This is a place to buy a used car. We bought a Hyundai with around 154k off the lot as an as is car. I noticed that it was burning a lot of oil - a quart every half a tank. They confirmed this and we found out that there is an issue with the 2.4L engines on Hyundais. Umansky offered to buy back the car at full price or give full price toward another car on their lot. We bought another car off their lot. They are there to sell cars, but for me they stood behind what they sold me. I could not of been happier for the way they handled my issue. I will recommend them to anyone who is buying a car (new or used). Thank You again Dustin and Umansky Motor Cars.
Late one night a Porsche caught my eye. I worked with Rob and he did a great job explaining a car that I knew nothing about. This was going to be a major transition for me since the vehicle I was trading in was a Raptor. I was there pretty much until they closed and I told them that I would have to go home and do some research on the vehicle and I would get back to them in the morning. I did my research and called them as soon as they opened the next day. Unfortunately, Rob was not available because he was doing some training out of town. I was connected with Chris, I told him if they were willing to let me do another test drive and see if the car would fit in my garage it would be a done deal. I didnt hear back from them all morning which I thought was odd, after all I had told them I wanted to buy the car. Noon comes around and I decide to call Chris back and ask what the deal was. He told me to come on in and do the test drive and everything would be good to go. Great! Well when I arrived at the dealership Chris let me know that his customers were thinking of putting a deposit on the car but he promised me I could take the test drive so he would honor that. He handed me the keys in front of the teenage kids that were there to make the deposit for their mom. This was also odd, why would somebody send their teenage kids in to make a deposit unless they were called and told that the car they were interested in was about to sell? Keep in mind I am not Chris customer, Im Robs. Chris gets nothing if I buy the car. I took the car for a test drive and returned back to the dealership ready to buy the car. I handed the keys back to Chris and he said to me What did you think of the car? Whelp, it doesnt matter, its a moot point now. I sold it. He promptly gave me back my keys and told me to have a nice day. Didnt ask to show me anything else. Just sent me on my way. I was dumbfounded. I was used as a pawn to push a sale to Chris own customer.Car dealers do a lot of shady tactics but this was a new low. I had just bought a brand new VW Atlas from Umansky and I was ready to buy a Porsche less than a year later. Rob had me thinking this was going to be my car dealership for life. Rob was a great salesman and did a great job for me but his co worker Chris gave this whole dealership a black eye.
I’ve leased my last four cars from Mike Bekenshtyn at Umansky and it is always a pleasant experience. He follows up, clarifies the information when asked, is patient and gives me chocolates after each signing. One of the reasons I keep going back is they make the process easy, I don’t feel pressured to buy anything I don’t want and have not gone back on their word. Thanks Mike…see you in 3 years!
I don’t like how when u come here for one vehicle that’s in your range of pay they try to redirect u to a totally way more expensive car... if I see a 2010 vehicle for 14,000 with 90,000 miles why would u guys try to point me to a 2018 with 38,000 miles that cost 23,000.... I don’t understand how I would get approved for the 2018 an not the 2010 that I had an appointment for. I just don’t like the games an the lies. It’s like everything was set up perfect an then once they guy helping me went to the back an came back with a whole new mindset.. I use to sell cars I know the games that comes with it.. You guy feel like it would take longer to pay off the 2018 because it’s more expensive.. that’s not fair though if I’m willing to put down 3,500 to 4,000 I should be able to make my own decision... that’s not good customer service it feel like you guys are trying to get over!! Not cool at all
This by farcis the BEST Mercedes Dealership in Milwaukee. Steve is the best Service Manager! He knows how to treat his customers. Thanks Steve for you continued great customer service, it makes the difference. Blessings to you!
My experience was absolutely wonderful. Looking for a car during this pandemic was truly hectic. I just happened to be looking online and the exact car I was searching for popped up at Umansky. I contacted them and got a response right away. I was assigned a salesmen, Mr. Robert Butler who by the way attended to the minute details. No pushiness, no over the top unnecessary-ness. I appreciate the service I got. Thanks Robert and thanks Umansky. Ill see you soon.
3rd time to get an oil change here. Fast service and friendly staff. Plus, its so close to work. Theyre awesome and very affordable.
The service was great and very non-pressure. Very knowledgeable staff that were friendly and not pushy. If youre looking for a positive experience that doesnt involve feeling like you have to buy a car then this dealership is where you should go.Talk to salesman Ryan Thompson
I’d driven 30 miles to this location after calling ahead. I am in the market for a new 2020 Porsche and have been shopping and researching for some time . Upon my arrival Trevor the ‘manager’ would not permit me to test drive the Macan Turbo because he felt that :A. I’d expressed an interest in a different trim potentially. One that I as of yet, have not driven.I also made it clear that I would be a Porsche of this Model owner within 30-90 days.B. I’d expressed an interest in negotiating the price given that it’s already July and 2021 models would be appearing shortly.C. They have only 2 Turbo level cars with limited availability and 18 miles (Gasp!) and he felt my test drive would waste the mileage?D. He felt that I would not purchase his vehicle. We will never know, because I certainly won’t be now. Please save your time.If you’re willing to spend this kind of money on a new vehicle, find a professional dealership. I’m neat, clean, professional and I can afford their product. This was the most insulting experience of my life.Trevor strolled away from me with the confidant smirk of a used car salesman.I would never buy anything from this dealership and they degrade the Porsche name.I am German car enthusiast and a current owner.
I called looking for a simple tire balance. I was told Umanski does not service Volvo tires. I reiterated I just wanted a standard tire balance of a MICHELIN TIRE on an 18” wheel. How ironic the exact same tire in the exact same size comes on thousands of Volkswagen Jettas and BMW 3 Series. As a premium customer, this is an unacceptable level of professionalism and I will be taking my business somewhere more educated. I pity the fool who takes a BMW here for something like VANOS service.
This is my go-to place for an oil change and car maintenance in the Milwaukee area. Fast, efficient, and good prices.
Everything was excellent always ask for Steve Putterman.
Been buying cars here for almost 30 years. Consistent high quality sales and service.
Absolutely exceptional Dealer! Im super excited because I not only bought the car that I wanted, but I felt taken care of. Its all the little details that went into making sure I was considered throughout the entire processes. If an issue or potential issue came up, it was met with immediate transparency and a strategy to make sure there was an understanding as well as a means to resolve. I really cant speak highly enough about my experience here. Thank you Devin for all of your exceptional work and understanding! I love my new car!
They care about sales not the customer bought financed a car in 2018 brought car back several times they kept saying nothing was wrong. Stuff I have to get fixed on this car is something you would typically see with an older car not a 2015. Plus you can never reach anyone they dont return your calls and stopping by does nothing. They continue to give you the run around. Would never recommend them to anyone.
The service department has been excellent - always a smooth, stress-free experience bringing my car in here.
Great customer service and Jims the best...
Customer service is excellent especially in service!!! Todd D and techs are super helpful and courteous!!!
Edit: this is NOT about the dealership not crediting me my out-of-dealership maintenance. This is about the dealership NOT getting back to me in an acceptable time frame despite me contacting them several times per day.tl:drPros:-good inventory-awesome care concierge/rental (when car is being repaired)Cons:-expensive service - go elsewhere for regular maintenance-(finance) people do not get back to you in time-you will get bounced around between this dealership and corporate when asking in-depth questionsI bought my first car from Umansky in late 2017. The service plan that came with it was verbally stated as 4 sequential regular maintenance through this dealership is free. It was my fault as a consumer for not reading the contract, but I thought I could do the first two services (10k miles and 20k miles) in an independent car shop and do the next 4 services with the dealserhip....However the contract stated that it had to be the FIRST FOUR regular maintenance. I found this out when dropping off my car for the 50k mile service.I tried contacting the Finance Department of the dealership to see if I can get some credit for the next few services due to the miscommunication on my part. Here is the timeline:7/30/20 ~7:30am - Drop off car for 50k service. Found it I had to pay ~$650 when I assumed it was free. Was given an 800 number to a Mercedes US HQ to call to see if I can get some sort of credit. Got a nice car rental.7/30/20 Mid afternoon - Called the 800 number, found out I had to contact the dealership Finance Department after being bounced around 5 times7/30/20 Mid afternoon - Called finance department, got connected with Employee A, said he would take my contact information and call me within 15 minutes7/31/20 Mid afternoon - Called finance department, got connected with Employee B, said he can help. Took my contact information and said would call later in the afternoon8/3/20 Morning - Called the service department to let them know about Employee A supposedly calling me back late last week.8/4/20 Morning - Dropped off rental car to pick up my car after the service and pay for maintenance. Finally met Employee A in person, he said he could do nothing about crediting me for the first two services (which is perfectly fine)
Bought a vehicle from here nearly three months ago. They still have not gotten us the plate. Three months! The first temporary plate they gave us was dated wrong and we drove illegally for about a month before realizing it. Since then, still working on the paperwork and in that time span has sent us two other temporary plates. Do not finance through here, TERRIBLE rates!
Fast, fair and friendly. I love this dealership for both of my cars.
Nice enough employees, good service, but feeling like I was sold a warranty dishonestly. I bought a 2017 VW new, specifically asked about the 72 month, 72k mile bumper-to-bumper warranty on the fresh 2018 models. I asked for it by name (People First Warranty, they were calling it). I was told that exact same warranty could be purchased for my 2017 through VW. The extra coverage seemed like a reasonable deal, so I bit.60,000 miles later, an interior trim piece isnt covered because the warranty is only for mechanical breakdowns. Complete waste of $1,500 for me.My fault for trusting the sales guy to give me what we agreed upon instead of reading the contract, I guess. They joked that his nickname was Sketchy Scott, I think. Funny stuff.
This place is horrible i bought a car in 2018 and it broke the following year due to transmission problems i called them to see what my options were, but couldnt help me. My car was only a 2017 and they got the money for the car and now im stuck with a loan i have to pay on. I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone.
I have bought several cars - first at Concords then at Umansky - I bought a Audi S5 that had the wrong Carfax - they didnt know it but made it right when I turned it in (still took a loss on it). Recently returned a leased Mercedes - didnt bring both keys - brought the second key week later - they lost it- I certianly understand that this shouldnt have happened - so it wasnt the that I have to pay for the key that bothered me (well a little - repeat customer?) - it was the lack response in trying to get answers and the apathy - wont buy a car there again..
I purchased a 2010 Toyota Highlander on Saturday, August 24th. While driving the newly purchased car home from the dealership with the car the tire light came on. I called the salesman immediately and he told me to try putting air in the tires. I did, and the light did not turn off. After trying his solution, I called him again and he tried to talk me into just ignoring the light, telling me it “really wasn’t a big deal.” I told him I would bring the car in the next Monday morning (2 days later) so their shop could look at the car and fix the issue.I spoke to a mechanic friend who advised the tire sensor probably needed to be replaced so I brought the car back on Monday to have it checked out by the dealership. When I arrived with the car I was given more of a run around! The salesman spoke to the sales manager and reported back to me that they wouldn’t fix the car if it was a “big problem”, instead of fixing it they would just buy it back. I said I thought it was a sensor that needed to be replaced and was told that they would have to replace all four sensors and that is something they wouldn’t do. I also mentioned to the salesman that the back windshield wiper didn’t work, but that was lost in the shuffle about the tire sensors. After waiting I finally was advised they couldn’t look at the car right now and they would set me up with a loaner. This was disappointing and annoying because the salesman knew I was coming back on Monday to have the car looked at. After being told they couldn’t AND wouldn’t fix anything anyways, I left.Low and behold, the next time it rained the rear windshield wiper didn’t work correctly and after about 3 full swipes it completely stopped working. It is now stuck in the middle of my back window. Finally, the advertisement for my vehicle said it had built-in navigation which it does not (it can connect to Bluetooth, so I can hear my navigation, but I do not consider that as having a navigation system.) Overall I was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED in the purchase. Although the salesman was friendly, I feel that this car was sold to me with issues that they should and could have fixed. I would advise anyone looking to purchase a vehicle to go elsewhere.
Our salesman Ben went above and beyond to get us the best price for my trade as well as a great price on our new to us car. It was a very quick process to get papers done and get us on our way. When I told Ben my wife might have problems finding the dealership, he offered to come by our house and guide her in. That was truly appreciated. I will definitely be looking at their website when Im in the market again!! 5 stars!!
All of the people at Umanski were very friendly and professional. My wife and I feel like we have gained a couple of friends in Kyle Larson and Anthony in financing. Even the others there that we were not working with directly were super friendly. We found our dream vehicle and they made it affordable for us. We do not make large purchases like this often but the buying experience we had at Umanski was wonderful. I look forward to keeping in touch with Kyle and Anthony. They will be the first ones I call when we are ready to add another vehicle to our family fleet.
Steven is one terrific service consultant! Stopped in to ask about an issue with the steering column on my 2013 MB ML350 and he said hed get a technician to look at it while I got a cup of coffee. It was fixed in less than 5 minutes 😁 and he explained why the situation occurred so we could avoid a repeat. These guys are the best!!!!
A definite 5 star dealership. It was a pleasure working with Ivan on my recent used vehicle purchase. Between Ivan and Scott they put together a suitable purchase agreement and took care of all my concerns. Ivan went out of his way to coordinate everything so I could take delivery of the vehicle on one of the coldest days of the year. I traveled almost 100 miles to visit this dealership, and Im glad I did. Thanks Guys.
My son bought a used car there. The salesman was very nice and also fallowed up with him after the sale. He made us feel very welcome.
My visit at Umansky Motor Cars was nothing short of amazing. This dealership is top-notch! I drove 8+ hours to get my Mercedes C300 from them. From the moment you walk in the doors everyone is very courteous and professional. Mario and Brian were fantastic to work with and upon seeing the vehicle it was everything they had described to me over the phone. My entire experience at the facility was very pleasant and I would highly recommend this dealership to others. The long drive was well worth it and I would easily travel the 8+ hours again for my next vehicle to deal Brian and Mario. Thank you Umansky Motor Cars for an outstanding experience!
The entire staff of Concours is truly exceptional and I do think a lot of the influence comes directly from Mr Richard Lewis. The personal interactions between the staff members themselves reflect a harmonious atmosphere that puts the customer in a position of confidence that all their concerns will be addressed regardless of whomever needs to accomplish the task. I feel valued at Concours..... it is not an inconvenience to deal with anyone of the people we have encountered..... And that is NOT a statement you hear often when one is getting their automobile serviced. We still have an issue that is causing some concern but I am confident.... through Concours.... the issue will be resolved.
Easy and stress free purchase. Purchasing our SUV at Umansky Motor Cars was wonderful. No games. No stress. No pressure. Working with Ben McCulley was a treat. Laid back... informative... a real nice guy. I didnt plan on financing our vehicle there, but they had better rates than my credit union. Winning! Chris in the finance department was top notch as well. I wouldnt hesitate to purchase from Umansky Motor Cars in the future.
PSA: this employee could be one of two things. A representation of your company, or a bad apple spoiling the bunch. This is sickening to see and it’d be worst if you guys supported this behavior
Ben was great to work with!I was a bit apprehensive about traveling to Milwaukee from quite a distance away to go car shopping, but once I arrived at Umansky and got inside the dealership, everyone there was very courteous, professional, and helpful. I came to Umansky because there is only one other Mercedes dealer in my general area, and I was unable to find what I was looking for at that dealership.Although I expected a high-pressure sales experience, that did not happen. I really felt like they wanted me to find the car that was right for me and that they would do what it takes to get me in it.I left the same day with my 2014 Mercedes C-Class and am loving it. The quality and workmanship on the Mercedes line is impeccable, and you can tell that some common sense went into the intuitive design of all of the features and amenities of their vehicles. Ben also followed up with me after the sale to be sure I was happy with the vehicle.I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle.
Took the car in for a diagnostic and to explain a fault in my brake system. The guy on the phone wasn’t very helpful. Waste of $170. Won’t go there again. Also didn’t return my phone call
Professional sales and service. My experience going through the purchase process was very good. Eliud Mendez was the sales representative I dealt with, and he was friendly, responsive, professional, and timely in his dealings with me throughout the purchase. I was introduced to the sales manager and general manager of the dealership and both were polite and professional. I was given a competitive price on the car I purchased and a fair trade-in value. Overall, it was a positive experience.
This is a Mercedes dealership. The only reason I gave it a three which is a high score for me to give this place, is because I know a few people who have had their car as a service there and they like that Mercedes dealership. My experience was not good when I went to buy a car at this place. There were a couple of salesman on the lot while I was looking at cars and no one asked me anything about purchasing or if I needed to be helped. When I asked the sales person if he had a few minutes to answer some questions and he said yeah sure and he walked away and never came back over to me. Guess I wasnt dressed upscale enough for him. What I didnt tell him is I had $8,000 in my pocket for an initial down payment. Needless to say, I left there and went to a different dealership.
Such a wonderful experience! Purchased a car from them and would do it again. Great job
I recently had a wonderful experience of buying car at the same time getting service at Umansky Motors. I was helped by Lars to purchase a used Porsche Cayman S 2010 with such ease and reasonable price. The whole process was very painless and even enjoyable, unlike my prior car purchasing experience of endless negotiation at other dealers. I got my car in a few hours. After driving the car for a few days, a brake light sensor came on. I took the car back and was greeted by the Porsche Service Manager Brandon. He gave me a new Porsche as a loaner and was instrumental in getting the sale manager to cover the full all around brake service at no cost to honor their pre-owned program. I am extremely impressed with both the integrity and customer service at this dealer. I would recommend this dealer to anyone.

Amazing customer service - I stopped by the VW Dealership yesterday to look at a Golf GTI. Everything about this visit was amazing and it is the way a Dealership should be run. I emplore you to read this entire review.I had found the car online and was told to talk with David when I got there. When I arrived the car was sitting out front, washed/dried, and ready to be seen. This may not sound like a big deal but after shopping for 2 1/2 months for cars I can tell you many dealers don’t prep the cars properly for your arrival.Once inside I was told that David was busy with another customer, however they found someone else to work with me within about 10 min. I worked with Rob Severino and SO happy they hooked me up with Rob. After sharing my information and Rob getting a copy of my drivers license we took a test drive. Before we even left the lot Rob had already shared some information with me that no other dealership had regarding features of the GTI. On the test drive Rob was very conversational and even told me to drive the car the way I would normally drive it. Not once during this process was Rob pushy nor did he feel like any question I was asking was too much. He has excellent people skills and a great demeanor for someone in Sales.I ended up purchasing the car (putting money down until this week)and the process was smooth and fast. The whole process start to finish took less than an hour or so. Some other dealerships I’ve worked with have taken many hours. I’ll go back this week to pick up the car and I’m assuming the same attention to detail will be there and looking forward to being there again. While this Dealership doesn’t have some of the amenities of others I’ve been at it is clean, nicely laid out, and the people are great.Did I get the cheapest price on the vehicle - No. there is an exact same car for Sale in Sheboygan with 2,300 for ~$2K less. However, I would buy from here again and look forward to working with Rob again. Umansky is my new Go-To Dealership!
Weve been seeing Todd in the service department for the last couple years and were so impressed that we went with Umansky when it was time to buy. Senyu was an absolute expert and professional in every way. I have never in my life had a smoother car buying experience. Kyle in finance made the complicated simple. I cannot say enough good things about this dealership, their customer service is head and shoulders above the rest.
One of the worst customer experiences Ive ever encountered. I purposefully made an earlier morning appointment to get my car in and out so I could move on with my day. A simple oil change and cabin air filter replacement and it took them over 8hrs to return my car back to me. Thats an absolutely absurd amount of time for an oil change and filter replacement. I will never take my car there to be serviced again!
I just bought I think my 10th car from this group ( and yes I have an addiction to Mercedes).I have shopped at other dealerships and different brands and somehow always return to Umansky. There is nothing like the Mercedes brand! Tony always treats me well and takes care of me for all my car purchases. I would never buy a car from anyone else.Their service department is simply the best and Steve in the service department couldn’t be better. This is a notch dealership.I feel very fortunate to have the relationship that I have with these guys👍
Umansky Motor Cars delivered on its promise when it came to our recent purchase of a 2015 Ford F150 Lariat. The truck is crispy clean and has everything I ever need or want in a truck. Great value! Ben McCulley and I worked great together from the time that I called the dealership to the time that I walked out of it with the keys to our new truck. Professional service with a smile. Ben is dedicated to lifelong relationships and I hope to purchase another vehicle from him someday. Thanks Ben and thanks Umansky!

Barb and I went to Umansky to check out a used Mercedes to replace the one we had for the past 6 years. We were introduced to Kyle Larsen, who checked on the auto we were interested in and Informed us it had already been sold. Kyle then asked us a series of questions to determine if there might be some other auto in their inventory that would suit our needs. He showed us a 2017 VW Passat R-Line and took us for a test drive. After we decided this car would meet our needs, Kyle put together a proposal and we negotiated a final price including our trade in value. He then explained were we could request financing through the dealership and followed up with us on the final details and let us know when the car would be ready for us to pick up. When we arrived to pick up the car everything was ready including our financing package and our car was ready to go. Kyle then gave us an in depth explanation and demonstration on how to use the features of the car.The Passat was delivered as promised and we were very happy with both Umansky and Kyle Larsen.
I bought a Mazda a few weeks ago for my daughter and Mellisa Johnson did a fabulous job in helping me with my extended warranty options. She explained all of the options to us and helped us to find the best one for our needs. I would recommend her to anyone looking to finance a car or purchase an extended warranty for their vehicle.
I went in yesterday feeling a bit unsure of what was going to happen considering my credit isnt stellar and I didnt have any money to put down. Joe Carpenter and Anthony Foster did something I didnt think would ever happen, they got me in a car. These guys truly work for you and with you! Thank you so much for the 2009 Hyundai Santa Fe
Fantastic parts department. Great help.
These guys are really pretty awesome, I am impressed with all of the staff, I recommend a car purchase here, out of the 20 dealers we visited these guys set themselves apart from the competition. Carmax has the best car website by far of all of them, but if you want to deal with people this is the place to go!
We have several vehicles purchased and serviced here and we cant complain. Great staff and great location. Definitively recomendable
Good solid dealership for VW vehicles.
While I was on a routine drive my engine light came on. I called Concours Service Dept. The person who assisted me made an appointment for the same morning. After a while I was told that the parts needed to repair my car would arrive the next day. I was given a loaner to take home (I live 26 miles from Concours). The next day I was called when my car was ready, and the process of returning the loaner and checking out with the cashier was simple and seamless. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and my car is back in perfect operating condition.
I had the best experience that anyone would want with buying a car. The whole Mercedes staff were very helpful and knowledgeable and made my experience easy. They took the best care of me. Tony was the best along with the service staff.
Eliude Mendez was a pleasure to work with. He made the car buying experience exceptionally easy...no pressure, straight forward, and pleasant. I would highly recommend him to friends and family. He is responsible for our best car buying experience EVER!
Excellent service from the time I called all the way through the delivery of my pre-owned BMW. Concours has always been able to provide me with a fair deal on a great vehicle, 6 times since 1995! Every time I have dealt with this dealership they have treated me well and respected my time and budget. Dan was exceptionally kind and went the extra mile (100 miles really) to deliver my vehicle.
My experience with Concourse Motors over the years has never failed to be anything less than excellent and courteous service. Both the Services Reps and mechanics are very knowledgeable in their craft and perform them with pride. They are the Dr.s and my Benz will always be their Patient!.
Dierk at Umansky Motor Cars arranged a fabulous European experience for myself and boys. Great educational tour of the Mercedes Benz Plant and nothing like testing out the autobahn. I have been buying cars from them since 1999 and they have never disappointed me. Their quality and service is unmatched. Buy a car today and enjoy the experience of a life time!!!! Thank you Dierk!
Jameel is friendly and made me feel comfortable purchasing another car after 10 years. The whole process was quick and painless. He even followed through some items I needed after the whole thing was over.
Within my recent BMW service experience, I found Scott Leitzke to be well organized, knowledgeable, and attentive. Scotts communication was excellent in setting the appropriate expectations on the anticipated time frame in which my services would be completed as well as the anticipated expense. Additionally, Scott was able to secure a cost free vehicle that was available on loam, making my transaction from the dealership to resuming my typical activities seamless, overall I was quite satisfied.
I placed a Saturday afternoon phone call into the dealership and I was directed to Mario Sanfilippo . I was calling about a specific vehicle on the lot and Mario knew every detail about it, he didnt even have to pause to research which one I was referring to so I knew he knew his product and the dealership inventory. That impressed me, but what got me to commit to drive 30 plus miles and not seek out a similar vehicle at a different dealership was how he gave me the impression that he wasnt desperate for a sale and there was no pressure. About two minutes after the phone call I got a personalized text from Mario which directed me to a short video that he made about the car in greater detail and I was addressed in it by name . That made me change my Saturday plans to make a trip to Umansky Motors. He reached out and had me on the line. Its all about the details and the personal effect I was shown by Mario and thats why Ill buy my next car from him. Ive purchased many cars, new and used and Umansky Motors far surpasses the competition in customer service and care.
Ive had an amazing experience at Umansky Porsche. Aaron Vrhovnik who leads the team for Porsche is first class. He knows Porsche inside and out. Hes very personable and his follow up is on point. He goes above and beyond for his clients. If youre in the market for a Porsche go and visit the team.
Everyone we interacted with was so kind and helpful. Usually for me I get very anxious buying a car. The experience at umansky was completely the opposite. I couldnt have been more relaxed. I will recommend Umansky to everyone!
I went there almost 2 months ago. I asked information and advice about a Mercedes used GLK. I was amaze, Jim Smallins was the salesman and he was awesome. There was a ver respectful environment, no pressure and an honest advice. Definitely recommend.
I have been working with Austin Della for several months now to find my fiancée a new vehicle. Admittedly, we aren’t the easiest to coordinate with because of our work schedules and other obligations. Austin was patient and showed us every option we asked about. We ended up purchasing a vehicle from him today.. finally, and she is thrilled. Thanks for everything Austin. You nailed it!
Honestly, a flawless and extremely quick, easy and enjoyable experience. My salesman, Dirk was extremely polite and informative. He knew the car I wanted and even had it ready sooner as my plans changed of when I could pick the car up. Coming in on his day off even, to make sure everything was ready. Max was the car specialist and knew everything about the car, and honestly loved explaining the details about it. The dealership was super clean and seeing my car (2015 CLA45 AMG) sitting in their garage ready to go was super exciting. Not only is the car amazing but the people were fantastic and I highly recommend this dealer. Could not be happier and just makes me love Mercedes-Benz and the people that work with them even more. Thanks again!
Awesome, genuine people! The sales and service department are both top noche. I live near a different BMW dealer and I drive an extra half hour just to come to Umansky. I came back two years later and they remembered my name and car model. This is the best BMW dealer in WI!
Fun and friendly staff! Every customer is important whether window shopping or looking for a good purchase. Will even remember which customer was interested in a certain vehicle should one come in!
My review is honest, fair and I am a real customer.I remember when this dealership had different owners. Owners who were fair and valued their customers. They were an extension of the surrounding communities. The new ownership, Umansky, is an Illinois based dealership with Illinois ways and values.. So be careful. Here are some observations:1. I do value the remodeled building.. It is unfolding really nice.2. They are selling used and new cars. And trying to stay competitive against online salesMy experience,I purchased a BMW from the Mercedes-Benz, although a block away is a Umanksy BMW dealership. After viewing many vehicles at the Umanksy BMW dealership, it was clear they were trying to get rid of inventory before the full construction, rather provide a worthy vehicle. After four attempts, and a salesperson pushing me into a vehicle that had a weird sound every time we hit the brakes, I walked away and said, I will see what the Mercedes-Benz Umanksy shop has available. To my surprise we found me a BMW with 55k miles, fully loaded, that worked for me. I could hear that the vehicle needed new brakes. I requested that these be replaced before finalizing the purchase. But overall, I was excited because I was pretty exhausted from the experience with the BMW dealership. It was a trade-in, so I had to wait for the vehicle to be cleared. But I was approved for financing and was able to place the vehicle on hold.A week later, I was told I could pick up my vehicle. I was previously told I could not drive it off the lot to get inspected, because Umanksy did not own it yet. But no worries, this vehicle is in top shape.Well the next day, after I finished the paperwork and took the vehicle home, I took it to the International Auto dealership to have it inspected. Guess what.. It had a small accident on the vehicle and the brakes needed to be replaced.I took my paperwork back to the Umansky dealership and explained that the car had brake issues and some damage to the bumper side that erupted the oil / coolant tube. Which has a very small leak. The dealership takes the car and promise to fix and resolve the issue.I returned the next day to pick up the car. Instead of any fixes, I receive a conversation with a manger explaining how their inspection allows for up to 4 point thread. Although these issues are present the car can still be driven for sometime before replacing.I was like... really. Overall, I paid $17K for my car, I had to place $6K of work on the vehicle. And now it is worth $10K. I purchased the car June 2018. The blue book value is $10K. I really want to keep my BMW but the cost of fixing it was more than the value of the vehicle. I am now searching for a new car..Here are some suggesting / lessons I am sharing1. Get the vehicle inspected by their competition. It will cost $50-$752. Dont buy a used luxury car, unless it is certified3. Stay away from these Illinois companies in Wisconsin. They do not have the integrity or values we Wisconsinites value. Keep it local4. Do not, I am warning you, do not take your vehicle to any Umansky dealership to be fixed.
This team is awesome. Jameel Rashada was great to work with. You see what you get with him. Tim (manager) was also phenomenal to work with during the entire car buying process. Very thankful we found this team.
Fantastic dealership. Felt like I have known my service advisor for years. She treated me well and I couldnt have asked for more. Enjoying my new BMW 550i!
Wonderful experience. We originally called about a vehicle that was sold before we were able to come see it, but Eliud called with another vehicle he thought would fit our needs. He was very right. His demeanor, and everyone elses we had any level of exchange with at this dealership was extremely kind, professional, and exuded experience and trustworthiness. The dealership itself was a very attractive and comfortable place. The purchase process was smooth, quick and easy. Highly recommended.
Pleasant experience. Very quick service. Reasonably priced. Would recommend them for service on any VW products.
My experience with leasing a new Mercedes was outstanding. Mr. Young Lee was attentive and was clearly trying to meet and exceed my needs and requirements. Tony San Fellipo was patient, helpful and did everything possible to make me comfortable with my new car. And, Max was completely educational and warm and explained how to use everything from the phone to the radio. I would highly recommend Umansky Motor cars on Silver spring in Milwaukee to anyone interested in receiving outstanding customer care and a truly incredible automobile. Thanks Umanskys.
I just drove up from Chicagoland to purchase a used car at Concours - I had a schedule to see 3 different versions of the same car, and ended up buying at Concours. Why? The used stock is *very* well maintained! They evidently detailed the car before putting it up for sale - it still had wax on it.Their sales staff were knowledgeable and not pushy - I appreciate that, thanks Lars! I bought a used car (someone traded it in) that wasnt from one of Concours main brands, and they were still able to point out all the salient features. We negotiated to a price that worked for me, and I got out with a great used car the same day.So, if youre like me and thinking about making the rounds to Wisconsin dealerships to scout out a used car - add Concours to the lineup! They had the best stock, and they sell it in a friendly and respectful way.Think about it - its a Porsche dealership. Porsche owners baby their cars, and have tons of money to spend on car maintenance and frivilous things like luxury cars. Of course the Porsche dealership will have the nicest trade-ins!
Best experience EVER and I hate taking cars for service. Steve met me as soon as I drove in, he exceed all my expectations and answered ALL of my questions. I was pleased with the quoted price and we even talked about the next time my car needs servicing(I want to keep my car running smoothly). A++ service & quite a luxury experience!! Thank you Steve for the AWESOME service!!!
My friend had lost data on her key. so brought the car overit was all done by next morning . thanks to Joe Martini, Keri Sterle,Anne Lemke and Bianca Pinkerton. you guys rock. best wishes.
My experience buying my new car!! I would like to say Thank you Eliud Mendez for responding to me so quickly. I love that you reacted right away and most importantly, I was educated about the car before buying it. He kept me informed about the process and ensured me that everything was going to ok. He has awesome customer service. Keep up the good work!! I WILL BE BACK!!
Saw a used Toyota Tacoma at Umansky and went in to check it out. Senyu got me out on a test drive. He was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Once I decided to buy he made sure everything was smooth and quick. Senyu puts the customer first and is exactly the kind of person I want to deal with when buying a car. Thanks so much!
Absolutely worst buying experience I have ever had. Purchased the car, then the imcompetent employees had locked the garage. Waited around for 45 minutes while they ran around like chickens with their heads chopped off trying to find keys to the garage. I ultimately had to come back the following day to drive my newly purchased vehicle home. Since then, they have not been able to figure out how to get me my license plates for my vehicle. It has been 3 and a half months and I have been to the DMV 3 times at the direction of the dealer and been turned away each time because the dealer had given me incorrect information. I’m still waiting on my license plates. Would love if someone in this dealership had half a brain and could figure out how to license a vehicle. They are a car dealership. I would think this would be a simple task. Won’t recommend this dealership to anyone. Wouldn’t want them to go through this painful process just to receive license plates. You would think after spending tens of thousands of dollars, you would get some reasonable customer service. Not the case.
I am the original owner of a 2009 BMW X3 SAV which I purchased from the BMW dealership which Umansky purchased. I scheduled service with Umansky for PVC recall repair. Because Umansky made an error in scheduling service covered by the new car warrantee of the car my husband recently purchased from Umansky, I checked with the Service Dept before coming in for the recall repair appointment. Umansky did not have a record of the appointment for the day I had requested and rescheduled it. After doing the recall work the Service Dept Tech verbally, and in writing, strongly recommended additional repairs of $1,176.00. The written total recommended repairs equalled $4,154.00. I felt like the Tech was trying to scare me into unnecessary repairs and brought my X3 to the mechanic who routinely services my car for a second opinion. My regular mechanic cleaned the affected areas of the engine to correctly determined the area in need of repair and did the work for $405.28. Based on my experience it seems like Umansky has trouble scheduling service appointments and making repair recommendations.
John Jordan never failed to greet me with a smile, firm handshake, and a hello. Although the first 2 visits have been unsuccessful due to credit issues he never stopped looking for solutions to get me in a working vehicle. Thanks to John Jordan and his team I am now a proud owner of a 2017 Volkswagen Jetta. I would recommend to anyone wishing to purchase a new or used vehicle.
Alan is the reason of the 5 stars. He was very responsive, super courteous. And collaborative as I was trying to purchase the car remotely (from Switzerland).
3/20/19, Service Department Complaint (Umansky Motors of Milwaukee, WI): I was scammed, un-satisfied and thoroughly upset with the finger pointing customer support and will never go back. Stay away at all costs, get your work done somewhere else.I purchase my 2013 Volkswagen Toureg in 2016 from Umansky Motors of Milwaukee, WI with 20k miles, Certified Pre Owned. The salesman was phenomenal and my experience was memorable. My vehicle now has 65k miles and I have done all servicing at the dealership (every 9k miles). The service was great up to my last visit which was accident related. Someone had backed into my driver’s side door and majorly dented it so I took it to Umansky for the repair. When the initial work was completed (driver’s side door replaced) I did not notice or report any issues since I had been traveling for work and was not using the vehicle. I drove the car roughly 50 miles before noticing a problem. The left speakers were not working and the radio was cutting in and out. I took the car back to the dealer to be fixed. At first the service department said “we see this all the time, it can’t be accident related ect.” Insinuating they knew the cause before they looked at the vehicle. They charged me $80 to diagnose the problem which I agreed to but they did not find the problem. They then charged me another $450 to do a further analysis to find the issue. I then called the director of operations explaining the situation and was told the fee would be waved. They came back to me saying the problem was an “internal failure” to the radio unit and the entire thing will need to be replaced for $1,800.. Before I took my car here, I had NO issues. They worked on the left side of the car, now the left side of the cars electrical has problems. It is all too coincidental and I cannot prove that their worked caused the “internal failure” so I have taken my vehicle back without repair and will not return ever again. I suggest you read this with sincerity and stay away from the service dept.
Needed parts for my Mercedes, great service, price and didnt have to wait.
My experience with Umansky was overall outstanding. My salesperson was thorough, patient, very knowledgeable, and raised the bar on excellent service . The finance department was quick and efficient. I bought a wonderful car that I Love
Congenial. Helpful staff working at lowest possible pressure to answer all automotive needs.
Mr. Courtney was extremely helpful in my inquiry and prompt in his assistance. Our company will definitely continue to bring our vehicle here.
I purchased a Certified 2012 C300 4-matic. Beautiful, expertly detailed vehicle.Although I am familiar with the vehicle (my wife has a 2011 C300), the sales advisor was very thorough in outlining the vehicles features and benefits. (I actually learned a couple of things I wasnt aware of!)The sales process was very comfortable and I was very impressed by the management and staff. A big reason I selected Concours is the very positive experience we have had with their service department on my wifes car. I stopped in without and appointment and two hours later I drove off in a new (to me) car. I felt as if the dealer asked a fair and reasonable price for the vehicle, based on its condition and I felt that they offered me a fair and reasonable price for my trade in. I had done a considerable amount of research online on pricing/value and I believe the transaction was in line with my expectations.
Decisions Decisions. I didnt want to get a new car but unfortunately my car was totaled. I had no idea of what car I wanted. Purchasing a car is a big deal for me. With that being said I needed to take my time and really think about what I wanted. After test driving a few I made a decision on one, however I still wanted to sleep on it. Eliud focused on serving me. He was knowledgeable about the vehicles and answered any questions or concerns I had. I am happy with the final decision I made. I thank Eliud for being patient and helping me with this major decision.
As always Steve Puterman in service made sure I was in and out super efficiently. Personal service is welcome and great especially after a long day at the office. Thanks Steve
The service is amazing! The sales personnel are very knowledgeable. A great experience.
Brad, the BMW genius was thoroughly helpful, highly recommend doing business with these guys. Ask for Peter if youre interested in purchasing a vehicle, upstanding group of people.
