Very reasonable price for oil and filter change and I was done in 30 minute on Saturday morning. Best was that I could bring my own oil and see that it was used in front of me.

Went there on a saturday afternoon with an emergency issue. The official Subaru service center and two other auto repair shops denied my request, saying time constraint or other reasons and asked me to come back Monday. I only needed the front bumper to be removed to remove a small bird stuck in the front grill. These guys were kind enough to understand the situation and agreed to work on it the same day. Instead of removing the front bumper like i had planned to, the technician, raised the car high and removed few plates from bottom to solve the issue. And the price quoted by them was very reasonable.I am very thankful to these guys, for their kindness to accommodate the task on a Saturday afternoon, doing a very good job, and also being very reasonable. This will be my go to shop for any issues with my car.

I just got back my 2002 Honda Odyssey with 150K miles on it. I was surprised by how well the minivan is now driving, even the bad alignment that I suffer for years is now gone!This Odyssey is old, noisy, rocky, has very bad alignment. A few days ago it lost acceleration, and shakes so much my wife has to get off the highway, then drives home. I had to drive ~30 miles from Pleasanton to this shop, because I know Tho and The can fix it up. I trust them 100% for 14 years now.It turns out there was a misfire in 3 cylinders, and they try to save me $ by suggesting replacing only the 3 bad ignition coils. I ask them to replace all 6 coils + spark plugs, and change everything that is needed so I can keep this minivan a few more years.I am so glad I now have a very good minivan back. The parts are expensive because they are original Honda parts. But the labor is so reasonable, you kind of wonder how they can make good living these days? I hope they stay open because it is so hard to get experienced mechanics that you can trust 100%.Lately, I am moving from Honda to Audi and BMW as I love the quality and power of these German racers. But these cars are giving me so much headaches with the dealers, such higher repair costs and less experienced mechanics that I have to bring my car back so many times for the same problems. 2 months ago, I brought my BMW to Tho and he found oil leaks, pulleys making noise, no heat. With that diagnostics, I brought my BMW to the dealer for repair under free service contract. I was shocked it took 3 weeks + $5K. And 1 day later I have to bring it back because of engine misfire from cracked spark plugs.
