This is the BEST Beans and Brew locations! Never have had a issue, the coffee is always great, and the staff is always so nice even at 5:30 am.

I have been going to this beans and brews for years. I always order a 16 oz ice tan with no ice and a little bit extra white chocolate from the bubbler. The manager said don’t be surprised if I start getting charge extra for this, she said this is like the amount of coffee you would get in a 20 oz. I mean I’m not rocket scientist and my cup doesn’t change size from a 16oz to a 20 oz. it’s a 16oz cup if I order it with ice or no ice. I don’t know why you can order a 16oz hot drink without an issues (it comes without ice and the cup actually looks larger). This manager is making executive decisions for a company or she just wanted me to have this idea that it’s not ok for me to order a drink that way. It doesn’t matter why or the reason I just find it a little bit annoying either way.

We come here all the time and they are always so friendly! Today was a little busier then usual and they were still so fast and on point! The gentleman that gave me my coffee was very bubbly and welcoming! Reminds me why we come to this one.

Interesting the one star reviews are a pain to find. I come to this beans and brew every once in a while but dont order frozen drinks for this same reason. There seems to be some miss communication on what can be done for frozen drinks on alternative milk options.Edit - Im updating my review because of the response and will give the frozen drinks another try in the future.I came back months later. Total 180. Top notch service and no longer any issues with the frozen and or blended drinks with some of the milk alternatives.

Patio with provided cigarette butt receptacle. Drive through. Efficient parking. Somewhat obstructed view of our beautiful mountains. Great atmosphere for studying or working. Free wifi included. Definitely worth stopping in and getting some elevated roast. Handicap parking and wheel chair accessable.

I like coming to this coffee shop before I go to the library. The service is pretty quick and their cafe latte is a little more stronger in taste then Starbucks. Its not bad just a little more bold. Youre guaranteed to make up a bit :P I always see people here :P its a nice little spot to chill. Theres a small library across the street as well if you wanted some coffee before you go to a library :)

If you want to order a specialty drink ( and pay extra for it I even tipped them as usual ) and get a basic drink off the menu then come to this location. And all they had to say was sorry didnt offer to remake it or refund the extra charge for an extra shot and chocolate and Carmel ... Wont be coming back to this location!

The person at the drive-thru smiled and was friendly, even though I insisted they be rude with me. So then I demanded they sing Happy Birthday to me, but they explained to me that the song was copyrighted and that Beans and Brew havent yet secured the license. A long debate about copyright ensued, despite the orchestra of car horns behind me.Great coffee, by the way.

I typically order the B Thin on sourdough . Well on 11-5 I was told I can not change the bread on the sandwich when I just did it the day prior. It was also done on previous occasions. On top of that the cashier had an attitude after I simply said I was allowed to change the bread the previous day. Whatever your policy is please explain or post it in writing. No worries, I won’t be back!

This is a gem of a coffee house. Lots of booths and power for great meetings and working sessions. The folks that work here are super helpful and friendly. Id recommend the roasted coconut tea with cream as it is delicious and awesome.

Sorry but Starbucks is better. I do carry my own sweet and low sugar which didnt help. Beans and Brew stopped using it. Also Beams and Brews small is actually a extra big size and they charge u more for it. Every other coffee company the small is a small a normal size small. They are the only coffee company that I have to remember to ask for an extra small which is really small but he price of a small in any other coffee company. The coffee is too weak. Starbucks got them beat with the stronger better tasting coffee. Why cant they have a normal size small like EVERY other coffee company? Across the country every coffee companys small is an average small but Beans and Brews.

Beans in brew is the best. I make a stop every morning on my way to work. The staff is nice. Love frapps, and holiday drinks. Delicious coffee, tasty food, good atmosphere, friendly staff.

The lobby is still close which is disappointing. I had planned to do work at the coffee shop, since I cant, I will have to go to another coffee shop. An employee had directed me to an outdoor patio which was disgusting, the employees didnt seem to care about the cleanliness of the patio. I think they would prefer if you just take your coffee and leave.

I ordered a skinny caramel latte on April 12, 2019. What I got tasted worse than gas station coffee. Truly the worst cup of coffee I’ve ever encountered. Granted it’s skinny so it’s not designed to taste as good as its full-fat counterpart. But it should still taste like it’s designed for human consumption.

Love this local coffee shop, I always stop a couple times a week on my way to work. I usually have Dani take my order and she is amazing. Always happy and upbeat, sometimes turning my grumpy mood around. I high recommend them!!

Nice service with character. Lots of parking and easy entry/exit. Baristas were super nice and conversational. My favorite house roast and the price is just perfect. Also love their Chai, when I am really feeling that spicy. Wireless is pretty good too, if you need it.

Check you order before you leave. I order the exact same thing, frozen Mr B, whip cream and Carmel drizzled.. and yet they ALWAYS forget something. I used to tip these girls 30% no matter what, but Ive slowly started to decrease it. Its been the same girls since I stated coming here frequently and they all seem to slack more and more as the weeks go on. Very disappointed...

The only place I go and only for one coffee in particular. I prefer drinking coffee made at home but I’ll go here if I go anywhere.

I get black reg coffee with a shot and they Always pull good shots here. Nothing burnt which is why I keep coming back. ☕ keep up the good work guys!

I walked in and asked for a medium dark roast coffee this morning. I asked for it extra hot. The gal said she didnt think it was hot because they brew french roast every 3 hours and told me my coffee would have to be microwaved. $3 for a microwaved coffee, huh?! I walked out.

I come to this location before work most mornings. I have to say I am rather disappointed. The coffee is usually borderline room temperature, never hot, and half the time they get the order wrong. I have ordered the same coffee, even same size, but the next day they give me something entirely different. It seems like the baristas are not all on the same page.Some days the coffee is perfect and I enjoy that, its what keeps me coming back. But lately its been rather poor...

Are you kidding me have not been to this location in 4 months because its always bad. Today I order my daughters each a chia with whipped cream my 8yr olds was gone in like 10 seconds and she was super disappointed I look in her cup and more than half the thing is full of whipped cream COME ON I might understand if it was busy but it was not this is just plain lazy.

I had a headache and they helped me find a soothing option that worked great! Also the vibe is on point, with comfortable seating and plenty of AC wall sockets for all your devices.

Annoyed. I go to B&B regularly and unfortunately stopped at this one recently. I never get whipped cream on my frozen drinks, so while at the window I saw him putting a ton of whipped cream in my drink and just politely told him that I didnt want it with whipped cream. He came to the window to argue with me about it. I wasnt upset or anything? I was just trying to tell him and he comes up to the window to argue with me? Anyway, shout out to the cool baristas in the window that said sorry to me after he was an idiot. There are 3 other Beans in the area, skip this one.

Got vanilla soy latte to go at drive-thru window. With no customers before me it took about 15 minutes. Coffee was OK, they usually go faster and make it better...

Ordered a coffee and a bagel through the drive through...I love spending 5$+ on a freaking coffee to have half of it all over my seats because the girl forgot to put the lid on correctly. Thanks B&B! (You da best, better than da rest! 😠)

Pros:Good staff, seemed understaffed though, very busy.Place was very clean.Cons:Chicken burrito had ONE little cube of chicken. Though tasted ok considering it was mostly rice and sauce.Wifi was SLOW. I work for Dell computers and the wifi here was as slow as my phone hotspot or a little slower. (came in hoping the wifi would be better.)

I always go to the 33rd and 8th location, even though theres one much closer to my house (in Murray), because of the service. The baristas at that location are professional and friendly every-single-morning, which is rare. Theyve never given me a substandard or incorrect order, no matter how complicated Ive made it. Also, their grounds/the tubs of flowers around the exterior of the store are always beautiful! Love that Beans!
