Good for Indian grocery.but a bit expensive compared to Patel brothers which I would recommend in comparison
Great selection. Been going here for more than 10 years. Great service always. Avoid weekends if you can. Also all prices are marked so no checkout surprises.
A little crowded but i saw pani puri stall. Will have to come back for that.
I have visited this store a couple of times now. What I really like is the variety of vegetables available here. The prices of vegetables are very reasonable and even cheaper than walmart..!However some items like milk are expensive and they should bring in options priced in the same range as Walmart/Costco.The cashier line is sometimes long but then they open more counters. You also get snacks like samosa, patties etc. and sweets. I tried the samosa, it was okay.
Way too expensive to shop here now. Prices have been skyrocketing for the past couple of years at this location. In addition, they dont have price stickers on items and frequently charge the wrong amount (higher). Double check you bill to make sure you havent been charged incorrectly
Upside: nice place to get indian groceries and veggies. They have almost everything youll need.Downside: Gets crowded easily and less parking space for the amount of customers. Try to shop at odd hrs.
Lowest pricing on grocery but be careful while returning items do keep your bill or else you would loose money because later date the price could be cheaper and you would be refunded less than for what actually you paid. Ex : bought Rice bag 20 lbs for $12.99 on September 1st but wanted to return on September 5th unopened and unused rice bag without bill then they would scan the card and give return 11.99 because September 5th the same Rice bag was at discounted price of $11.99
This store has everything under one roof and is our go to place. Vegetables are very fresh and lots of variety in frozen food section
No meat 🍖. Good space and collection of Indian groceries and veggies. Parking 🅿️ is tight all the time.
This place I have been visiting for over 5 years. They have freshest veggies like bitter guard, okra, drum sticks, plantains, chilies, curry leaves, cilantro, mint, turmeric, shallots, onions, and greens and the list goes on for that I am fond of going there. Of course lots of snacks and sweets varieties. Price is pretty cheap. Long lines and space limited on veggies section. Recent renovations changed a lot. Pretty good billing team and checks out fast. Recently I moved to East Bay even now I visit this place without fail whenever I am in South Bay! Well run place! Amazon is bringing home some good organic spices and other online places for gingely oil, peanut oil etc but still fresh ethnic veggies, greens, and fruits ?!:) Thanks New India Bazzar for a neat, reasonable organized place that you are!
Nice store with all the indian grocery essential. Is almost always crowded (especially on weekends)
This is my grocery store for last 5+ years. I get all Indian items here. Real Alphonso mangoes. Once I asked for Agar Agar, vegetarian substitute for gelatin. They didnt have it. But next time I went, I saw they had ordered it. Main reason I have stuck to this store because of the quality of vegetables here.
Visited this place after a long hiatus, noticed new additions and better organization of the aisles. The checkout counters have shields to separate the customer from the checkout agent. Overall much better compared to my previous visit
It gets crowded most of the time. I usually try to go first thing in the morning and avoid weekends. But you get a good selection of brands for all the Indian groceries.
This place is better than other indian markets in the surrounding.
Great Indian Grocery store in Milpitas. You can get all fresh vegetables, Indian spices, dairy items, Indian snacks, flours, etc... They have Indian Mangoes during summer time and various Indian plants. Its very popular so often crowded but check out it fast since they multiple counters. Sometimes its dificult to get parking since its located in a small shopping complex.
Worth to go to purchase comodity (Indian goods)at reasonable rate, and good/ Pure quality.
Great prices, friendly staff, fresh fruits and vegetables, lots of variety in terms of frozen and cold items, food, snacks, and everything else. Loved this place.
Good collection of Indian Groceries. They do have an online ordering platform with a minimum of $35. Weekends are pretty busy and the queue at the counter can be as long as 15 minutes... Weekdays, mid-days are all light and a breeze to complete weekly shopping.
Vegetables could be better. The aisles are too crammed. Hard to navigate with the trolley.
This place has an awesome variety of all indian coming items..
Very good place to get Indian veggies and snack items, however it’s crowded most of the times. Parking is almost full most times.
Some Lady thieves at the register. I saw their tactics thrice till now. If you buy some small size items, they will bill you but you dont find them in your bag. Since They cannot hide veggies and big size items you get them perfectly. But small sized items will stolen by them. Today they stole my baking soda, panner chilli ready mix and coconut milk and i got billed for them. This is the third time happening. Owners please look into this issue. You will lose your reputation soon.Others please watch your items going to the bag directly after billing. Please dont trust them blindly.
Should change name to Old India Bazaar. Its not new. Good vegetables at low price. Checkout is too busy. Fillers napping and no social distancing at all.
I always love to be heres I get everything from my Indian groceries list.👍
Everything is pretty good, except for the congestion at the queues for the billing.
Great selection of fresh Indian groceries, dairy and spices and very competitive pricing.
Good all things are available and fresh also
One stop for Thumsup soft drink.
I like this store. In my opinion best store nice workers. Best customer service. Fresh products at reasonable price. God bless this store.
Its really small. People could feel uneasy fur due to crowd and less space.
All Indian Assortments mainly focused on for Indian families living in around Bay Area. The vegetables varieties are better here and you will get most of the products fresh. On groceries all types of Indian products like rice to spices are available with well known brands of India and Pakistani brand as well. One drawback is few products like Indian packaged snacks products are near to expire so while buying, you need to check the best before usage date. The prices are okay across all the products. It’s well maintained supermarket.
Decent selection of items but the store is just too crowded on weekends and evenings. They do not follow Covid guidelines, people have to queue up for billing in narrow isles, bumping into each other so often.
Stopped here in my way. Smaller NIB as compared to the Santa Clara store. Lot of missing options especially the ready to eat MTR section. Nothing wrong with this NIB in particular but I’ll just spend some more time and go to the Santa Clara store to avoid missing some items on my grocery list
Vegetable quality is very bad and old rotten stage. Not sure who like to spend hard earned money buying vegetables here.
In addition to grocery items like rice and lentils and spices, a great variety of fresh produce at reasonable prices is always available, including Indian vegetables that are not seen in regular supermarkets. Dairy products including several brands of organic milk are always available. However, the store is very small and quite cramped, and its best visited early on weekdays before it gets crowded.
Great place for Indian gorceries and fresh produce. Prices are reasonable and they have wide range of selection. Only thing is parking can be difficult sometimes, especially weekends and evenings, but worth going for sure.
Have been shopping here for quite some time now. And have always found the store full of items, even during the peak of pandemy. Getting parking during peak hours can be frustrating.
It’s a decent stop for your daily needs and grocery. Gets a little crowded on peak times but they are expanding for more space. I love going there, fruits and vegetables are fresh. More variety of snacks available.
Very nice and trustworthy shop. We get our Indian groceries from here. Prices are reasonable and quality of products is good. Staff is friendly.
Best place to buy Indian groceries and other things if you’re in Milpitas area 👍🏼
Among all, I like this place for shopping. Lot of things available on the same place. The only thing I dont like about Indian stores which I observed on this store as well they dont check product Expirey date. I noticed, lot of items are already Expired. You need to check every item manufacturing date. If you dont check there is a possiblity that you got the expired one too😐😐
This store does not follow COVID guidelines. The lanes are really narrow so the least they could do is guide traffic one way so they can avoid people colliding into each other. There is no limit on number of people entering the store. If you care about stopping the spread, avoid this store on weekends. The store should be more strict about people not following guidelines too. 6 feet distancing is not enforced anywhere and employees don’t seem to care themselves.
Well located in Milpitas with reasonably priced groceries and a wide range of choices. They have also expanded to almost twice their previous size!👌
No stock of sale items ever.
They are not following any Covid guidelines. There is no limit to number of people allowed inside at a time. Aisles are very narrow for people to be able to follow social distancing. I was standing in billing line and one of the staff members came in the middle to stock the shelves and got the line even more crowded. Cashiers were also not wearing the masks properly.
Really impressed. They have variety of produce and also very fresh. That had 10 types of fryums. Everything well organized and clean.
Currently they have extended one row on the left for diary and frozen products and thus have added lot of stock there. Organised very well you can easily find the stuffs. Usually it is crowded on weekend.
Nice place and now renovated so things move quicker
This place is ok, but could use a good cleaning
Very busy but thats where we go
It’s Nice. In COVID times not much crowded and all vegetables are fresh. We will get almost all Indian groceries here.
Good store with fresh goods
Decent selection, long lines.
Inventory is definitely new and priced well compared to other stores. With new store expansion, it feels more roomy to shop around and maintain 6ft distance
Its a great store with very efficient checkout. Love shopping there but have to go at times when the shoppers are fewer. Social distancing is hard and the clientele largely does not seem to care to distance.
Good place and reasonable prices!
One stop solution for all indian groceries, especially refrigerated rotis and frozen parathas. Reasonable prices, fresh produce, overwhelming variety of snacks and pickles
The name says it. All Indian grocery items available at very cheap rates.
The store has recently expanded its frozen foods section which is good to include more catalog for frozen foods but I typically avoid anything that is not fresh. It always looks like their fresh grocery section is not that fresh by which I’m always forced to avoid picking drumsticks, tindora, leafy vegetables etc.. just because they’re either not stocked or not in good condition
Our go-to place for Indian groceries in Milpitas. They sanitize their carts regularly and I appreciate that
Its very close to great mall and walkable distance
Good service
Can get almost all of your vegetarian desi shopping done here. Plus they have the best pan in the bay area and samosas!
Good place for groceries
Good place to buy Indian grocery.
Its now expanded and roomy. Added more variety
Im regular here. Has lot of indian variety of items
Good place to shop for Indian items. Right next to a bus stop too..
Litte crowded but you can find most Indian item here
Expensive Indian store. They are taking advantage of pandemic. They increased prices during pandemic and removed reward programs. I go to Indian stores in Sunnyvale even though I live in Milpitas.
It is a great neighborhood grocery store with everything you would ever need! I recommend it to people looking for a store that can supply your daily needs.
One stop solution to all Indian grocery items & fresh veggies and fruits.
Great shopping store for Indian grocery..Very organized
It has great variety for vegetables.Poor parking.Staff is good.I think best Samosa in this area. Now selling flowers and sweets.Great tea collection. Also bring all festivals supplies.
Huge indian supermarket. Fresh groceries. Vast collection of Indian packaged food products
Mostly all indian grocery are available thats good
With renovation of vegetables area now it looks okay. The grocery aisle are still cramped.
I love going to this store for allll my grocery needs... Their produce is always fresh and not overly priced..Good customer service...You will find literally just everything under one roof..The only reason I m giving 4 star is that its too tight..tight aisles...you cant walk freely with your cart.. They seriously need to expand the store..
I love stock of green and fresh leafy vegetables in this store. Off course they are reasonably priced. They serve free tea which many persons like. Samosas are also available which very tasty. Its far from my city so i go occasionally but whenever i cross this I visit for my groceries and produce.
Less prices compared to nearby grocers. Good collection only downside is space and gets crowded. Especially with covid situation gotta be very careful.
In these covid days evening hours after 7 pm are less crowded.
Go-to Indian store in Milpitas.
The review is for the chaat place next next door. Decent food and decent prices. Nothing to rave about nor anything to complain about. It is a convenient spot to grab decent north Indian fare near great mall. Parking is usually a pain point.
Great variety at reasonable prices and helpful staff. Gets very busy on the weekends, so plan your visit accordingly.
Very low prices on all the groceries. Fresh vegetables and good quality products.
Very clean store, and had good vegetables and grocery stuff when I visited. I mainly shop for pulses, legumes and all there is for a vegetarian diet and was happy to shop here on a weekday evening. Cashiers were understanding when my kid decided to throw a tantrum. It was very parent friendly as well.
Clean stores and great staff! Would shop here again!
Good option to buy groceries for a reasonable price in North San Jose/Milpitas area. They are open until 9:30PM. Weekends are very crowded so are weekday evenings. They have started doing the Rewards options by signing up using Phone number. Items are priced reasonably well. They have festival oriented items for sale, Plants, idols etc.
Not to much parking but great experience good barber also
