Came in due to a check engine and brake light on my Subaru Outback. They told me that it was due to a crack in my catalytic converter and wanted to charge me $2800 for the repair. They also told me that my timing belt needed to be replaced and I knew something was up because I had it replaced in the past couple of years (total bill was going to be $5000). I took my car to a different repair shop and they told me there was no way they checked the catalytic converter becasue they didnt take off the heat shield to inspect it. The different repair shop also told me that my brakes were completely worn through, somethinng that this service shop completly missed. I will not be taking my car into this service station again due to the price gouging and poor service.

They always take care of me and my family. We all drive Subarus. This time they gave me a loaner so I didnt have to wait. The work actually came out less than they initially quoted.

Service is always prompt and professional. Very accommodating. The guest area is very clean some refreshments are offered and theres a multitude of Subaru gifts and apparel to purchase.

Loved this place for my service on my current Subaru. Went to trade in mine and get a new one. Had everything set up and just needed to bring in down payment. Now I’m not approved the next day. Finance department is a joke and will be taking my patronage elsewhere

This was a terrible experience. Check oil light went on in my Subaru. Stopped in and was met with a lecture about not having an oil change sticker. She then rolled her eyes and informed me that there was nothing they could do except top off my oil and hope for the best. They might be able to fit me in the following week. What a joke!
