I stopped into this location to have some items printed. I wish I had checked reviews beforehand.I was not greeted by either of the two employees working. After about 5 minutes of standing at the register, one of the two made her way to me. Her first words were, the color machine is down. When I asked how she was doing today, I was ignored.The phone rang for quite a while before the other woman picked it up. The employee helping me kept glaring back at the other woman and groaning. All while struggling with printing my documents and ruining some special paper I brought with me.Shockingly, I was advised to go elsewhere. Luckily I had just enough paper to get what I needed printed elsewhere. Stopping here was a huge waste of my time and my worst experience at a FedEx Office Print & Ship.

The lady that helped me was very helpful, she offered to tape up my package. Very easy shipment would recommend. Clean place as well
They could not figure out how to include a self addressed return envelope with my shipment and they really did not care. Worst service Ive ever received.

This is probably worst FedEx Ive ever dealt with...1.) I had to call 3xs just to get someone on the phone and when the lady did answer she was very short and rude not to mention it turns out not very knowledgeable.2.) This location has to be the slowest around. We use FedEx pretty regularly and know at what pace they can print items. I sent 6 pages to be printed in Arch C it took them over 24 hours to do it even after I called them and they told me they would print them the same day
I wouldn’t give one star if possible. The girl who helped me was Keysha. Not sure if I have the spelling right, younger African American girl. This was the ABSOLUTE worst experience. I had three services to do. She was rude from the get go and didn’t want to help me. She gave me attitude through the whole experience. The first package was my largest. She rang it up gave me a receipt (mind you I was standing there with the other package I needed sent). She could obviously see it. She got my big package and took it over to the shelf and disappeared back into the back room. I’m standing waiting like what the heck?!? Where is this lady?!? She finally comes walking out 10 to 15 minutes later and said “oh.. I thought you was done.. I went to the bathroom.” Never said was there anything else I could help you with ma’am? Or have a great day! NOTHING I refuse to use this location again and WILL be telling all my friends about this too!
I have used this place several times over the last year and a half and I would agree with other posts that they arent the friendliest business in town but that has been my experience in general with the Midland/Odessa area businesses. There are a few there that are friendly. Bring your license because you cant ship without it. Who knew?
Expected a very important package Monday at 8pm (based off tracking information) for an order place on Saturday afternoon. 8 pm rolled around, nothing. Tracking then stated Tuesday at 8pmchecked the mail and porch, still nothing. Tracking information was then of course....moved to Wednesday at 8. Now here we are on Thursday night. You guessed it, ETA is now FRIDAY AT 8! This is honestly absolutely unacceptable. I was constantly given the run around all week each time I called to sort this out and they had no idea where the package was at the time nor why it had not arrived. Only that it would be there the next day. If I can avoid FedEx at all in the future, I definitely will! Fedup with Fedex.
All seemed good at first. The staff was friendly and responsive. However, after I failed to receive an e-mail of charges and tracking numbers (when they said they would e-mail me) I searched my records to see I had been charge almost $500 to ship items... when I was originally quoted far less. They told me sorry and theres nothing we can do.Do yourself a favor, go elsewhere.
No help whatsoever in the computer lab. I went to scan and email 2 documents and was quickly dismissed to the computer area and after which was left to fend on my own. Not once was I asked if I was ok or needed any help, as I had not been to them for this before and could have really used some assistance. Needless to say I was not able to successfully email my documents from that facility. Was charged $15.00 on my card and didnt receive an email receipt as was stated. Hopefully thats all I was charged. Expensive for not getting what you pay for. Wont do that again, costly lesson learned.
At 1:58 pm they said my package was delivered. I head home package ain’t there. Immediately call and accuse my package as being stolen. Come to find out a van pulls up hours later specifically a fed ex van, and here comes 1 out of 3 pieces of my package that I paid an extra 15 dollars to get here early because I was leaving out of town the next day. Poor inconvenience, and it is just unprofessional. If I don’t receive my packages I’m going to find away to get my money back whether that be refund or sueing FedEx. Lesson to learn don’t scan a package if not dilevered.
The employee completely ignored me. I walked into the store and said hello. Another customer answered me and the employee turned and walked off! I asked if the other customer worked there and she said no. The employee, an older lady with short grey hair, never said a single word to me the entire time I was in the store. I looked right at her and directly said hello again. I know we have come to expect this kind of service in this area, but this was beyond bad. It was like she just didnt want to work. There was just myself and the other customer, its not like they were overly busy. I chose not to waste any more of my time and took my business elsewhere.
Tired of them leaving packages out on the porch and cant even ring the damn doorbell! It says expecting one day and it comes early and if I did not check tracking constantly we would never know it was outside! You wonder why our packages get stolen! Incompetent morans! DO YOUR DAMN JOB!
Debbie was extremely helpful in getting critical documents printed and prepared for an event that was 12 hrs away. If it wasnt for her, the event would have been cancelled. Great Job by Debbie and Fed-Ex Kinkos!
RUDE STAFF, ESPECIALLY KLARISSA. She snapped her fingers in front of my sons face when she was telling him to stop touching the candy, she scared him so bad that he started crying, and he was crying all the way home. My son is very well behaved, and I never have problems with him at school, church or any other place. This lady should use her manners. Im not going back to this place ever again. I had to choose one star because it didnt let me post it without any stars FYI.

Went this morning to get a copy made. The meanest lady in the world printed it her way and told me what I was asking was impossible and she couldnt do it. I went down the road to Office Depot where it was done in about a minute and a half. This lady was completely rude and couldnt care less what I needed. Of course, I will never be back. Thanks Office Depot!
Was just there and some mean lady immediately told me the they couldnt ship my item because it was too long. Knowing that this wasnt true since I had it shipped to me months before using fedex, I told her that Id go somewhere where people were helpful. UPS had it packaged and shipped for me in less than ten minutes.
Very slow. never get delivered on time. always several days late. UPS never has problems like fed ex. poor management and staff
I am 36 weeks pregnant and was struggling to carry a big box .The lady at the front desk rushed to help me .The whole staff worked to help me get the stroller carseat and base back into the shipping box. I know they got frustrated after so long but they helped me and figured it out .They were so awesome .you cant expect service like this any more .

Cousin placed an order for a few signs to be printed for a wedding Upon checking in the day of, the signs hadnt even been printed despite the store having a few days notice.

The Staff is extremely rude and dismissive. As a customer the staff makes you fell as if you are inconvenience. They will ignore you as you wait for service. The do not say Thank you or Your Welcome.
