This location doesn’t take passport photos. Which is fine. However, when you have it advertised both online and on signage inside the store, and you wait in line it’s a bit annoying. I would recommend removing both if you would like to clear up some future confusion.
The hallmark of customer service really is when something has gone wrong. There was a mixup of packages, I received 6; one was not mine. I had to be on the go to Carrizo Spring near Laredo. I didnt discover this mixup until I was close to my destination. I didnt get a response via phone... however email is the best method.Once in touch, they went out of their way to remedy the situation. They offered to ship my package to me, which I wasnt worried about since Ill swing by in a few weeks. They sent me a label so I could return the other package at no cost to me.Theres a little delay for the other persons package but I hope they can understand that the situation was handled as quickly as possible.The only reason this is not a 5-star review, which was my original intention, is that a timely response via phone wouldve expedited the resolution to this.

They keep delivering my packages and tossing them on the wet ground and then sending me a message they put it on my porch and they are always on the ground I have 2 porches at my house and they cant put them on either one.
Last week on Friday, 12/11/2020, I brought in hundreds of red envelopes to be mailed. I was charged $1.00 per envelope after weighing the envelope. When arriving at work today, I was unhappily greeted with all the envelopes returned to sender with a price of $0.60 on each envelope. I gave The UPS Store my contact information to call me if we needed additional funds on the envelopes. Today, Tuesday 12/15/2020, I attempted to contact The UPS Store by phone (information on the business card and online) only to find the phone number is no longer in service. I am extremely unhappy and dissatisfied with the service provided by The UPS Store.Very Respectfully
Terrible customer service. Lose packages. Place packages in incorrect boxes. (Ex: Actually placed medical records with private information into the incorrect box after they denied ever receiving the package. Thankfully, the customer whose box they placed in reached out to let our company know the package was in their box)Check the reviews- Three other stores with the same services this store offers have 4-5stars. My 80 y.o. mother sent me a package on 12/10/19 & was told it would arrive PA on 12/17/19 & was charged $103.66. It is 12/21/19 now and after numerous calls, hang ups and no answers. We finally spoke with a manager and was told to go to the Claydesta post office, with a 1.5 hour wait in line, NO ONE KNOWS WHERE THE PACKAGE IS! Very unprofessional! Takes advantage of the elderly. Outrageous cost! If it where to go via USPS why $103.66? Package was suppose to go via UPS ground for that cost. Poor management! Yeah I know Permian Basin is having a hard time with finding employees but this is just common sense. Oh and supposedly MANAGER DOES NOT SHOW UP TIL 10:30am during the busiest season of the year. U can get nothing accomplished correctly at this UPS location so Do Not Use!
Hailey and Sydney are extremely knowledgeable and helpful, even with larger shipments/freight. I have been a customer for 6 years and the store was exceptionally clean and organized this week. Definitely a great customer experience. I highly recommend this location because of the team.
I sent a package to my friend in Oklahoma city on Friday and paid 85 $ for Express shipping for it to be delivered on Saturday. Its almost the end of Monday and nothing was delivered,Now They have no idea where my package is.I should have listened to my friend and never used UPS specially this office, I dont recommend to any one.
Horrible service. The people working there have zero concept of customer service and normal social skills. No greeting, no thanks, and no personality. They acted like they hated their job and the customer for simply being there. I’ve felt more welcome and service at a DMV office.
I have been a customer for years. I have always been treated with kindness an respect the staff is always willing to help. Jenna is one of the workers there an she is so wonderful everytime I go she always ask how Im doing. If I need anything Im in and out very quickly. I have a mailbox there never had a bad experience. I definitely recommend this store.
Average service. There was a long line and even though I already had a package label, I had to wait. I wish there was an express line for people that only needed drop off.There were also WAY too many people in the store waiting for proper social distancing.
You can’t return packages here... if you do you’ll be left at the mercy of the driver as to wether or not he’ll return it to the sender or just re deliver to you... not even my package, tried to explain that person doesn’t live here... and getting a hold of a person at corporate was near impossible... seriously UPS get it together!!!
Twice they shipped items that did NOT get there in the time frame they said. One package was shipped on Feb 9, told me it would get there by Valentines, Feb 14. Never got there. Then on March 6 the package was finally delivered. I asked for a refund on my shipping cost. They refused to help or do anything about it. I will be filing a corporate complaint. We did use them for our business regularly but we will find someone else.
The young lady that help me out today was very helpful and polite. Her name is Tarrina, asked her what days she worked so I can get help from her again. Thanks again. Will be very highly recommended.

I shipped a 2500 dollar espresso machine. I Insured it for half its worth assuming letting the store pack this item was full proof. The item was sent back to the store as it arrived damaged because the packaging was ruined and it was completely damaged on arrival. Five months later it was returned with a 200 dollar check more broken than before.I have been told after hours of hold time this is sufficient coverage and they are doing no more. THIS STORE NEEDS TO CLOSE.
Buy a lot from AMazon and if the clothes dont fit I just take them in to UPS store great customer service and fast. Love this place.
Ive been here twice to have a package delivered. Both times I received excellent customer service. The second time I went, I was sending a lot of clothes and toys to family, the girl behind the counter helped me with everything and was extremely polite. I had my baby with me so she carried my bags and packaged everything. It was also really empty, so no lines are always a plus.
I have a small business and ship fragile items. The employees are always helpful and try to arrange the cheapest postage possible. They give packing tips. I drop returns off here weekly. I rarely wait in line. Great store in a convenient location.

Got there at 7:58 to pickup paychecks so I could get people paid. Waited til 8:23 until a punk looking kid named Jesus casually walked up to the door and unlocked it. I asked if they changed their hours and he said the hours were 8-7. I expressed frustration that I needed the mail from my box and he smirked and asked if I was really sitting out there the whole time. I said of course I was! Your sign and Google say 8-7, and I got his name. I have every intention of speaking to his manager about his laxidaisical attitude and lack of punctuality. I gave them a 2 star rating because the ladies who are there in the afternoon are pleasant and go out of their way to help. The inability to stick to POSTED hours of operations and this joke of an employee are killing their business. Theyre opening themselves up to a lawsuit when someone cant get something incredibly time sensitive and it costs them a lot of money or their job.

Back street. There are large potholes on the road. But excelent customer service. Vacant businesses around it and google map thinks it is a road to drive. Realized it when car fell off the pedestrian, ouch!!!
I have a ups box I pay for at this location and have for a while now the staff is always helpful and friendly, Jenna specifically is always wonderful.
I go in 1 day to get 25 copies. I pay 69 cents each. I go in the very next day and get 50 copies. I pay 89 cents each. The little girl tells me how it only takes 1 day for prices to change and looks at me like I am dumb for questioning the obvious ridiculous price change. You are basically paying 1.00 per color copy at this place when others charge 59 to 69 cents.
Decided to rate my experience after multiple times using this store and Compared to other UPS store customer service they not offering the same quality.

These people are crazy! The girl was yawning and leaning on the cash register to hold her head up. I asked her at least 10 times what my total was going to be and got 10 different answers and after we agreed on a price it was +$25. For crying out loud how hard can it be to do this job?

The guy I swear is on drugs or is just stupid .. I had a package for return and 2 days later it ended up on my front porch. I took it back to the store and asked him what was the problem and he said well cant be expected to catch extra labels on the package when we are busy.. I said I was the only one in here that day and you were not busy .. he didnt care. Do not do business here he will only screw it up for you and never apologize..loser!!!
They put there store as a return address, and since they never answer there phone ; it has been hell getting a hold of someone.
Their posted hours are more of a general guideline than any sort of rule. Even though there hours are clearly displayed right next to the door as 8am-7pm Monday through Friday, they disappear during lunch hours without leaving any sort of note on the door. Im going to try again later, hope they are actually open this time!
Can NEVER deliver a package on time even when the package has been there over the weekend because they are either lazy or too slow...
I walked in to mail a package and the owner and her son were having an argument and i ended up leaving the store and going to a different company to mail my package. I have used this store for a long time and now has a different owner and employees that have no clue how to talk to and service their customers..the management here have no business being in the service industry . I will never go back to this store on wadley ave.
Called them about getting email printed. They charged $10.00. Fedex printed my email for only $0.16 . Big price difference.

They charged me $1 for a piece of tape. When I tried to pay with a card they told me that they had a minimum amount that had to be charged on a card, I believe it was like $1.15 or something like that.I ended up just telling them to charge me whatever it cost to use my debit card.I’ll be reporting them to Visa because businesses are not allowed to set a minimum on a debit card transaction, that is only allowed for credit card transactions.
Make sure its in a HUGE BOX anything mail in NEVER FOUND.
