I called for mailing information unrelated to PAC Mail. The gentleman I spoke with was very kind and helpful eve though I wasn’t going to use their service. Now that’s the definition of professionalism and customer care! Thank you, Gordon!!

Without exaggeration, one of the rudest interactions I have had in my life.Edit: (clarifications- consumers, do not allow yourself to be misled). I understand that it was a challenge for you to hear my answers to your questions, as you chose to interrupt me at random. For information I was unable to give, I (attempted) to provide an alternative. Rather than 1) choosing to politely decline the transaction 2) discussing alternative information that could be used, you decided to take an incredibly unprofessional route.Perhaps you did not like how I looked, or what I was wearing. Maybe you were having a bad day and wanted to take it out on a customer. Regardless, my intent to support a local franchise during a pandemic was turned to a staunch reminder of why I typically use the larger, more professional chains.

Not only are they patient but they also help people make sure the address they are sending to is complete and accurate. This gentleman was very kind in helping my elderly father who didnt have all the information even though there was a bit of a line. Thank you for being so kind and thorough.

The staff here are superbly helpful and even said delightful things about the behavior of my small children while I was in the store. They troubleshoot my problems and questions quickly and with extreme kindness and personability.
