So I came this morning and we got two drinks both pumpkin spice, one large and one medium. And there was an inch and more of room from the top. Prices have gone up so it’s upsetting that I basically got a medium for price of large. Still was really good and people were nice but I’m not very happy about my portions

The service is really great here! They always greet me with a smile each morning.However this morning I had an unpleasant experience. There was a delivery driver in a semi truck delivering food. He was blocking the entrance to the drive through on the side of the parking lot closest to 38th. He was also blocking the exit.When I came in one woman was in front of me waiting for the truck to unload. Then another man pulled in behind me, and I got boxed in. The man behind me eventually lost his patience after, probably 10/15 minutes and went backwards out of the parking lot. Another car that had been parked in the parking lot was trying to leave and ended up having to back his way out of the parking lot too.Once they left I was able to leave. This was after probably 15 minutes, which made me late for work. I did call Starbucks to let them know about the issue and they seemed receptive.I was very frustrated this morning, and I feel they took my concern seriously so I hope they can figure out a solution.

A CUT ABOVE THE REST!!Ive been to a dozen Starbucks before, and none have had staff as friendly and delightful as the folks that work here. The air feels alive and so do the workers. The cleanly and warmly lit interior make for the perfect cafe atmosphere. Each drink Ive had has been delicious and made just how I wanted. I look forward to coming to this location more often in the future.Special shout out to both Livvie, Frankie, and Rowan, who not only made me feel incredibly welcome by asking for my name, despite me being the only person in the shop, and also complimenting the pins on my bag!And thanks to Cassie for helping me remember their names so I could write this!

The parking lot, drive thru situation is a nightmare. The barista’s are probably the most unprofessional ones I’ve seen specially reading past reviews. Millcreek is getting nicer but it seems this staff clamors for the less diverse clientele lol.

This Starbucks is hard to get into as far as location. Overall a decent experience, other than my child with Autism doesnt like whip cream and I asked for no whip cream and had to have them remake the drink at the window which held up the line for a little bit longer. No big deal, but these small things matter when there could be people who are allergic to things. Pay attention Starbucks!

My favorite Sbucks in Salt Lake, however the parking lot is poorly laid out. Hard to park due to the drive up window conflict.

We ordered 5 drinks in the drive-through and none were correct, some undrinkable. Weve been here before and will come again, but wonder why this one visit went so wrong. Well rate this as the bad result as an off day.

The service is always good but the parking lot is a nightmare! Its normally packed and blocking traffic with the overflow of cars waiting to order through the drive thru. Not the ideal location for coffee on the go.

Some Starbucks locations have friendly baristas, who greet you with a smile and obviously enjoy working there. Sadly, this is not one of those locations.I ordered two items this morning, and both were incorrect. Not a big deal, and I wasnt in a rush so I was happy waiting while they remade my order. But instead of a quick, Sorry about that, I was scolded by a worker for ordering the drink wrong. As I waited by the pick-up counter for my bagel, she asked me, Do you need something else? The guy in line before me had his order wrong too, and he was also treated rudely.Im not sure if this worker was having an off day, or if she is just bothered by customers. But these customers are spending money, and if their orders are wrong, you should still treat them with respect and kindness.

Went to this Starbucks this morning and not only was it speedy and the service was wonderful but they added cute notes to the top of my boyfriends and I’s cups! Super sweet, give them all raises!

After picking up coffees for the entire office I returned back to work with the tray which I accidentally dropped in the parking lot. UGH!! When I returned to Starbucks to replace the coffees the barista kindly replaced all three drinks and refused to accept payment. It was the nicest thing that happened to me all day! I have always loved Starbucks for their delicious drinks, tasty food items, and friendly service, but this kindness exceeded my expectations! I am a Starbucks customer for life!

This is a great location. The baristas are always friendly. I usually order ahead using the app but have not had any issues ordering in the drive thru line. Can be very busy but cars usually move through quickly.

This location always treats me well and engages with me in a friendly and curious manner. I keep coming back because of the rapport and of course for my favorite goodies. ☺️

Really bad service. Went for a hot medium coffee and it was colder than my grandmas dead feet. And I was the only customer in line and I waited a few minutes for that cold coffee. And I also got an iced coffee. Filled half way with barely any liquid mostly ice. And the other half was whip cream. I would expect a better protocol from them

Who hasnt been to Starbucks? I think this company takes a lot of heat for its style and product, but Ive always enjoyed Starbucks. They make a good cup of coffee and are always fairly quick. Baristas are knowledgeable and nice. Always happy to remake a drink if youre not satisfied (so long as you realize youre dissatisfaction before consuming over half of the beverage). The app is great, too! Quick ordering and payment and you can accrue points, too. I really enjoy their tea refreshers! On the cheaper side of the menu, too. I wish they would keep a bigger stock of those purple berries in the dragon fruit drink, it seems they always run out.

I stopped by this morning on the way to work and the girl working the drive thru made my whole morning! was super kind and attentive and made what would have been a hard morning start out right!

The only reason it is not a 5-star is because its drinks are just a little too pricey.

I come here all the time but this morning the young man working the window was so pleasant. He spent time asking me about my day and my job while I waited for my drinks. He was so sweet and caring.

Spinach feta wrap at this store had hardly any filling. Should be called a flatbread with a bit of topping. Coffee was half foam. Flavor was great and staff were friendly, I just dont see the quality I expect from Starbucks.

The hours on the page are not accurate. I have been there twice when it says they are open and they have been closed. Including this morning at 10:00 am. They were not open. I tried calling and no one answers, no one is at the door. ??????

All I wanted was a peach iced tea and a breakfast sandwich, and these guys had neither. So disappointing, especially after driving all the way there. Since this is the only location relatively close to me, I’m really hoping this was a fluke and not just poor management.

I had a large work order so I called in the night before, there were some communication errors in what the orignal person told me. The staff here all piled on to correct the issue the morning of. They had about 5 staff all bust out a dozen coffees in about five minutes, and I was still able to get to my meeting on time. They even carried them out to my car. What great service!! Thank you guys for not only making up for it but leaving me super impressed!

They have the best customer service, I went in this morning and made a statement that I wasnt happy with my order two days prior to being there. When I get to the cashier, they said that in order to make up for the other day my order for today would be on the house. I wasnt looking to receive anything for free but this goes to show that they accepted responsibility and they recognize the value of their customers time and money. I will be a repeat customer as it is hard to find a group of hardworking people who help you start your day with a smile. They are always very pleasant, smiling and concern. Great team work! Great customer service experience! I am definitely sold :)

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Starbucks. I go and order an espresso frap and it comes out the color of milk I ask politely for them to remake it and instead of doing so tells me it has one shot which is not as many as it should contain(being a long time customer I know this) I go everyday to Starbucks sometimes twice a day and if I’m going to spend $6 + on a drink why would I want the person serving me to argue with me about it

Drinks are always on point. They got to know me quickly and my mobile orders are ready every time, on time! They dress the drinks with sleeves and stoppers. This doesnt happen at every Starbucks. Its nice to not have to finish your drink as the mobile order section can get very busy and crowded

Did find a Starbucks near my location after a search. I was in a different area I usually dont go and had a coffee craving. Good thing a Starbucks was handy on my return trip home. Friendly employees and business was busy as usual. Nice strong coffee from Starbucks did the trick, satisfying my caffeine craving.

Very nice staff, but they do not pay attention to detail.I bring my own cup and asked for a rinse and ice. No rinse, just ice.I asked for a tall cup, they put a hot beverage in a plastic cup.I asked for decaf and am sensitive to caffeine. I was given regular instead.If you have a standard order, it will probably be fine. If you have specific requests, they will probably be overlooked.

I always get cafe mocha. Always good. One thing Ive noticed is that if there are more than 4 workers, half of them friendly and the other half snobby. Weird but almost always true. I always get pumpkin spice during the season and I have never been disappointed.

I ordered a bagel and cream cheese and the cream cheese was sour and curdled. I tried calling them twice to inform them and nobody answered.

An employee was incredibly disrespectful to me as I came in wearing my scrubs on my way to work. I actually had to say to her “ you do not need to be rude”. Was really disappointed in this interaction.

The staff is very friendly. They have gotten to know me by name. Always a friendly greeting.

There are some locations that are open in drive thru and there are some that aren’t. This one isn’t and there was no indication of it saying it was. People were waiting in drive thru not knowing it was closed because there was no sign. The lights were still on so it seems like there were baristas working inside. Maybe next time block the drive thru to help your customers understand it’s closed.

The woman who helped me was very sweet and kind. She was helpful in helping me choose what coffee to buy. I bought a bag of coffee beans and she knew how to grind them for my particular coffee maker.

Go here a lot. Always good service. Parking lot is small but you can park across the street and walk over. A bit of a homeless hangout sometimes, so watch your six. The staff here are all really awesome.

Theres seriously only about 7 parking spaces! several times I have had to go to other Starbucks just because theres nowhere to park. I feel like they loose customers this way :/

A newer Starbucks and a welcome one - located inside the smiths super market. Not a place Id pull up a chair and break out my laptop in but a great addition to the neighborhood when you need a quick latte and dont want to deal with the usual morning Starbucks line at your local standalone store. Ill edit this review in a few months as they just opened but so far so good.

The new kiwi drink is amazing

He was friendly but our order was all screwed up. We had to fix the sizes at the window, and then we left and tasted our drinks and they didnt have any coffee. My husband had asked for his to be made with coffee and Id asked for espresso. Both drinks just taste like sugar. I wont ever cheat on Beans and Brews again!

I just want to take a moment and absolutely RAVE about this location! The morning staff is my absolute favorite. They are all so friendly and as much as I love them all, Edward and Cassie are definitely my favorite. They know my drink by heart and make it full of love every time I’m there (almost every morning). I definitely recommend this location to everyone. I have went to other Starbucks around the valley and have not received the type of service that I do at this one. I will drive out of my way if needed just for the awesome service they provide. 🥰

Usually a great place with an attentive staff. I was there at 2pm today, the three staff were talking to one another when I walked in. They ignored me for a few minutes until I caught their attention. They were out of xmas blend but did a pour over for my drink. I have had this done at other Starbucks, and it didnt take almost 15 minutes. There were no other customers that needed their attention at the time. Usually, the staff here is prompt, courteous and welcoming. Must have been a bad day for the three of them. Normally, this Starbucks rates a definite 5 stars.

First time at this location and I must say Im impressed. I use my mobile app, as always, to order and not only did they make my drink correctly but they also improved up on the recipe been following for years. Who knew you could steam the nutmeg into the milk? :-)
