Went here to get my car serviced and had a great experience. Everyone was so friendly and they had me in and out super quick. Also didnt try and upsell me on anything the way other mechanics do.
The employees are very nice and its very clean there. The waiting room has soda water coffee and tea it also has a tv.
Andrew Toyota service dept. is top notch. Their technicians and managers are knowledgeable and I have only had good experiences here. Their rates are fair.
Had a scheduled appointment to buy a car and they turn around sell it to somebody else and didnt tell me before I wasted over two hours driving to and from this place 🤦🏿♀️🚮

Waste of time, had me sitting around for an hour for an appraisal and then offered my 6k for my vehicle when the KBB is 11k. I know all car dealerships are crooks but this one takes the cake and they ran 2 credit check on me without my consent when I never said anything about financing.
Knowledgeable staff, but it seems the focus has shifted over the years from customer satisfaction, to making a buck. I went there 3 times, for the same issue with my tires. But every time they claim that it is ot related (if they admit it is, theyll have to fix it for free).I paid, didnt argue, but it is disappointing.

Ive worked on cars and motorcycles for years. But when I suspected a problem in my Camrys ABS system (Anti-Lock Braking), I turned to Andrew Toyota’s Service Dept. for diagnostics, only, as my hand-held analyzer doesn’t read ABS sensor malfunctions. Also, I judged that my brakes might soon need assistance, so I wondered at the dealership’s estimate.I spoke with Service Advisor Cody Wagner and scheduled my appointment, after which Cody explained that I needed a new right-front driveaxle/outer CV joint ($1,096.00+TAX) and a full brake job, complete with the re-surfacing of all four brake rotors ($700.00+Tax), for a total of $1900.00, give or take. Cody told me that he had been able to “turn my right-front ABS sensor on and off,” so it was “good.” Well, diagnostic analyzers—even the high dollar kind—don’t work this way; they don’t actively engage on-board computers to activate and deactivate automotive systems, which would present bottomless safety, and legal, liabilities. (“Judge, they turned off my brakes!”) Analyzers simply read what the car might have to say.None of this made much sense, except for the right-front location of my ABS problem. So I scouted parts here in town and online, bought a new ABS sensor and brake pads all for under $100 and commandeered my girlfriend’s garage for two days. The new ABS sensor cleared the problem and the new brake pads fit well on my smooth rotors, no resurfacing required.So beware all estimates from Andrew Toyotas Service Department! Get a second opinion or explore self-help. They will try to take you for every dime!

They serviced the car in the mentioned time duration. Scheduling an appointment was easy. I also got a time on the same day. The service center is behind the main building. Google maps took me in a roundabout way, although I figured the location easily. I would recommend putting the main Andrew Toyota building if navigating using maps.
It was time for maintenance then they all ways let me know when something is going wrong but everything is good like always

I had a 10 a.m. appointment and was told it would be 2 hours. To get to the point l left, returned, test drove another truck for a possible trade, didnt trade but didnt leave until after 4. Changing service locations.

Not really customer service called in aweek ago to request an oil change last service on my contract made the appointment when the day came I indicated that I will wait for my car they said unfortunately you didnt select thatfrom your on-line appointment. I told him I called in I didnt do it online then hes telling me its only for a tire rotation. Thats not what I asked for and thats not we discussed.
