Had Black Sesame and Saffron Rosewater Pistachio at a corporate event. Really tasty ice cream. Would recommend highly to anyone.

Sugar Mama has amazing ice-cream. Unique flavors with heavy focus on customers voices. We got to know them thru local farmers market. Pricing is quite high but well worth it. Must try mango tango if you are Indian mango lover.

I came here about a week ago and got a pint of the Saffron Rose Pistachio ice cream to go. I just had some for the first time tonight and oh, my! Its one of the best ice creams I have ever tasted! Its so rich and melt in your mouth delicious!! My mom who gave up sugar years ago had one spoon and asked for more! My pictures dont do this ice cream justice, but you can kind of see the saffron in there. The flavors complement each other so well! Its an Indian treat! In fact, for all the Desis out there...it tastes very similar to ras malai but more rose-ish! *drools

Wow! Im super impressed by the selection that Chief Sugar Mama had in her store tonight. Every flavor was solid, with authentic flavors. My favorites were the durian, black sesame brittle, and Irish whiskey praline!Spin the wheel to add a little spice in your life, and dont forget to ask for a sample!

Durian ice cream. Nuff said. Could taste even stronger of durian but thats always the case

Finding Sugar Mama Desserts was like finding a hidden gem!My little daughter loves ice cream but shes very picky about the flavor, not sugary but tasty, thats what she likes. So we were previously continuously driving to different places... not anymore; Sugar Mama delivers!We were looking around for handcrafted options and found this little shop in the middle of a huge mall. Since then, we have come every weekend and we keep trying different flavors... ALL of them are AWESOME!At first, I didnt like how they rotate flavors, but they have so many. Now, I appreciate that it motivates me to try different flavors once in a while.Each different option sparks creativity in the design. The combinations Sugar Mama offers are from another world. Yuzu Meringue Pie... who manages to put together Yuzu and Pie in ice cream? Honey Lavander Blueberry... what? Fresh Guava... delicious! Strawberry Lemonade Sorbet... my daughter makes us buy pints! And the list is LARGE... and all of them are impressive. Came here having heard of a new ice cream place being opened. Theyve got a good selection of hand made ice creams that are roasted regularly. I had the classic Award winning vanilla bean and Nutella brownie flavors. The vanilla bean has real vanilla bean infused, with a light flavor of vanilla, perfectly cold. The Nutella brownie has a subtle chocolate-nutella flavor and small bits of salty brownie that blend perfectly well. Super friendly staff, very reasonably priced. I see myself becoming a regular.

First time here and Ill be back. Its one of the better ice cream places Ive found in the Milpitas area.Classic creamery style ice creams with fun, homemade, and seasonal flavors. Everything tasted great, with a good mix of creamy, savory, and sweet.The prices were a little high for the portion size, but overall it was worth it.

I had high hopes for our new local ice cream spot. I had the strawberry and the Hawaiian. It must have been a bad batch or something, but it tasted more like ice, less like cream. I’ll give them another shot and hope things are better 🙏

I was even asking her if she catered weddings back when my boyfriend and I were only dating for 6 months and Sugar Mama was only at the Farmer’s Market. I was joyous when she started doing weddings that I guess I had to marry my now-husband. There are a ton of flavors to pick from. It was a challenge for us to pick only six! And we had a lot of different dietary restrictions accommodate for our guests and we were able to with the variety that Sugar Mama offers: Vegan, Nut-free, Dairy-free, Gluten-free. Sugar Mama even accommodated us with a pack of gluten-free ice cream cones for our guest. Our flavors were: Smooth Black Sesame, Fresh Strawberry, Guava Lava, Saffron Rosewater Pistachio, P.O.P.P. (peach, orange, pineapple, papaya), and Strawberry Lemonade Sorbet . She even gave us a pint each of Black Sesame and Strawberry to us newlyweds! (Those did not last long because we ate it!) We also worked to have a zero-waste wedding so no cups and spoons, just ice cream cones. Very accommodating.Her ice cream is delicious. It has a very fresh and smooth taste. You are not overwhelmed by sugar or additives. We have converted many of our family and friends. We don’t give gifts anymore; we buy pints of ice cream! You should have seen the ice cream line at our wedding. Guests were getting ice cream and then back in line to eat and wait for more. People were trying to sneak ice cream in before dinner was even served! We are 10+ months married now and our friends and family still talk about the ice cream at our wedding.Sugar Mama had a very cute setup. There was an ice cream cart with umbrella, decorations, and the ice cream flavor signs matched our wedding theme. Her helpers serving the ice cream were awesome to work with that evening.And myself as a person who is an overplanner, Renisa answered all my questions and was flexible and understanding to work with. My husband and I half-joke with friends we need another big party so we can cater ice cream again. :) But luckily Sugar Mama is at the Farmer’s Market and has her store now (I go often if I haven’t stocked up on pints.)

Great unique flavors! Super friendly owners who encouraged us to sample a lot of flavors. Ended up with strawberry and guava lava. The black sesame and lychee were fantastic too. My son loves the chocolate and it had chocolate covered rice crispy balls in it. Storefront had been opened only one month. If only I lived closer...

Got to look closer for their sign board since its so small that can be easily missed. They got fewer selections. But, taste and quantity was very good. I had Malt Chocolate and Mango Tango.

The ice cream is delicious!!! Not too sweet or too decadent. I loved it especially the Earl Grey and Fresh Strawberries.

Our office had Sugar Mama Desserts catered ice cream for our employee appreciation event and it was awesome! They arrived on time and setup was very cute! Service was great and ice cream was delicious! A hit at the office!

Free samples of their 11 unique flavors. There ate no default flavors like vanilla here. We ordered durian, black sesame with brittle, plum watermelon, and earl grey. Early grey and Durian were lighter on the flavor than other stores. Black sesame was just like the instant paste we make at home. The ice creams were all generally less sweet, less creamy, and less melt in your mouth. Nonetheless, their unique flavors will bring people back.

A small ice cream shop, not much space. Interesting flavors but they are just okay in execution without a heavy cream base. Prices are expensive for the size scoop that they give you.

Offers samples to try before purchasing, sometimes crowded, there are tables inside and outside. service is good, prices are reasonable. personally, i iike to have dinner at a restaurant in the plaza and stop by ice cream afterwards, my favorite is the fresh durian.
