Cars have already been inspected and fixed if needed so all cars there are reliable. Here is my own experience buying 2013 toyota camry, I went there Saturday (8/14/21) and like that camry They let me drive first and I did but car needed alignment and I let them know. They said that they will fix it and when you come you will drive one more time if you think that it is fixed you buy it . They did what exactly they told me . When i get there sec time which is today Car was all fixed and was ready to get it and drive it .When you go to this place ask for either ANAS or KHALED They will assist you.I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE .

Best car buying experience I have ever had. Super friendly and laid back staff. No pressure or hassle when it came time to talk price. The car I purchased was very clean and in very good condition. Title and registration were taken care of on the spot with permanent plates, not paper temporary ones. They even stayed late after they usually close to finish up the deal and install my new plates. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND checking them out if you are in need of a used car.

Bought a 4 year old nissan rogue at the 27th st location at a good price at the weekend - no problems so far. Qusai was helpful and not pushy in the slightest from the start. Such a breath of fresh air by comparison to the many oily sales people I met from other dealerships in the same day. A man of few words, he made sure I had what I needed to make my decision and gave me time and space to do so. Everything seemed very honest and straight forward, totally different to all other dealerships I visited while shopping. There was one car I test drove that was a salvage title but they were totally upfront about it and I felt that I was honored as the customer to make my own decision. I would definitely recommend.

I bought a car from Ronnie about 2 weeks ago and it was a great experience. I found the car I wanted right away and they let me take it to my mechanic about 24 miles away for a once over before I bought it. When they found a few things that needed repair before I took it they repaired them for me including putting a whole new tire on when they found a nail in it. I highly reccommend the Howell location. Fantastic service and cars.

Every single car was a rebuilt or salvage title. Be aware, know and research what you are buying. CARFAX they are not upfront about the salvage / rebuilt title.

I was scammed by this dealership. I asked them if this minivan has had any frame repair or replacement? The sales manager said no, but there were marks on frame repair or replacement / knowledge or evidence of repair to strut tower or floor pan. The marks said yes. The sales manager told me that there are “Yes” marks in this section for all vehicles in dealerships. Guess what? I checked too many dealerships’ buyer guides and they marks said no. I was fool enough to believe them.I will not buy any cars from this dealership anymore. They don’t care about their customers. All they care is money.

I had a horrible experience with Charly. Purchased a car not to long ago and already needed to get it checked out. I called and he was extremely rude on the phone. He got very defensive during the call and raised his voice at me when i was just trying to get an appointment to bring it in. I do not recommend going here. Charly is rude and unprofessional.👎🏽

I called on the phone to ask a question and the guy with an Arabic accent answered me, he was very upset and when he answered he had a very arrogant tone, I asked if someone spoke Spanish, and he told me not that you occupy in a very cool and arrogant tone and he I said this is how customers treat .... Forget it so I dont want to buy anything from you ..... Tomorrow I was going to buy you a $ 10,000 town country cash and this stupid got discouraged ....
