more money from the insurance company. Would not recommend them to anyone.

My ex got her car fixed here after am accident. The work was professionally done and the car looked brand new.

Its been over a year now that my accident occured. The ONLY reason I had my car towed to this place is because State Farm said this shop was on their list and the work they did would have a lifetime guarantee. Well apparently since this shop is on State Farms list they didnt send out their own adjuster. My car was hit while I was driving 80mph on I-20 near Monahans by a car that decided to drive the wrong way on the interstate. I immediately knew my car would be totaled. BUT this shop didnt think so. Once my car was fixed I had to take it back a couple of times for a list of reasons. Did they fix everything they should have? NOPE. The lights for various problems are still lit up on my dashboard. My car literally sqeaks and makes all kinds of noises when im driving. It honestly feels like its just gonna fall apart. The list of problems I have with my car goes on and on. If im ever in another accident in this vehicle im more than sure my injuries will be much worse than the last time since the only thing protecting me is a crappy car that shouldnt even be on the road. DO NOT take your vehicles here EVER!!!! Everyone I talk to about this apparently knows the people who own this or people who work there and no one has anything good to say about them. They are about making money and could care less if they did a good job on your vehicle or not. Unfortunately im not from Midland so I dont know alot about too many people around here. WORST SHOP IVE EVER DEALT WITH!!!(I tried giving it no stars but it wouldnt let me post it unless I gave it atleast 1 star)
