Been taking my car here for almost 8 years. Customer service has always been great, transparent with their work and very reasonable prices. Id recommend them to any BMW owner.

Always takes care to find and fix issues with my old(er) M3. They are also really good about explaining everything, so you feel comfortable that the work was done to a high degree of professionalism.

Brought my 2017 BMW M2 here for its first service after the warranty ran out. The guys at BM also helped me out with removing a N55 JB4 kit that installed in the car, to bring it back to stock form. Very professional team and lightning fast. Will definitely be bringing my M2 here for all future work.

Its only fair that I update my previous review.After speaking with Ramon about our frustrations and concerns he was extremely understanding and apologetic. Kept us updated every step of the way during the last round of repairs. Really appreciate the level of detail and the communication which completely restored our confidence. Picked the car back up again and all is well! Thanks for getting her back up and running, I know it was a total pain in the a$$ and way more complicated than initially expected. My husband can finally drive his car again!

Friendly staff and comfortable environment. I took my E90 here for pre-inspection before selling it. The service is pretty straightforward. The inspection takes a bout 1 hour and another 20-30 minuets for the paper work. Therefore, it is about 1.5 hour for the whole process. They have a clean coffee room with nice sofas if you need to wait here.

Always a good experience with Bavarian Motorsport. Friendly, honest service. Huge service bay and can accommodate fast, quick minor service issues. Nicole and Marco are just really good people too.

Fantastic shop with lots of experience and affordable rates. Theyve always done a great job, provide a warranty on their parts and labor, and have an enormous amount of experience with various BMW models. They also compete in racing events with BMWs, so you know this isnt just a job for them. Theyve always been helpful and informative. I highly recommend them to anyone who cares about their BMW.

These guys are awesome! Nicole and Ramon are the nicest people and their service is great and prices are fair! We have my wifes X5 serviced here as well as my Mothers X3. Now if only they serviced Porsches I would trust them to service my car rather than anyone else!

Very knowledgeable about BMWs and Minis

Ive been taking my BMWs for service work since about 2011 to Bavarian Motorsport. What impressed me the most is that that they are super honest and dont try to pull a fast one on you like a previous auto repair place that I used to go to. Ramon & Nicole have always been very accommodating. In my humble opinion its absolutely vital to take my car to a BMW specialist. Otherwise its a gamble on not knowing if the tech has adequate experience etc.They also do very high quality work and stand behind it 100%. On top of it their fees are quite fair for the level of work performed. They have a nice waiting area with free wifi which is nice to get some work done during a business day. You cant go wrong taking your vehicle here.Ive referred friends to them over the years and they have had a great experience.

Ramon and his team are excellent. They’ve taken great care of my older BMW. Their prices are fair and clearly explained and their customer services is impeccable.

Honest and trustworthy folks here. Found them from recommendations of colleagues. Their work has always been very good on my car.

Good trustworthy shop

Seems like a very honest shop with great knowledge. Ive taken my car in only a few times but its only been here and the dealership (when it was still under warranty).They do what you need without upselling. The last time I took my car in for an oil change, they gave me a list of other things that they noticed during an inspection, but didnt try to muscle me into doing any of it at that time. Some were minor and I did them myself. The other stuff Ill just keep in mind if I noticing anything - then Ill have them repair them if needed.They are cheaper than the dealer but dont expect $24.99 Jiffy Lube oil changes. They use OEM parts so its a great value.Very clean place with a good waiting area. Youll also see some nice BMWs in the parking lot.
