I came in from good word of mouth about Miss Alyssa! I was so confused but she helped me so much!!! Alyssa went above and beyond to help me!! Very very smart and patient!! Went into At&t to get a new tablet and upgrades for all my kids! This lovely lady Alyssa helped me out very much and managed to get all my kiddos the phone they wanted! Thank you so much Alyssa! We’ll certainly be back when it’s time for a upgrade!

Worst management EVER!!! Store hours 9am to 7pm. The lazy and pathetic Store manager waddles in at 9:30ish. I guess her breakfast and latte were more important than conducting business during posted business hours. Not only was she late but she was rude and snappy. What a complete joke AT&T is. Get some real employees that can open on time without having a possible heart attack from waddling 12 feet. Absolute joke.

Everyone here was super helpful! i managed to upgrade to a new phone with no issues at all! the manager Alyssa was super sweet and professional, definitely coming here for all my future at&t needs!

The Google maps say sunday open 11 am - 6 pm and stay here and is closed, can you change that on the site?? Thanks ....

If the store hours are posted on the door and you go there 30 minutes after the store is suppose tone open and its not, then if I could give this store negative stars I would. Wasted my time driving there and waiting for an additional 10 minutes and still no one shows up. I guess the employees decide when to open the store. Maybe the store need new employees that will show up on time.

Gave 1 star cause you had to give 1. If a store says open BE OPEN! For pitty sakes people do not enjoy wasting time when you will not be there.

Came to this store location because I had an issue with my phone service and connections. Due to the fact I travel a lot my service is very important. A gentleman named Jesus was very helpful and walked me through everything I needed to do and even helped me update my phone. My phone updates were not going through and he made sure that they would automatically update. I will be coming back to this location and gentleman when it is time to upgrade my phone. He was very knowledgeable on the products and newest phones.

There was only one guy working there by himself and he was very helpful. I was very frustrated and had to wait awhile due to AT&Ts mistake but very happy he was able to help me get it all figured out.

They helped my husband out by charging his phone for him and helped him find the right charger for his phone. They were so helpful!

Store is open and fully staffed! Fast and friendly service! If it’s a technical issue, the staff will go the extra mile to fix it!

This place is the worst, virus or no virus this store makes up its own hours, noone is ever in the store noone ever answer the phone! They should just close this store and open something that will actually have employees to run it

AT&T continues to reign supremely in its ability to be the worst in customer service. First a phone answering system that has nothing to do with CS. Second, if I call a store, obviously I want to talk to a store person. Not spend time going through a battering of press this number, press this number, until one is numb. And aggravated. And going to go someplace else for help. Bye bye.
