Friendly service and great pan dan and taro waffles!

My togo for dessert place, although there is a Bambu in Pleasanton, this one is 20% less expensive and on my way to home from work.

Terrible service, I got charged twice on my debit card after I had showed them my transaction on my phone and still they refused to give me service. I had to run my card again and they stated they could refund my money the following morning. I came back just to find out they can’t to anything without manger approval. So to wait and come back one more time when he’s there. Their lack of understanding and bad communication have lost them a regular customer. Will not recommend this place to anyone.

I have always come to this location for dessert because its very close to my house and I can even walk there. my favorite one is #1 and #10 on their Ches menu.I would recommend it.

Pandan waffle is a must have!!

Great service and awesome drinks. The shop itself is nice too. It has a nice ambiance. I personally suggest the passion fruit juice. The seeds add a really nice crunch to it. I would also recommend adding some kind of jelly to the juice. Its a great touch.

They were out of Boba, tea tasted about average.

#5 smashed avocado is the best. Period.

Wonderful smoothies, Mango my favorite. God coffee and Vietnamese bean drinks. My daughter loves the boba drinks. Makes excellent fresh waffles

This place is cash only and there is never a line here. I normally get dessert #10 which has grass jelly, pandan, and red tapioca balls in coconut milk. Usually they’re all the same to me, but this was a little off as it tasted more on the bland side compared to the others.

Got the order wrong when i repeated the order twice. She also said the order I wanted and got it wrong.

Would have given them 5 stars for their awesome bom dam BUT they charged extra for a substitution without telling us.... The substitution was for putting coconut milk for half and half... Not mad at the extra price but for the way it was added sneakily!

This was really weird. Having no experience with Thai desserts it is a bit of a stretch to say I liked it but I would like to try again another time.That Staff was very polite and helped me choose a Starter drink.

This is the closest Bambu place for me and I’m glad. I’m from out of town and every time I’m here visiting, it’s a must.

Their Avocado smoothie is as thick and creamy as before, still delicious. And now, they have a much larger selection to choose from.

Disgusting people and disgusting place. Its a sham. Their groupon deal is a scam. After paying around $20 for 5 drinks in advance using groupon.These guys denied me to buy a drink the second time because I didnt keep the stamp card.Who is going to keep the stamp card for months? They know that. So now they are gonna dishonestly keep my money.

Loved the different Teas and fruit drinks they have!!! Great alternative to those corporate drinks out there!! Definitely coming back again!!!
