Got ham and rolls today for the second time since the new owners took over. The previous owner had delicious ham and rolls, we got it often. When the new owner took over we got ham and rolls and we were very disappointed, the ham was just very bland. Several months later we decided to give it another try. So very sorry we did... the ham was dry, it was all in tiny shredded pieces except for one thick slice that was burnt and all of it looked as if it was soaking in burnt juices. It was so bad we threw it away. What a waste ☹️

I normally do not leave reviews. Bad or good. But Wow!!! This i needed to. I went in to this place and ordered 2 pounds of hot ham. The ham was not hot and when weighed at home, it was under 2 pounds. Was charged for 2 pounds of hot ham and received cold and under 2 pounds of Ham. I also ordered a dozen of donuts and a euclair and a apple fritter. Myself and others that tried the donuts, threw them away. Worst tasting donuts Ive ever had and the apple filled donuts, was not even filled . Never ever will myself or my peers go to this establishment again.

Great food, coffee, and service! My family enjoys coming. Especially our young kids. They are very patient and accommodating. The prices are extremely reasonable and the donuts always taste fresh!Unfortunately I feel like I needed to change my review from 5 stars to 1 star due to being overcharged multiple times. The family only hands you a charge card receipt so that you cant easily catch that they charged you for multiple items you didnt receive. When I asked for an actual receipt on my last visit, I found I was charged for 3 items I did not purchase. I know this isnt the first time. She refused to correct my bill even after she admitted it was wrong. Be sure you always get a printed receipt from this dishonest business.

I love this place. I visited Honeydip Donuts for the first time days ago. I plan on going back tomorrow to order more glazed donuts tomorrow.

I will never ever eat 1 of their donuts again ordered a dozen of doughnuts especially their jelly field and jelly tasted very funny made me get really sick I should take the other doughnuts to the health department Something is not right about this jelly in these donuts So please be cautious

Never have the donuts I want. They are out everytime. I was there in the afternoon around 3ish and why had 6 and 1/2 hours to go. The guy said they werent making anymore. My second choice was also out. The ones I did get, I took 2 bites and there was NO CREAM inside. I went back in and he gave me another one......no difference. The same with the frosted Jelly, not even a 1/4 tea. inside. For the price I will not be back. They got cheap with the filling, and the selection was poor. If they have such good sellers why arent they making more of them? I would have not given it any rating, but had to. Wish I would have saved them to take pictures of.

Every time I drive past here its empty. The coffee is low quality. And the donuts were not good neither.

Smells amazing and currently has hot apple cider available right now, this minute if you are chilled like I was this morning. Donuts start at just 79 cents for one. I wish I had taken a picture because the way it looks before daylight in morning (all lit up) is something it has going for it.

This is a slice of home for us. The owners are really kind and lovely people who genuinely care about us as a family and always ask how the kids are when theyre not along. The hot ham is just like I remember as a kid on Sundays for the Packer games and the donuts are excellent!

This was special. It was freezing cold and I just missed my bus. I stopped here to warm up with a cup of coffee and a donut. I had one-on-one service, the manager was friendly, and we spent most of the time talking about our mutual donut shop experiences. The place was clean, including the mens room, service was prompt, and the prices right. Get there if you can.

Upon walking in there it looked dirty. A few flies in there & since the donut racks are open the flies had landed on a few donuts & that just turned me off. Never again will I visit this location!!

If you are looking for a mindblowingly crazy good donut, come here and get the apple fritter. Seriously it is amazing. Soft and moist, crunchy at the edges, sweet cinnamon-y goodness. And with nice chunks of apples in it too. THE most perfect donut, and theyre the size of your head. Ive never had anything here that wasnt fresh. All the donuts Ive tried are good, but the apple fritter blows them all out of the water. Try one, youll be addicted.

Whenever we come to Milwaukee, we have to stop for a visit at Honey Dip Donuts in West Allis. Delicious donuts. Brought a friend this time who never had one and he said that they were VERY GOOD. I keep wanting to get there for their hot ham and rolls on Sundays. We brought 18 home!! Yay....Breakfast tomorrow. 😊

Delicious presentation. Maybe a bit greasy compared to years ago. They used to be the best in town. Now the donuts leave an after taste in your mouth like they need to change the oil that they fry them in more often. The buttermilk are the best along with the buttercrunch coated ones. Yum!

Beware they tend to over charge you for your purchases if you dont pay attention. We went there about a month back and my husband thought we were over charged. We went there again and it again seemed a bit high. We questioned about it and she said it was fine. She ran our charge card thru. Then my husband asked again about why it was soo much cause it didnt add up. She showed him what she rang. We were overcharged! She then proceeded to say we could just take more donuts in exchange. We didnt want more donuts we only wanted what we came for. Bad business. I guess we wont be coming back anymore.

Called this place 2 days ago asking for the price on the food said they were busy and to come in to see the prices in a very rude voice and then hung up. And then one time I went in and had the soup it wasn’t even home made its just cambles in a plastic container.

I go to honey dip frequently and always receive great service and fresh doughnuts.

Nice little place with yummy donuts. They also offer coffee, sandwiches, soup, and have a cold drink freezer.

Clearly they dont have as many different flavors as they claim on their sign out front. I do not believe any of the donuts and/or donut holes we purchased were fresh. I was not impressed with the service or the donuts. I do not plan on coming back here again.
