I took my truck in for a brake job. The reason they have 2 star instead of 1 is bc they were extremely nice and helpful while I was in the store. Ever since I picked my truck up my brakes have done nothing but squeak. I called them and they said for me to bring my truck in and they would look at it whenever they could get a chance. They said it could take up to 2 days but that they should quit squeaking. I cant leave my truck for 2 days. If I paid for something then I want it to be correct. If a mistake was made then it needs to be corrected immediately. It has been 4 or 5 months now and theyre still squeaking.

I recently purchased new tires at this store. It took them 5 hours to let me know when my car was ready. I had to make the initiative to call and check the status of my vehicle and was put on hold for 10 minutes and ended up calling back again. When I called back again the associate was rude and made the excuse he was the only one working there and called me “buddy” and found out my car was already good to go. Never purchasing tires there again.

I came to get my tires replace. This place open up at 7.00 AM. I was here at 7.00AM. It almost 9.00am. My truck is still sitting out side. I will post update. If you like slow service and like to wait this is your place.

2nd time I’ve been to this place and walked out disappointed. 1st time I scheduled for an alignment, showed up 30 minutes early just in case they could get it in early, waited an hour and fifteen minutes just for them to come out and tell me they couldn’t align my truck because it needed new ball joints. Took it down the road for a 2nd opinion, turns out they just needed to be greased. 2nd time I bought a set of tires offline and installation was included with the purchase of the tires, so I scheduled an appointment with them at 3pm, took off work to get there on time early as usual. I walk in and try to check in and I’m told they can’t do my tires today. The lady says her tire guy took off after lunch because he wasn’t feeling well. They had ample time to call me to tell me and I could have rescheduled, but no I take off work lose money, and then they act like it doesn’t matter. I will never use this place again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. If I could give 0 stars I would it’s just the lack of customer service, not to mention I guess only one guy in the whole shop knows how to do tires.

I have visited this location several times over the past year. To put it simply, this Firestone has poor service and reflects badly for the company as a whole. Every time I visit, I am told there is a long line in front of me, even when it is 8:30a.m. on a Tuesday morning, when in reality, there is only one other customer in the waiting room. After asking why my vehicle would take 3 plus hours for a simple oil change, the response I received from the desk technician was that there is only one mechanic on shift. This seems to be a reoccurring experience every time I get preventative maintenance done on my vehicle.

Brought my car in so they could check on a loose spoiler on the back of my car. Got the car back a few days later and they lost the entire spoiler. Manager was not available for several days after the incident, and I did not get my part back for almost three weeks after.

This place is a joke 5 days of wait for a diagnostic even with appointment amd front desk had attitude.

Bought a new set of tires but the ballance was so bad that at 50 mph the car shaked terribly; had to limit my speed. Went in the next day for the re-balance but it was still off a slightly. Went to a competitor for a decent balance. Good tires but mechanic attention to detail is severely lacking. Not sure if you want to trust a significant investment in their hands as little issues are typically signs of bigger ones.

I called to asked if they take walkings with the same day service for alignment and the person who answered the phone said yes. I went the next day and they refused provide the service and want to schedule me for 3 days later. I called to save time and dont have to drive for an hour to get the service. They make me waste my time. I hate this.

Had to bring my truck in for a new tire after a bubble popped up. Great service and was in and out within an hour with a new tire. Definitely plan on coming back for any maintenance. The ability to set an appointment time and date is convenient for today’s world.

Had an appointment at 11a.m for an oil change. Currently 1246 and still havent even touched my truck. Whats the purpose of making appointments. Terrible service. Would give 0 stars if I could. Dont waste your time here. Pathetic.

The only Firestone facility that was willing to help me! The found my tire alt another location had them sent to their location and made time for me to mount them on my truck. Other Firestone facility in the area only told me they didnt have the tires and were on back order and had no idea when they could get them in.

Wonderful customer service! Corey went above and beyond helping us with our SUV, he made calls on our behalf and got the job done! We truly appreciate that extra effort, he made it so easy. All the staff members we met were professional and knowledgeable and I would highly recommend this store.

Dropped my vehicle off to get to get an alignment. I left a few specific instructions about settings I wanted them to make on the truck. I 100% expected them to set it up with oem settings in the computer.To my surprise shortly after I left I received a phone call from the alignment tech. He wanted to double check and make sure that he was setting it up the way I wanted.I definitely recommend this location for alignment work.

Close call!I’m a business owner and was on a trip this week from San Antonio. I punctured a tire on Wednesday, brought in the tire on Thursday and very clearly said that I had another appointment in San Angelo on Saturday at 1:00, and thus had to have the tire patched by 11:00.Well, they said that it would be fine and they would get it done by 10:00. I called in the next morning at 9:45 and asked if it was done and they said, no, won’t be done till 12:00. Well that would have completely screwed me for my next appointment.I told them that and they made some changes and got it done for me in time.VERY close call and this could easily have been an entirely different review.

Made online appointment for 1 arrive at 1245 waited till 342 pm just to have a Low tire light on after a tire rotation and oil change.

Super slow made an appointment and they didnt touch my car until an hour later

The service here was good, Michael Fabbri is the store Manager I believe. He was helpful, courteous and kept me informed on how long the oil change would take.It was a bit pricey, my oil change cost $133.00, but my car requires synthetic oil, 8.5 quarts, they topped off all fluids and filled my tires with air, I cant complain.I would definitely recommend and go back if in the area.

Rude! No help. Had to go to the back to get someone out front after waiting a while. Took a vehicle in for a nail in the tire. It was ready the next day. Picked up my vehicle and went around the block had to turn back the tire was marking low. They said there wasnt enough air so they filled it with air and I left. Got to my place of work and the tire marked low air pressure again tried to call, the phone just rang and rang. Eventually they started hanging up when I kept calling back. Very rude and not professional at all.

The economy in Midland is so up and down lately. Getting good service is hard but Brandon and Jason made it seem so easy. I wasnt expecting to be taken care of so quickly; even after they informed me of their 2 day wait. It was well worth it. I would highly recommend this shop for whatever you need. All I needed was a flat fixed and they made sure my entire car was safe. I couldnt ask for better service!! Thanks guys! Whoever said females get taken advantage of at auto shops definately havent been here!

Well despite that I got stuck there due to an accident. Michael was very helpful and super generous. I am a single mom and I had no one there in Midland. But I am glad I got to see great people. My car will not get fix till Tuesday because they had to order the parts for the vehicle. But I was really glad that I met Michael he helped me to look for a hotel and gave me a ride. Glad I met them. I am still waiting for my car to get fix.

They shouldnt be called complete. I went in and needed an inspection. Now online it stated that the do inspections. Walk in and get told no they dont do inspections. So if you need an oil change and inspection go to rapid oil change. They are fast and do a good job.

Very disappointed, and will not be back. I had a confirmed appointment at 9am on 3/24/18 for an oil change and a tune up. When I arrived (15min early), I was told that there was absolutely no way that my vehicle would be serviced today. I explained that I had made the appointment several days prior, and tried to show the guy my confirmation email. He again said that there was nothing he could do.I work in oil & gas, and rely on my vehicle for work. I sometimes go weeks without a day off. I scheduled the appointment, with hopes to have my truck worked on during my day off. This was nothing but a waste of time, and I will not be back.

Even though I definitely miss Jason and Brandon being behind the counter I still won’t take my car anywhere else to get my oil changed. Their oil change is WAY less expensive. My car takes full synthetic and there is usually a coupon for it. At Firestone I usually pay around $65 without a coupon and at other places it costs well over $100 *coughkwiklubecough*

Left some things not put together properly. Went again with appointment to purchase tires, they didnt even have them. Made me wait two hours to get from Odessa. While waiting they checked my fluid levels etc., jammed my hood latch. If I go there again to get tires I will get them to go and let someone else do the install.

I scheduled an appointment for July 26 2019 and received an email confirmation. I walked in a few minutes before my scheduled appointment and was told my service had been rescheduled for August 6 without any notifying me. I will never do business here again. I needed this work done before then.

Seriously unimpressed with this place. Dropped off my truck at 7am with squealing brakes, wobbling tires and needing oil change. Picked it up at 6pm, oil change complete, new battery, wobbly tires fixed and brakes still squealing. Thanks for not fixing all the issues.

Had a flat they worked me right in.

I got there at 7:25 a.m. because they were the only place that was open before 8 and I thought I would be able to get my tire fixed and be out of there by 8:00 or 8:15 at the latest. about 8:40 I went up to see what the deal was and the gentleman told me that they were were not able to start working on it until after 8 because they had to wait for somebody to get there to do it. however when I got there at 7:25 I asked if they were open and if they could change my tire he never said anything about having to wait. I mean if I knew I was going to have to wait that long I could have went to where I normally go which they do open at 8. Finally about 9 after Id been there an hour and a half to get a flat fixed I was able to go.... well I got another shock when I found out that my bill was $48. $48 to fix a flat really??? needless to say I had a costly bad experience I doubt that I will need to go back there

Avoid this place at all cost, customer service is terrible . They’ll make sure to waste your whole day while they stand in a circle drinking coffee. I got to the shop early in the morning to patch up a flat tire, a 15 minute job ended up taking 4 hours. When I complained they said, “I can throw the flat tire back on if your in a hurry?” Now how am I supposed to drive with a flat tire genius??

I am fully aware it is the day after Christmas but that is why I specifically made an appointment on the Friday before since I am traveling. They said it would be most of the day wait because the guy in front of me that was buying tires was also getting an alignment. What is the purpose of taking appointments if a schedule is not followed? I was told that it would only take an hour and the guys to excuse for it taking all day was that a couple of his employees had too much egg nog. Nothing about the experience felt right.

(They call The Police on me because I had an appointment). This is The World Worst Tires Services Company ever. On Tuesday 04/03/2018 at 2:00pm. I had a Confirmed appointment with this unprofessional Company to do an alignment on my car and when I arrived on time for my appointment the sales adviser who work there told me with an attitude :( WE DONT DO APPOINTMENTS ) So I showed him the appointment confirmation email and he said with higher attitude:( thats doesnt mean anything its just an email and Im not taking your car in ), so I asked for a manager to talk to and he said theres no manager today, so I asked for a phone number to set a complain on this place, And do you know what was his answer?!( Google It ).Then he start telling me to get out of the store because I have an attitude or he will call the police!!!!So I I told him go a head and call the police and Im going to google this unprofessional company customer service number to complain,And do you know what was his answer?!!( get out of the store and call them).The police arrived while I was talking to firestone customer service and this unprofessional sales advisor told the police:( I want him out of my store).So the escort me out while I was talking to the customer service.I want my money back on the life time alignment services and my tires purchased because I dont want anything to do this company ( Firestone ) forever and ever again.I had the Worst experience at this company ( Firestone ) in my life. And right now Im thinking about a lawsuit against this unprofessional company.

Friendly staff and nice shop but they advertise they are open at 7am and when I scheduled my appointment was informed they open at 7am; but I arrived at 10 of 7 and they didn’t open the doors till 745.

Only place in Midland/Odessa where I could find the 235/45/19 that my wifes car uses. They had 5 in stock! The vet behind the counter was one of the most courteous and professional people Ive dealt with in a while.....ANYWHERE! The tire was a bit pricey but that was to be expected due to the fact that no one else had it but was not far off what I would have paid online. Techs had me in and out fast. Why cant evrywhere be like this?

Good mechanics these days are hard to find. Especially ones that will go out of there way to help you. Mike and his staff are ones you can rely on whether you live in Midland or from out of town visiting.

Waited for someone to come talk to me about the service I needed about 15 mins, Then had to tell the sales guy 4 different times in a 10 min conversation what vehicle I had, do you really not care about your job that you cant remember the vehicle you just asked about. Good fair prices. Compared battery price and installation on an Interstate car battery, I saved more money than the Interstate battery distributer were going too charge me. They have good prompt service as well, my recommendations on Firestone on Big Springs road in Midland. The battery service left me felli good about this Firestone, but when I took my van to get a tire repair, Ill never go there again. The van ended up out of balance, I took there again and now the out tires are out of balance. That van we had just drove it a long distsnce, out of town before taking it to Firestone, it was running smooth. Now it bounces all over the place after taking it to the Firestone on Bigspring Blvd in Midland, Texas

I understand when youre short handed things take longer. But I dropped off a flat tire to be fixed at 10am on Tuesday, and it still wasnt done by closing Wednsday. Then, the grumpy old man at the front desk lied and said he had tried to call me to tell me about the delay. NEGATIVE! I called THEM 3 times and got no answer. Completely unprofessional! Avoid!

Got an oil change here & there was a guy remodeling the inside while I was waiting on my car to be finished & part of the ceiling fell down & there was dust flying everywhere & all over myself I had to take another shower before work when I got back home.Then tried to make an appointment for an alignment & they apparently don’t take appointments for those even though it’s an option online to try to bring it in one day early & leave it and he said they they might be able to finish it before they close... that’s around 11 hours they would have my car and it couldn’t even be guaranteed that it would be done that day, came in said they were short handed & there’s so many people waiting on alignments to check back Thursday. I don’t have time for this place. Don’t even bother going here.

Fast service, need an oil change, wheel alignment, and a new tires. Few hours later, was told to pick up my vehicle.

VERY expensive.. to do a tire rotation alone is 40$.. the workers are younger so you could tell they werent very efficient with time to get the vehicles done.. they changed my oil but didnt tell me when to come back ..not even a sticker in my left windshield to say when i should come back.Next time i will go elsewhere.

I went there to have my new car diognosed they diagnosed it as wat i told them wat i already knew was wrong overlooked all the real problems i even tested them i knew the battery wasnt good but according to them it was fine..they told me my tranny and tourque mount was it.. but also the struts wete bad all stuff wen u lift it u can see just by lookin.. i spent 98 bucks on the best parts nissan had.. they said parts where gunna be 300 3 times cost.. they told me the two mounts was gunna take about 4 hours the total was 1000 bucks for somethin that cost under 100 bucks and took less than an hour there gunna try and rob u blind to not even fix ur problems cause both failed again due to not diognose the real problem so they were gunna charge me 1000 bucks for it to break again in under 48 hours.. just trash dont go there they have no idea wat there doin

Have had flats fixed here twice. Both times I had to leave the truck for more than 24 hours. Went in today and they said they couldnt even get to a flat for a day and half. Will not be going back.

I dropped my car off with them in the middle of a cross-Texas trip. Car had been in a Fort Worth Firestone the day before getting a wheel bearing replaced. It was quite obvious that their work failed - the wheel was grinding, so I hoped these guys could make repairs. Cost responsibility was not discussed - it was a fleet car and I just needed it fixed. They obviously didnt want to mess with me. After a few hours the manager called and said Your car is ready...I questioned what they fixed and he said it was a transmission problem - he didnt work on transmissions. I had the car taken next door to the Ford dealer and they repaired the bad bearing job. The FS obviously guy blew me off - very unprofesssional...and yep, next time I need something more than tires or an oil change Ill go somewhere besides a Firestone.

Ive been a customer of this store for 10+ years, the manager Brandon has always been accommodating and courteous. Firestone needs more stores due to the heavy volume, getting appointments is a problem.

The owner did a quick diagnosis of my car, and although it was a muffler issue that Firestone couldnt fix, he gave me a good referral, which saved me lots of time. Thank you!
