Its less crowd in this pandamic time.. thats really a big plus.
Shorter lines and fast servicing. Not as congested as the other Indian grocery stores in the area.
Stale veggies, way overpriced and just a bad store experience. Never going in here again.
Very helpful staff. Convenient place for us to shop.
Good place to get some indian groceries and sweets
Good place for Indian groceries, not crowded and the vegetables are fairly fresh. Good variety of frozen food and snacks available here. They also sell a few utensils and household products.
Good place. Many indian items available
Decent sized store with lots of selections... i went to 4 different stores in this general area and this is the 1st one to let me use the restroom.... BUT, there was a small roach in the corner... that deffinitely threw me off and changed my agenda.... i only went with a drink from the fridge and a frozen bag of naan bread to try at home... disappointing cuz i went open minded and ready to try random foods ive never had before.
Not organized enough. Prices are not available of items.
Good Indian store with ample parking space and variety of products. Staff is friendly. The store is spacious enough. This is usually the place I go to for seasonal items like gongura, Indian mangoes especially banganapalli and rasaal.
Good store. A little bit bulky. Fast service. No sanitization of hand baskets or carts :(
Efficient service and supply of essential products for any Indian household (and even non-Indians 😁)
Dont shop here.Happened today that I went to the store and checking the horizon milk carton expiry date. But did not pick any since I was looking for a later period of expiry date. Now there is a Hispanic guy (only for description purpose. No bias towards them) working there that comes to me and tells me not to touch anything and the reason is he does not want to get sick by me touching anything in the store. Now the question goesWhy is this shop open and allowing customers to come inside the store to pick their items? If this was the case then why work in a situation like this? How come even the store owner does not have anything to say about this?Just because you wear a glove doesnt mean you can touch everywhere in the store. It does not stop the germs spreading. I do not know how many people have touched the things in the store.Everyone is taking precautions because of covid but customers do expect a level of service. This is a level beyond. Im not shopping here anymore. I have been a customer for the past 4 years not anymore.
Great service and good collection of Indian groceries. In covid times, this store is going above and beyond to help customers. They take orders over email and put groceries in trunk for us. Thank you for the great service always.
Great indian grocery store
I came here to get some really good Filipino food. And while I was there I went into the market to buy some hot chili powder. I am beginning to make my own kimchi. Yum
Idk what kind of 100% pure cow ghee even in india and here its the same fraud all my effort making traditional dish is wasted i am so frustrated idk how to react i paid the price but i lost more than that .after i heated it it turned white and even it didnt taste like ghee y dont they bring best product
Good asian and indian veggies. Fresh as newly harvest. Always a good place to buy food
Decent selection. Plenty of parking and great location, right off 237. Prices were somewhat more expensive than some of their Santa Clara based peers, but not by much. Right off major expressways so you could save some time, if so inclined.
I got an Indian Mixie here.. which is something I was really looking forward to buying.. oh also, you can all sorts of Indian food here:)
Recurring billing issues.... almost 3 times we found extra items being added in the bill... very bad request everyone who purchase here pls be aware of what items ur billed and check all the items...
You can get all the grocery items online. Great indeed.
Good quality grocery and especially appreciate their collection during indian festivals.
Nice and clean Indian grocery store.
Very pricy compared to other Indian markets... and the boy at the counter always being rash and non responsive if we ask for any info.worst experience we had. We went thrice to this place. Every time we get this experience prices are very very high than other Indian markets.
You can buy fresh and cheap vegetables there. Thats the only thing i buy from them.
Ive been shopping here for a while now. Fresh vegetables, seasonal fruits like mangoes are available. Good customer service. Thank you.
Well stocked with good options on fresh Veggies, short lines for checkout. My only concern is prices on boxed items are little higher than a nearby store but still better than many Indian grocery stores in this area. Fresh Veggie prices are mostly cheapest in whole area so this is our go to destination even though farther for us
Love it nice workers !
Found all the things I had looking for, what stuck to me is the spice aisle was aromatic and reminded me of home...
You get one type of fruit for every season which you cant find at other Indian stores. Ex : guava in one season and fresh dates in another season.Different kinds of green leafy vegetables
The workers here smoke in the store. They dont wash their hands when handling food. And they have a street cat roaming around the store laying on the bananas and their excuse for the cat is to keep the mice away! Beware!!!!!Enter at your own risk!! Never again for me. And i live a couple of blocks away so i know for a fact!!!!!!
Our goto grocery store..Fresh produce and good options for all grocery items..
We have all the Indian groceries with all the different varieties.
The owner if very nice and very helpful. An incredible selection of Indian foods at really good prices. The produce seems to always be fresh and of high quality and prices are also very good. Highly recommended.
Youll get pretty much everything Indian and the gentlemen at the counter are fast in service and friendly too.Samosa and other snacks are additional good things to go for.
They charge $1 more for the each item than any other Indian places
I like the store it has a lot of spices and the people are pretty nice but I really like about it is you dont have a bunch of dead animals laying around. I like that they dont have a meat department. And I love spicy food.
Fresh and good choice. Well priced too!
Best Indian store in Bay Area
I always find items I look for and the staff is very friendly
Old stock available ensure to check dates before buying.
Its good place. Quick and easy ...not much options...
This place has decent stock of Indian dry goods but definitely way lesser than what you can get from another Indian store which is just a mile or two away. The place itself was untidy the 4-5 times I visited. The grocery section especially had so many flies buzzing around and a lot of veggies and fruits were stale or rotten. I just went the other day to get some onions and looking at the number of flies around, I had to step out and visit the New India Bazaar store which isn’t too far away from this place. I hope they improve in terms of cleanliness and tidiness first. They need to remove rotten fruits and veggies off the shelves everyday so as to not encourage stench and flies.
You could find almost all of the desi grocery items. Did I mention that they have Samosa & Puff too?
Good place for Indian veggies and groceries love the mangoes here
Friendly staff, quality produce, and good pricing
Grocery shop in Mukkiyam close to bay area ( SFO )
Has many hard to find items but clerk not very friendly.
Great place to get Indian groceries, fresh produce at affordable prices. Clean place, very friendly customer service, ample parking.
Good selection of veggies, fruits, at good prices, and friendly staff
You get all the things to meet your Indian cooking needs. You also get few other Indian groceries for daily use. Couldve been little more organized.
Good selection of produce and dry goods. Generally not super crowded
Warning: regularly sell expired products.Just take a note of the expiry dates on all pickles, masalas etc. A good chunk of them are always expired or close to expiry. Most of the legumes they sell( kidney beans, dals etc) do not have any packaging or manufacturing date printed. Makes me wonder how fresh their produce is too.Stay away, there are other indian grocery stores in the area.
Nice grocery store. Fair price and vegetables are fresh.
This super market is small but has almost all the food items for weekly shopping. It has best samosas of the town :) No hassel of long queues for billings or car parking.Good customer service.
Products are good. Place looks cramped for space and shopping carts are left unarranged
One of the few desi stores that are not crowded. It is also easy to find parking during nights. Prices are reasonable and good selection of vegetables. Also, found some steel utensils - indian style here during my last visir
Pretty good store for shopping Indian groceries. Vegetables are not fresh always. Have good varieties in Rice category.
Price of items is more than other Indian grocery stores.
Its a great stores of all Indian products and wide range of vegetables and fruits. The experience is fantastic as seen kanyakumari to Kashmir and Mumbai to Kolkata.
The store is usually kept pretty clean. The groceries and vegetables are very fresh compared to other Nameste Plaza branches I have been to.
Good for Indian groceries. You get almost everything in one place. Prices are a little on the higher end.
Really good store for Indian spices..clean ...try the hot samosas. ...nom!!
This place has a great variety of Indian groceries, it’s less crowded and the staff is very friendly. Highly recommended 👍
The Go-to grocery in Milpitas area. Not too much crowd and decent stocking.
Good store for indian groceries. As a vegetarian, I appreciate a store that doesnot have meat in it. Here only masalas for non-veg cooking are available. Everything is vegetarian, and a good selection too. The vegetables are very fresh on certain days of the week, not sure which days. Most of the stuff needed for Indian cooking can be bought here, and some indian snacks too.
Indian grocery .. good variety of indian sweets available
Great place for all indian grocery, vegetables are not that fresh. Some fruits were rotten but still on shelf. You get stainless steel utensils needed for indian cooking.
Great place in Milpitas to buy Indian groceries
Most likely you will find all local Indian brands products. CHECK FOR EXPIRY. Good collection of Bay area local food as well such as fresh roti, puran poli. Its at a convenient location as tayyebat for fresh meat is right next to it. Biryaniz is also at the next junction. Close to Walmart, Best buy and Dollar tree.
Very good place to get all Indian food and vegetables
Vegetables are among the most unfresh I have seen at a store, a poor collection of Chaat items as well.
Good grocery store but u will not find many things there...
A very good store to purchase all your Indian grocery. Properly arranged.
Less crowded, but few things missing like swarna atta
Has variety of things in there to make great authentic Indian food
Decently priced and stocked with almost all desi items. The owner goes out of his way to help u. Their new Chat place is also very good.
You can get all sort of Indian vegetables and groceries with good quality.
Good place to shop for fresh produce and ethnic food and spices
Its less crowded compared to New India Bazaar. But the vegetables usually are not fresh.
All indian items and veggies and spices are available. The space is very less to carry the trolley else its all fin
Groceries are costlier than Walmart. Roti in other indian stores are way cheaper compared to here.
Nice indian shop at SFO
Nice place for indian veggies and fruits
Halal meat and Indian store side by side. Briyaniz next to it. Totally amazing and one stop place.
Namasthae plaza is good & most of the items cost is less than any other Indian bazaars here.
Ample space and no rush. You can find most Indian items.
Very conjusted. Poor customer service. All prices are not labeled.
Parking available for handicap vehicles. Good option to buy Indian grocery Items.
All Indian groceries available here, discounted items are there, further discount on every $100 purchase, parking is right, free tea.
Indian grocery store. Most of the Indian products available. Reasonable
Spacious store with good variety of veggies yet fenugreek was disappointing
Looks like the best in Milpitas. But there are better ones in Fremont, Santa Clara and San Jose.
A very nice Indian grocery store. Also need some improvements like restrooms, etc.
