We recently had our windows and siding (including the bay window and patio door) redone through Formula Home Improvement. Hands down the best communication around through every step. We did need need some details reworked (concerns with proper sealing of the bay window), and Formula (Ryan especially) really took the time to address our concerns and tried to correct them without hesitation. Cant thank them enough for the face lift to our beautiful home!

Very happy I decided to work with Formula Home Improvements! They were receptive to my ideas for my project, and offered me all available options without trying to upsell. I feel confident that an extremely quality job was done by the team at Formula, and I will definitely work with them again. The installers showed a tremendous attention to detail in their work. My house is somewhat challenging to access at the attic level, but they were able to utilize the necessary equipment to do the job safely. Not only that, but they also made a couple necessary repairs to the roof fascia that we hadnt even discussed and did not charge for them! Formula Home Improvements has really come through for us on several projects. We had them install a new roof, two new screen doors and one new entry door. Soo happy with my new roof! For years I had an on again off again leak in my home. It took me so long, too long if I’m being honest, to bite the bullet and put on a new roof. Formula came by and checked everything out and gave me an estimate that very day! They came out within one week do the job! Started at 7am on the dot and we’re so speedy they were done just after noon. Clean up and all! I actually waited until it rained to write this, and I have NO MORE LEAKS!!! 🙌🏽 Highly highly recommend!

Ryan and his crew did an amazing,efficient, thorough job with installing our new roof. Not one complaint!! They got the job done on our house and garage in less than 12 hours. Clean up was amazing. Respectful, kind installers. Ryan came by to check on the job. Also no pressure when given our free estimate, and he returned the day after to walk around and check out the final job before collecting out final payment. Painless and excellent job. We would rate them higher if we could. We had 12 windows, 2 patio doors, and a front door done by them. The price was good, the product is great, and their installers are absolutely meticulous. We had a bunch of unexpected rotted wood - they patiently replaced it all and didnt ask for a penny more. The clean up was amazing and the owner came by several times to make sure we were happy. Our neighbors were so impressed two of them are now getting work done from them.

My wife and I had Formula Home Improvements do a tear-off and laying of new shingles on our twelve-family apartment building. It was a big job and they did it at a very fair price, ahead of schedule, and very professionally. They had a large crew that worked really hard and really steady. The crew leader, Pedro, was great. He was very nice and went out of his way to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction. We are very glad we went with them.

I received a flyer on my door for this company formula home improvement. And thought to myself here we go again. Always get flyers fo improving my home. But this time I checked formula home improvement with the BBB and liked what I read. So gave them a call for a new roof. Complete tear off. It needed it. Met with the owner Ryan on a Saturday. At my home for a quote on my roof. He was Covid ready. I was concerned for my grand daughter. That was at my home. We stayed in my garage to discuss the terms. And the quote. He was not pressuring me at all. I kind of liked being in control. I had nothing but a good positive feeling about Ryan. It was a gut feeling. So with that said we agreed on the quote which was reasonable in my opinion. He was very professional and knew his stuff. This was not my first roof replacement. So we agreed on a deposit and started our business. His crew was here when he said they would be Ryan kept me informed of everything that would happen and the time line. And his crew worked hard and completed the job in one day house and garage. Very pleased with the crew very clean and not afraid of work. I was amazed at the professionalism that they showed. We couldnt be more pleased with the work done by Formula Home Improvements. We had a new roof and 3 doors. Ryan was on top every step of the way, and all of the insulation was done great. A very clean job as well as great quality products.

From our first encounter through the end, everyone was professional and friendly.In fact, our neighbors took issue with us getting our roof redone, and called their landlord, who called Formula to cuss out Ryan. He handled everything very professionally, never spoke poorly of the neighbor or landlord. Just let us know it happened in case we heard something, and never once made us think that it was in any way on us.They ended up having to remove 4 layers of shingles!!!, and rotted wood that had been shingled over previously. They also replaced the bathroom vent tube and cover, which was supposed to have been done by the people who sold us the house. This all meant some added expense, which Ryan went over with us and we felt the cost for what they did was more than fair.The crew that did the work was super friendly when we were home, and accommodated anything we asked of them.On completion, there were a couple spots that we had questions about, as we dont know what everything should look like. Ryan once again explained everything thoroughly, and didnt make us feel like our questions were bad or dumb.Overall, we were very impressed with the people, the company, and the quality of the work. We would highly recommend them.

Formula Home Improvements did an outstanding job of replacing several windows in our house. We met Ryan when he was in our neighborhood explaining more about his business. We love to support local businesses and are so glad we welcomed him into our home to explain what he could do for our window situation (drafty, outdated). Ryan provided several solutions and gave us a price which was very competitive as compared to big box stores (i.e., Home Improvement stores), even though the quality of his windows was significantly better. Compared to other window-specific replacement businesses that werent big-box his price was MUCH better. Once we signed up with him, he placed an order immediately and was out with his team very quickly to get to work. Not only was Ryan and his team professional, kind and quick they worked on one of the coldest days we had to replace some of our windows without so much as us feeling a draft. The windows themselves are lovely, great quality, match our exterior well and the rooms are so much warmer now with our new windows. The quality of the work was really outstanding and the area left clean after install. Ryan personally came by several times to inspect work as well, which I thought was a very nice touch. Im very glad we hired them and will be hiring them again in the Spring to do a larger window project! Thank you guys!

So is it is VERY refreshing to have a local company like this do the work exactly the way they said they would and follow up like I was part of their family. Not to mention the quality of the products is absolutely awesome. My wife and I love our new windows and our house is so much warmer now.

This is a home improvement company that actually does what they say they are going to do. Boss man Ryan got us on the schedule super fast and came several times while the job was being installed. They did our entire roof in a day and a half and then did the gutters the very next day. We have gotten lots of compliments already. The crews were great and our house looks amazing!
