Very clean environment and staff overall is well trained in what they do and they where very helpful from beginning too end with mine and my husbands phones. I will definitely be a returning to this location. Thank you Amanda & Julianna for the service provided to us.

This location has always been mine and my wifes favorite location to come to not only for our services but along with our kids services and phone needs. The staff always goes above and beyond for their customers. Amanda was very detailed on everything from the devices all the way down to getting us all on $11 insurance! The staff always welcomes and conversate with us from the minute we arrive to the minute we leave. 10/10 I would recommend this location!

The two ladies at the kiosk seemed quite annoyed that I bothered them from Facebooking on their phones to ask them a question. I dont like the glass screen protector for my phone, and was looking for the poly one. Sadly, they dont stock it so I have to resort to Amazon.

Julianna was so helpful during my visit to her store, unlike other cricket stores I have visited within the metroplex .l am highly satisfied with her high sense of humor and costumer public relations . I will definitely recommend her store to my friends and family members .

Best cricket location in midlandThe 2 girls there know what they are doing and what they are talking about compared to all other locations. Juliana has the best customer service anybody can have she helped me transfer all my data from one phone 2 another and offered my elderly mother a stool to sit on while we waited.

Jasmine and Julianna were the sweetest and take their time explaining everything to the best of their knowledge. I will be returning back to this specific location for my future needs.

BEST location in midland ! I’ve been to 2 other locations and was treated with terrible customer service from employees. I decided to go ahead and switch my service from cricket to Verizon so stopped at this location inside the midland mall to retrieve my account number but instead the store manager julianna was very convincing and got me to upgrade my device to the new stylo 6 instead her customer service was VERY EXCELLENT! THe employee jasmine who she had also assisting me also had great customer service and was very nice and covinced me into getting auto pay and insurance. After the transaction was complete the manager proceeded to help transfer not only my contacts but also my music and photos from my old device to my new stylo 😁 This location will from now on will be my go to location!Great environment and great manager and employees with excellent customer service 👍

The manager and employee at this location both go above and beyond to ensure every customer gets the help they need and even chit chatted with my family and i as we waited for our phones to be set up! By far the best location and we will definitely be returning to this location for our phone needs!
