First time I have met this young owner on the counter, has no respect for the customer. I was about to put my groceries in trunk and I noticed a damaged package, I went back inside and told him, he said next time make sure before you step out.My question is, how many customers check their ready to eat snack packs for damages before they leave the store? I just had blind trust in them..lol..

This place is located in a small strip mall and has small parking. The store is small and does not have lot of varieties but a great place for a quick buy. You will not find many people in the store so you can walk in and walk out fairly quickly. We have found their prices to be more expensive than the nearest stores.

Any time I need some spices I go here. If I dont see what I am looking for I have asked and always received help right away. They are very helpful there one sales person even told me to let him know what I was planning to cook and could recommend packets with all the required spices in. Which is nice if you dont want to be buying all the individual spices for any certain dish. There is handicapped parking available and a ramp near the door.

Owner of the shop can charge you varied prices all the time because he does know the prices. Beware. 25 lb bag of onions was being charged 13.99 and 19.99 on two different occasions.

Well stocked grocery store close to the calaveras Blvd. Is definitely less crowded than new India bazaar that is nearby. Im exclusively shopping here now to avoid large crowds.

Awful food! Most of the prepared food is stale and not edible. I tried to complain and got a little angry on the person on the counter. He started arguing with me. I am filing a health code violation complaint against these guys. Enough is enough!! We have had several bad experiences here. Never going back....

If you are looking for any popular nostalgic Indian Food product, that you cant find in your regular Indian store ( swad candy, aam Panna, murukku, instant Madras coffee, ripe mangoes, bhel mix), drop by here for a quick second look. Wouldnt recommend as a primary Indian grocery store though.

Best Indian grocery store ever !!In house live chaat(yummiest pani puri Ive had in the US, hand-served bandi style with gloves of course), fresh sweets and snacks(variety of theplas among others), fresh cut vegetables, meat, pickles, fresh vegetables, freshly made curries, pooja items - all under one roof !Oh, and they even have Indian ice cream(Amul and Vadilal brands, and that includes Casatta!!)Service has always been excellent!
