I have to say that every, an I do mean every time I am at this store the vibes are very good . this is one of my favorites places in valley. The customer service is always on point...I just want to encourage everybody to check this spot out. Also ROBERTSON`S STAFF I`m coming to see you next week that new display....

Horrible customer service! They are to concerned about themselves. I needed 60$ cash back, and they only give 20$ per purchase. So I asked to buy 3 different items, and the lady that was helping me had to go ask her superior, who then asked her superior. Then they told me that it cost them to much money to give cash back but they had an ATM. I was trying to avoid the ATM fee, and I dont care how you look at it, the three items I was buying were each over 20$ and no matter what, they would have been making money. They were to concerned with pinching pennies to get my business.

This is a great store. They are always friendly and have great owners. Its got very good coffee as well. Prices are some of the lowest in the valley for smokes. The beer is always cold. I recommend stopping by this store.

Love this place its so hip and up on the modern culture. Smoke shops, cafes, and chill hangout spot all in one. For the salt lake City area this makes it a one-of-a-kind spot and a gem in the rough. The only suggestion I would have her this place is to have their employees do more research into terminology and general knowledge of smoking apparatus has and styles. And it really wouldnt hurt if they designated one of their walls to graffiti slashstreet arts that artist can come throw up and show off their work.

Robertson’s is one of my favorite if not my absolute favorite smoke shop, with diversity of vape juice and a bunch of sales all the time.They sell cigars and have a safe area with a humidor to help keep the moisture for the tobacco.I haven’t had the coffee yet but I’ve heard it’s actually really good. So yeah, coffee, smoke shop, friendly service, kratom, cbd, what more could you ask for?!

Staff is friendly, cheerful and helpful. They are knowledgeable about their products and make you feel welcome!

I absolutely love supporting local businesses so robertsons is definitely one of my favorites. I bought a vape battery since i just lost mine. Staff is always friendly and very helpful when it comes to answering questions that you may have. Was worried about if it doesnt end up working and they insisted that i could come back in and get a replacement if that happens!

I always leave there feeling happy, the girls there are always super nice and helpful. I’m pretty sure they’re on loan from The Louvre too. 🦄 👀🌈

Great place and good customer service

This quickly became my exclusive shop for all of my smoke based needs. Their staff is always friendly, helpful and fun to talk to. They have a fantastic selection of items, with great pricing. I cant imagine Ill take my business else where as long as I live within driving distance to Robertsons.

The glass is reasonably priced and quality. I only get my juice from here as the deals and prices are consistently lower than majority of the other shops around. The workers are always ready to help and kind. I went in 4 minutes to close and they were just as wonderful as they would be if it were 40 minutes to close

Holy cigar shop Batman!!! Two walk-in humidors. Great coffee and a big beer cooler. All your favorite smoking paraphernalia. Outdoor patio with a heater in the winter. Chill atmosphere with an equally chill staff.

If it were the first time I had gone in and felt like I was putting them out to spend my hard earned money there, clearly, I wouldnt say anything... But it wasnt... Obviously... It was close to closing time and I was fully aware of that... And let them know I wouldnt be taking too much time....the kid just couldnt break a smile nor could he offer any suggestions without me PRYING it out of him. I know if this were my store, if I was Mr Robertson, I would need to know the level of attentiveness and professionalism... And genuinity.... Rather, the lack thereof from my employees and the influence on the success, or failure (I hope not), of my business... There ya have it... Good luck.

Guys are awesome, they stand behind their product and are knowledgeable. I just went from a mech mod to an Mfeng. And the young gentleman was courteous and patient. Got a bum Smoke and they exchanged it for store credit. This is how you do business!

What a great spot! The cigars are better than fairly priced with a great selection, all of the smoke inventory is surprisingly vast, and the cafe all well done. Books on the shelf and tons of outdoor patio tables off the beaten path. They also had a very cold beer cave! Staff was helpful, friendly and chill as well.

One of the coolest headshops Ive ever been into! They dont have much high end glass but for your local corner store they have a pretty great selection of glass plus its a super chill environment. They also serve coffee and have tons of blunt wraps to choose from
