Piercey has been my go to service department for years. I used to go to one closer to my home, but they hiked the prices on me, so I called Piercey. Not only did they do the job for the price I was expecting from the other Toyota service department, but they had a $20 off coupon. They are always willing to explain the what and why of the job. I think they are true professionals, and I appreciate it. I have moved even further away, and there is a closer dealership to me, but I will continue to go to Piercey as long as they remain honorable. I have bought my last two cars from Piercey as well.

I am happy with their service, I often go to the Santa Cruz dealership. They both provide good service but Piercey has a five mile limit on how far the shuttle will go to pick up or drop you off. Santa Cruz Toyota doesnt.

Went in for a truck bed mat that I had seen online at a different Toyota Dealership. They had the product and couldnt match the price, but gave me a small discount to help.The service was great. I was in and out in a short amount of time. Ive had oil changes, service, and now the parts department. Id highly recommend this place for your Toyota needs.

Make sure to ask for salesman Thomas Ochoa. I bought a 2011 4runner from this dealership without seeing it in person and trusted them. Completely satisfied with the buying process from Chicago. Tough battle with the demand and availability on 4runners around the country but glad I found it from this dealership. Their pre inspection made sure everything was road ready. Their service dept installed a new battery which was great on them. Dianna from finance helped out as well with the loan paperwork making sure everything was in order. I’m happy Tom put in the same energy dealing with a customer over the phone as if we came to them in person. Tom had a battle with many customers with this car and glad I ended up being the buyer. He could’ve sold it to someone on the spot but kept his word and sold it to me 2,150 miles away. Thank you Piercey Toyota!!

I tried to get an oil change and inspection today. For oil change, they charged me $60 instead $45 as advertised. Then why do you put it on everywhere?Also, when my car is delivered. There is no inspection job done. The initial receipt has inspection request but final receipt has no inspection work.For all that with an appointment, I waited 4 hours to see if its ready but I didnt get any call so I had to come up and asked for myself.Id suggest to oil change outside for a quicker and better results. I cant trust them with bigger service if the small ones are not done right.

I just got my front rotors and break pads replaced after having a bad experience at a different auto service. The staff is friendly and listens to their customers. Obviously with Toyota, prices go up a lot but I must say that the work is quality, I would prefer to get quality work over cheap service and that’s why I won’t mind spending a little more money especially when it concerns my vehicle. I would come here again for any issues with the car rather than going to a different auto place. Also, if you have to drop off your car for service, they offer free drop off and pick up service for you if you live within 5 miles of radius which is great. Diana was very helpful and she also got me a deal to clean up the rear shoes of the car and emergency break adjustment. My car is now good for at least next 60k miles with original Toyota break pads and rotors, cheers!

Highly recommend this dealership for price and selection. We shopped around other Toyota dealerships in the South Bay but Piercey beat all prices by a mile. Alejandro was very helpful and Ed, the manager, took excellent care of us. The only downside is that its very popular for the reasons I mentioned above so wait times to complete a purchase might be long.

Luis made my experience buying a new car delightful and I would recommend asking for him anytime you are ready to purchase a car at Piercey Toyota. He made my whole experience (from test driving the car to handing off the keys) very pleasant and smooth. I appreciated his level of professionalism and patience. When I finally decided to crunch numbers, I was going back and forth between two options and he never lost interest in helping me out. I am very thankful for having encountering Luis at Piercey.I could not be more pleased with our service from Luis and everyone at Piercey Toyota! I bought my car here a few years ago as a first-time car buyer straight out of college and they took advantage of me. They played games saying I wasn’t qualified for the student discount even though they already said I was. They kept going back into their office to “see what they can do,” but looking back I know they were just trying to put pressure on me.They rushed me through signing the paperwork and convinced me to not get a security system added and that my vehicle should be secure enough. Then, within a year after living in the Bay, my car got broken into (windows smashed) TWICE. I don’t blame them for that, but they never should have convinced me to not get a security system.Once I got my car, I never came back. Sunnyvale location treated me better.

Got off a phone with their salesperson, very rude and refuse to confirm cars or their prices. I have never talked to such a rude salesperson.All the Toyota dealers are similarly rude, it seems like they do not want to sell their cars now. Not impressed.went in for what turned out to be a blown fuse, and then was told that my steering sensor was out of whack and that would be $500+ to fix. I know why my steering sensor is whack(because I tinkered with it) and its no problem. can still drive. anyways, got my car back for the blown fuse and got 5 new warning lights on the dash completely unrelated to the blown fuse or steering sensor.

Pleasant experience from start to finish, though was initially irked due to the website excluding the dealer markups on the Tundra’s. Miles (Internet Sales Manager) was very professional/tentative & put up with the strict requirements I had laid down before even considering proceeding with a loan app (I literally refused to apply until we had agreed on hypothetical #’s prior). He was able to negotiate the deal I felt most comfortable with (actually exceeding the # I had in my head), then completed the process with the Finance Manager, Levi (immediately recalled Levi Ackerman from Attack on Titan), who was also an absolute pleasure to work with as well. Truly appreciated what would’ve been an otherwise boring/monotonous process of signing paperwork with a Finance manager (with a personality), who didn’t feel like a robot with a preset monologue… Visited several dealerships prior to Piercey (they happened to have the Tundra model/color w/ the TRD Package I was looking for) & was in/out in a few hours. I missed the games (including Herbert crushing KC & setting yet another 2 rookie records), but walked out with a badass Tundra… First mod? Removing that massive/gaudy sticker on the driver side window. Second? EXHAUST!

Crooked Dealership....Beware!I would think twice before doing business with Piercey Toyota. They wont tell you the price online, at least for the Toyota Supra, even though literally every other Toyota dealership I emailed did. Instead, they tell you that you need to come in and discuss it there in person. For those that dont know, this is a major red flag, and reason enough to shop elsewhere. Not to mention the optics of forcing people to stop by in person, while we are still in the midst of the pandemic.I just feel bad for the people that dont know any better, and will end up walking in there, only to be scammed by people like Ky Nguyen, the Internet Sales Manager.

EDIT: I am changing my rating to one star instead of the two I had previously posted. After waiting 7 weeks to receive my license plates, I decided to call the dealership and inquire. I was told by a very nice woman that low and behold the final paperwork had never been filed so my plates werent even in process. GEEZE, REALLY? UGH.Quite honestly, I would never buy another car from Piercey. I was interested in a car but couldn’t get there over the weekend so they eagerly agreed to drive it to me. It was delivered with a scratch which they didn’t want to take care of...I’ve been chilly had to just settle on an appliqué to put over the scratch on the bumper. Then, later, I received a toll booth citation that occurred when the salesman was delivering the car. I was told that I should just be grateful that they delivered the car. What? They were the ones that wanted me to get the car and we are eager to deliver it.Once the car was mine all of the friendliness and helpfulness was out the door.

When we had a minor issue involving an add-on/dealer-installed option Thomas jumped in, got the management of the sales and service departments engaged, and got the issue resolved to our complete satisfaction. I am in the process of buying a new car, and I went to test drive a Prius. I was helped by a woman named Parsi, who was very rude and short with me. I have been to 3 other prior Toyota dealerships and 4 other car dealerships, and she was byfair the worst person to help me. I had come back to this location to test drive a Prius and asked for the gentleman who helped me last time, or anyone there (since it was late into the day, and i was unsure if he had left). She snarked at me he should help you if he helped you last time, and when he was busy, she seemed upset that she had to assist me.In the process of getting the car, she snapped at me and why didnt I just buy the car last time. Then as she was telling me about the car, she acted like I wouldnt understand features about the car. When I finally got the keys to test drive, she told me to only drive down the street (a block) and u-turn, come right back. I asked last time i was allowed to drive around the block, she snarked back well then do whatever you want then, rolled her eyes, and walked away.Ive been helped by other people at this location, and they were all nice and respectful. I dont understand why this woman so unpleasant and abrasive. I understand that perhaps she was having a bad day and perhaps this is an anomaly, but overall I’d avoid her if you come to this dealership.

I am extremely disappointed, and I will never return to Piercey Toyota again, because of your service advisor Miguel Lopez. I only wanted an 115,000 mile factory recommended service, which I mentioned when I booked the appointment, and he falsely added brake fluid change and tire balancing to my service, saying that it is a requirement. I asked him to remove the services I didn’t want and Miguel Lopez suggested that I do not come to Piercey Toyota and go elsewhere. I dont have the patience of dealing with rude people in your dealership, and I am being kind when I call him rude. If you hire people that dont know what theyre talking about, eventually you will lose customers. Ill make sure I spread this as much as possible.

Toyota makes great cars, thats the only reason this kind of dealership exists. Hopefully one day automation takes over and let AI replace everyone here in this dealership, please stop this nuisance . I am extremely appalled and shocked by the lack of professionalism my family has received from this particular location. Before I get into it, let me explain the situation. My family has been wanting to purchase a new rav 4 for my mother. My father reached out to Ky Nguyen from Piercey Toyota as he is is a Vietnamese speaker. We originally wanted to purchase a vehicle in March but after speaking to multiple Toyota locations, we were able to purchase a vehicle yesterday at the Capitol location instead, since they offered a better price which we decided to go with. My father decided to reach out to Ky to let him know that we have settled somewhere else; Id like to point out that my father did not need to do that in the first place but out of kindness, he wanted to let him know. We received a message from Ky which honestly I am baffled by how rude it was and it is attached to this post. My family and I will never go here to ever purchase anymore after being treated so rudely. Do not go here and if you do, do not ever see Ky Nguyen because you will be treated the same. I am glad I did not make business with him and will make sure his supervisor know of how he treats potential customers. I do hope to receive an apology from Ky and Piercey Toyota because that is not how you speak to customers.

I spoke with sales manager Ed about a car for my parents who are in their 70s. They decided it was time to get mom out of her 9 year old Prius and into a new Rav4. Ed put together a great deal for my parents and continued to be involved with the process right through finance. My parents told me that everyone including Ed, their salesman Richard Lee and their finance manager took good care of them. They are exceptionally happy and even told me they thought I would be happy working there because of the atmosphere and the professional attitude. They have serviced their Prius at Piercey since buying it and say that the same professional attitude is prevalent in the service department as well. Way to go guys and keep it up. Purchased my first new car here! Pari was my sales agent and she was super patient with me, super helpful. I got the color I wanted and an upgrade on the interiors which was unexpected and made me really happy. Only downside was that my owners manual and spare key were missing so I had to go back 2 weeks later to get them.

Great experience here. I started off emailing Mike Sheard at Piercy a few months ago and he always answered my millions of questions. After finding the Lunar Rock rav4 that we wanted we went to the showroom and let me tell you this Dealership in Milpitas is huge. There is a ginormous floor just for customers to sit and sign paper work.We were greeted by Calvin who already knew who I was for some reason, and then we sat down, and told us our car wasnt here yet but will be here in 2-3 weeks. There was no hassle no overselling. He presented the spec sheet and the final cost. Only asked us ONCE if we wanted the extended warranty and we politely declined.While in finance to sign all the final papers, the finance guy asked us a couple times but overall no pressure. Easy process. Thanks Mike and Calvin!

My experience at Piercey Toyota was great.I was thinking of buying a new car starting the end of 2019. It took me some time to think which model I will buy. I requested a quote through Costco car sale program and some other websites after I made my mind to buy the Prius Prime. Of course, I started to receive emails from several dealers after I requested the quote. Among these dealers, Pari Juergens, the Fleet Manager from Piercey Toyota, might be the first person who contacted me. She called me directly and asked my needs, also scheduled an appointment right away. Yes, she is very efficient comparing to some other dealers.Later, I went to meet her and she showed me the cars I am interested and explained the differences between Prius and Prius Prime, Prius Prime 2019 vs 2020. She also answered many my questions patiently, which was important for me to make my final decision.In that same weekend, I visited Piercey Toyota again and came back with my dream car, Titanium 2020 Prius Prime. I am very grateful that all the processing had been very smooth with all the help from each person involved. It was a great experience.Pari also called me later to know my experiences in driving my new car and again she answered several my questions.I am so happy to have my new car. We were in the market for a family vehicle and had decided to go for a Sienna SE. New was a bit out of our range, so we searched for pre-owned and Piercey had an excellent example, so we went to see it.Before we were even all the way out of our car, Rick Schiller had greeted us and introduced himself. We let him know we were there specifically to look at the Sienna, and luckily it was right up front.My partner and I are both in the car industry and he was a used car manager and worked in a body shop in the past, so he goes over every car we look at with a fine toothed comb. Rick bore with us as we went round and round the Sienna, inside and out, and answered all of my partner’s questions as best he could, and when he couldn’t, he let us know and found out from managers once we went inside.The Sienna was as advertised and in excellent shape! We went in to talk numbers and Rick was very patient with us, and quick back and forth to the deal desk. We even asked to take one more look at the van before we committed, and he left us to call family and have a private conversation about it, which we really appreciated!We decided to purchase the Sienna and we have been very happy with it so far! It made getting to and from the hospital to deliver our new (first) baby within a week of buying it very easy and comfortable, and it will be awesome to have enough seating to pick up my mother and aunt from the airport when they come to visit from Michigan!Big thank you to Rick and the team at Piercey for handling such discerning customers as ourselves and for accommodating my 9 month slow waddle and getting us through the process very quickly!We definitely recommend Rick and the team!!
