My experience with All Pro Transmissions was great. They were able to diagnose a series of transmission-related trouble codes that were preventing me from passing an emissions test and registering my minivan. The initial quote I received was very fair and there were no surprise charges after the job was complete. The owner, Jeff, was very honest about the lead time for the repair work (3+ weeks) and they completed the work right on schedule. Although a 1 year warranty was included with the job, I was happy to learn that the rebuilt transmission they installed actually included a 3 year warranty. I highly recommend this shop. They give detailed advice about repair or replacement for your transmission.They dont do the cheaper transmission flush ( 150+) but they explained there reason why.The drop n clean is a MUCH BETTER option.Its more expensive but its worth it.

I called to get my Mazda 3 transmission fluid replaced and the guy told me to bring it in early the next day since they always have a line open to close and don’t take appointments. So I do, I arrived about two minutes past 8:30 am when they open and everything is still locked up. I call and told them who I spoke to and what I needed and what kind of car. He lets out a big sigh and goes “look hun, you’ll have to leave it here all day” . Ok, I wasn’t told this before so I just needed to lineup a ride and would call him back so we could do it. After sorting out a ride I call him back after not 3 minutes, no answer. Call back after another two, no answer. Doors are locked and bays are still locked up. Another call and no answer, mailbox is full. Terrible service

Heat went out on the hybrid. All pro got it back up and running now i have to cut the heat off because its working so good.

Extremely unprofessional. Should’ve went with TNS.**Case and point. Only reason I haven’t picked the vehicle up is the lack of professionalism and disrespect from Jeff on his very first call to me. They dropped me off to another shop to pick up another vehicle I just had work done on also.. So, I don’t mind paying my bills. But I don’t have to give my money to a business who continues to harrass, belittle, threaten and antagonize me.

I had a great experience with all pro. The owner was VERY friendly and helpful and made time for me IMMEDIATELY. Ran diagnostics to try to determine the issue, he informed me of a different non transmission code that was popping up that could be the culprit. Referred me to another shop for that. Very clean shop looking from the waiting room.

Jeff did a SPECTACULAR job rebuilding my transmission and beat the price by HUNDREDS of dollars compared to the 4 other places I called. No hidden fees, did just what he said he would and had it DONE when HE SAID it would be done. If you need your transmission rebuilt and go anyplace else, you have entirely too much money and must enjoy wasting it.

I just love them!! I came into the shop to bring my vehicle that was previously worked on else where and they fixed the problem. After being without my car for a month. I want to say that Robert who owns the shop is a great guy. I was in a bind and he was able to fix my car the same day. His employees are very nice and are great mechanics. I forgot to mention he offers the best prices in the city. These guys actually showed me what was wrong and didnt try to get more money out of me. They actually fixed what was wrong and gave great recommendations for what I need fixed in the next year. This shop is the place to go for minor repairs and big jobs like transmissions. They also work on classic cars as well. Theres nothing these guys cant do.

I took my car to All Pro Transmissions last week, because I thought my car needed a transmissions. I was quoted $2,600 for a rebuilt transmission, which was the cheapest price I found in town. When I went to the shop to put a down payment on the transmission, the owner Jeff told me that it was not my transmission, it was my caliber and he charged me little of nothing to repair the car, he even went above and beyond to put my car on the reader and check everything out. Now, being a female, he could of ripped me off, but he was great, fair and honest with me and I appreciate that. WE NEED MORE SHOPS LIKE THIS AROUND. HE CAN GET MY BUSINESS ANYTIME. THANKS JEFF AND ALL PRO STAFF!!! YALL ARE AWESOME!!

Unprofessional and lied on me over the phone.

I was told to bring my car in Thursday at 9:00am. They had my car all day didnt even look at it.. Didnt call to tell me that they didnt look at it; I had to come up to the place to get that information.. Now I was told to bring my car back Friday 9:00am.. All day Friday they had my car until time to close. The Owner said that the car will be done Saturday.. I said Ok, Because I had a hole in my radiator. So Saturday came and they were not open and my car was sitting in the car lot with no signs of someone working on it. No one was is at the shop to work.. So no car from Thursday to Monday.. So here it is Monday, I call at 10:30 and my car still is not done.. The owner has no Pro-Social skills when speaking to customers who find error in his shops work, he attempts to talk to you like you did something wrong.. He told me that my car will be done and it is not.. unprofessional. If he knew that his shop was understaffed, because of people quitting or being fired and you didnt have the personnel to work, he should have communicate this to the customers. But as far as holding my car for four days and telling me this was a two hour job, this is not acceptable.

Quality work. Brought my car in for transmission work, and saved a bunch of money, guys were nice and honest and helped me out a lot. Love the puppy running around the shop too.

This man helped me push my car to his shop, and fixed my problem for little to nothing. He was truly a blessing at the time because I was really down on my luck. I am going to get all of my work done from here now on! Thank you so much

Horrible work and horrible Customer service. I just called them after they didnt do the job right for the second time, car is leaking transmission fluid everywhere I go. (luckily I was 5 months into a 6 month warranty) the manager was very unprofessional and even asked what did I think they could do over the phone for me? 🤔 So I guess when you pay over $1300.00 dollars to get work done by a specialist and resolve a problem and they dont fix it, you have no right to question them regarding the service that you were charged for. Before I paid them they were all smiles and the most courteous people you ever wanted to meet. I cant possibly believe all these reviews are legit, the mechanics are nice but the manager really needs to learn some people skills. I really shouldve taken my business elsewhere. Update as of 8/7/17 They are still the worst shop ever, car is still having issues and they have the nerve to tell me to bring it in for further auto repairs, what a joke! This place is the worst auto repair shop Ive ever been to and I have been to a few, they even ask me to record the problem the car is doing since they cant get it to reproduce the problem when driving it. If you want a place that values you or your business PLEASE Chose anywhere else and if youre looking for a quick fix you are better off going to a back yard mechanic other than them because its the same service you are getting.

Saved me a ton of money, really great work for a price I could afford. I had a great experience.

I thought my transmission was damaged so I called All Pro Transmission to check it out. I previously used them more than 10 or more years ago. Unfortunately for me, Gary passed and his son sold the company a few years ago to the current owner. Here are the list of lies I was told by his employee and the owner as follows: #1. Employee: Bring it own over... theres a lift open now. That was on Monday- 1/15/2018 and I paid $100.00 for the tow. I get it over there, go in and #2. Employee: Our credit card machine is down. But then said it was working when I was about to tow it out of there because my cash was low. I paid $800 in credit for a down deposit and left thinking I needed a rebuilt transmission and torque converter for around $1400. When Friday 1/19/2018 rolled around with no call, I contacted them. The owner told me my rear differential was shot and he could get me one on Monday 1/22/2018 for $300 plus labor. Luckily, I had the rear axle (bay) under warranty still so I told him to wait till I check things out. That Monday morning, when I got there, the owner lied: #1. Owner: We did the transmission, but we didnt put on the torque converter so that wont be added. I asked to see my keys and #2. Owner: We dropped the transmission- you dont want to start it up - you could mess it up. I asked for my keys again and #3. Owner: We tweeked the transmission. I went to my SUV, popped the hood, and checked my transmission -- It was the same medium-tint transmission fluid: It wasnt dark or smelled burnt. But more importantly, it wasn t new so they didnt do anything at alI to my transmission. I confronted him about the numerous lies he told me and he got defensive and loud. I had it towed to where my warranty was and they told me it was only the rear end that was damaged... nothing was wrong with my transmission. So, the truth was: #1. Theyd accepted too many jobs--leaving you stuck at least a week before they check it. #2. They finally turned it on Friday when I called and heard the noise from the rear differential to lock in doing that job. #3. The owner knew my transmission was fine, but wanted to charge me a over $1400 for a rebuilt one he never planned on rebuilding. It is because of the owners very dishonest and untrustworthy nature, I will soon see the company closed down. The A standing with the Better Business Bureau will soon be gone as more outrageous incidents occur. I graciously give them one star. BEWARE!

I called and the lady on the phone and the owner Rob stated they could look at my 3500hd dump truck. I brought it there, but was quickly told they didnt want to do it. Totally different than the phone call I had this morning. They then referred me to a place down the road (which happened to be closed permanently). After this was discovered, they referred me to another place that also told me they couldnt do it. I then called back to ask if they could refer me to a place that could help. I was told the tech was talking with the owner about this. I waited on the phone for 5 mins. I was then hung up on. I didnt even call them back. Total time wasted was 2.5hrs. My time is very valuable and this was a terrible experience.Update: Rob is great to work with and made things right. I will use them from now on for transmission and driveline issues.

Worse i dont now how this peopal run ther busness I took my car ther ibeen told me 1000 dollers it took 15 days and charged 300 dollers extra then after 15 days transmission stop working I have no choise to go back one month warrentey another 20 days waiting becouse they having problems with the gay how fix transmission come one or two time to fix ther transmission and this time they say radeater is bad another 500 and after few weeks transmission is stope working idont Whant to go back because my worse experience ever paying some body else
