Tina gave me such great costumer service! Very knowledgeable on everything, no questions was needed to ask! Very friendly and welcoming. Will come back anytime storage is needed!

I secured a unit in Fall of 2020, and everything was decent. They pulled my payment monthly without an issue. I paid for just about a year and I just went to clean out my unit this past weekend. When I showed up with my rented Uhaul truck, I find out that BOTH garage doors are broken because someone apparently hit them, AND the elevator that I’d use to bring my stuff down is not in service. Which means I had to cart my stuff to the opposite side of the building to the only elevator, and then all the way back to where my truck was parked, and use the small door to get my large items out. While I was there, the only functioning elevator broke down and had to be reset, and since it was the only functioning elevator, it was being used by a few other people increasing my wait time. I was able to get my stuff out, but it took probably twice as long as it would have with the second elevator and functioning garage doors. I understand that most of this stuff is out of their control, but as a customer, I was not made aware of any of this before renting my truck and driving down there. If I would have known, I likely would not have rented the truck and came a different day. I’m thankful that I was able to get my stuff otherwise you would be compensating me for the truck rental because it would have been useless. The only redeeming quality about this place is one of the employees there is fantastic. I don’t remember her name, but she is very helpful.

Impressively clean facility, in great condition throughout. Friendly service, and a very positive experience from the tour, to registration, to move in. Had the options I was looking for. Qualified to be covered by my HOI. I have every anticipation that the monthly bill will be the fixed amount I agreed to (at least for the next year-ish).

Very quick and professional customer service! Staff followed up to answer any questions. However, the electronic contract was a little frustrating. I had to complete it several times and figure out what I was missing. Not very user friendly with android phone, but overall experience with storing my items was great because facilty was clean and unit was easy to find.

Customer service from Tina is excellent. Proactive and smooth process for check-in. Brightly lit and clean building inside. Plenty of smooth rolling dollies available. They make sure locks are properly on the units and maintain the building facilities well.A couple cons. Its on a busy street; theres only two areas to load in: small parking lot by the front office, and a two door loading dock off the main street. Theres no main access gate since its really just a building right on the block, and using the loading dock is more preferable than unloading/loading by the main street, though youd have to just wait on the side street if you need the loading dock when its full.Still a good facility though.

I had a great experience at this CubeSmart! I reserved my storage online, it was quick and easy. I went to the storage for the first time after the office was closed because I had until 10pm to put my stuff in storage. I couldnt get in my storage so I called customer service. They contacted Tina and she showed up within 5 minutes. Tina is amazing! Shes very helpful and knowledgeable. This place is very clean and well organized.

I have had the greatest experience here I have gotten treated with nothing but kindness Tina and Nicole have gone above and beyond to always answer my questions I had .And if I didnt understand they explained things to me so I did understand .Nicole has always helped me get threw the death of my husbands grieving cuz I had to get this storage unit and down size great people and nice to do service with them .You have 2 great employees

I really loved that Nicole took her time to show me around the storage units that were available. The units were super clean and almost brand new, I’m glad to know that they really keep up with maintenance. When Nicole wasn’t available to sign up for my unit, another friendly employee named Tina helped me process my information effortlessly. I’m really glad and happy to work with these amazing employees and to build an awesome relationship with this company. P.S. props to whoever created the mobile app, I’m loving having to open up the gate with a touch of a button instead entering the code at the gate.

Tina is a lovely, kind, helpful woman who only seeks to inform you of any and all that you need to know, so that your experience with them is spectacular... which honestly, really is! Amazing management! They always go above and beyond. We receive many packages and deliveries and the office sends me calls when they arrive and put them in the unit. Amazing service and I am definitely happy having our storage unit here!

As soon as we walked in we were greeted by Tina who is so nice right away. She made you feel welcomed. Both Tina and Nichole were helpful and a joy to meet. We were given a tour, and we were impressed by how clean the whole facility is. I also have to say there was an issue way passed office hours and Tina made it a point to arrive and help out. This is what I call great customer service.update:I loved the easy access to the facility and the cleanliness. I also loved the fact and the quickness there is to get a storage space and the price was not bad at all either. I have to say the staff was always available to help when needed.

Nichole made me feel at home. Sounds cheesy but its clean, they monitor the facility, helpful, kind, attentive, really have pride in their responsibility of your property. Plus I never do these review things and soo they are 5 stars

I must say I was very impressed from the moment I walked into the office. I was greeted by Tina Drinka who was more than pleasurable. She gave me a tour of the facility. I was impressed by the cleanliness of the bathrooms and overall the entire place was spotless. Storage units were very clean and spacious. The carts they have for you to use made my move 100 times easier. I recommend this place to anyone who has nice things and appreciate nice things. They do not allow any food or beverages on premises which means a lot considering what could come from allowing those things. Great rates as well!

When they were cubesmart, they just kept jacking up the price every month. Now that cubesmart sold this location to SROA, they immediately jacked up the price by like another 33%. Just terrible.

Awesome storage facility. We were using for storage during moving, and it worked great - we may stay there (but get a smaller unit), once our move is completed. It is climate controlled, well lit, and the loading dock is super convenient. And Tina and Nicole have been awesome to work with, and super helpful and very hands-on. Best decision I made, during this move, for sure!

This place is the best . I moved my stuff from outside storage unit . They are so much better . They have two duel door in the back where you can drive in and unload . They have carts you can use and even an elevator, I would recommend this place to everyone. It’s very clean place . Very helpful employees.

Tina was great with being helpful and knowledgeable with all the details from the very beginning of setting up the rental contract to the move in. They had a loading dock that was secure and made me feel safe moving all my stuff. They also had carts to help move everything. The process from start to finish was quick, easy and efficient

Very simple online process to reserve and start the rental process. Was able to do the entire thing contact free. I had minor issue with first unit due to stairs leading up to area and they moved me right away to another unit. The facility is clean and well lit with automatic lighting. Was impressed based on the pricing that we were able to get.

Easy, efficient and affordable! Nichole gave me a little tour of the building and showed me what my options were and Tina got me all checked in and helped me with buying some extra packing equipment that they sell in their main lobby/office. Both were great to work with! The building and storage space was also very clean and organized. Im only using my storage unit for a month, but definitely would use CubeSmart again in the future if needed!

Q smart has been very helpful and customer service is good too sometime while covid was going on things were hard and being able to pay the bill to be able to maintain the storage that was hard too but thanks to CubeSmart they helped us out and made it possible to be able to maintain our storage and everything again thanks 👍🏾

I had a great experience with this CubeSmart. Moving and storage can be stressful, but when I came in Tina was the most passionate person I’ve ever met about her job. Her passion came through in my experience. Everything felt clean and safe and the staff was kind in making sure my move/stay went smoothly.

On Sunday September 6,2020 I came to put more items in my locker and as I sat in my car before going inside I noticed that the door kept opening and closing on its own. I took a video and sent it to the manager Nicole and never got a call. I also left a voicemail and never got a call. I had to end up calling them on 9/ 9/30 and spoke to Tina who explained that they fixed it the sensor on the door. I didn’t appreciate that no one gave me a call when I left a voicemail and email for them too call me.Please explain how this is safe for me or any of your clients? My belongings are in your building. People can sneak in without a code. I don’t feel like my belongings are safe.I’m very disappointed

Very impressed by this location!The facilities were very secure and sparkling clean; even the bathrooms were immaculate. We loved the weather protected drive-in bays, and the easy access. The handy app for the passcode makes getting in to the facility a snap. The even accept and store Amazon (and similar type) shipments so parcels do not sit on the front porch. Tina (the general manager) is warm and friendly but runs a tight ship. We feel confident our belongings are safe and secure.

As a person who never had used storage units before, this place was amazing from the beginning to the end. The manager, Tina, was wonderful and pleasant to work with from the phone calls to the end of the transaction. I was very impressed with the cleanliness precautions that are taken in this facility. After all, Tina claimed that this was happening before CO-VID 19 which impressed me even more. I am grateful that for the smooth transition and that my unit will be secured every day and every night. Another nice part of this place is you can buy supplies you need to help you store things. That is great. Having a manager making this place her number one priority is a great way to make sure you feel and are secured in your future. Thank you, Tina, for making this a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend coming here for your storage units.

I cant say enough about how great of an experience it was. From the first phone call till the time I left. I used the location at 7635 W. Oklahoma Ave.Tina was amazing she was accommodating very informative, and extremely helpful. The location itself was very clean, from the front office throughout the entire storage facility. The fact that you can drive up in the bay and unload your belongings is wonderful. Push carts are available in the bay to make moving your things easier. All the supplies that you need from packing to moving are readily available. Moving can be very stressful, from finding a storage that is clean, that your belongings are secured and accessibility to your unit are just some of the worries that come with moving. Well in this situation I left there happy and comfortable with the knowledge that my things will be well taken care of. I highly recommend CubeSmart.

Tina and Nicole are amazing! I have never rented storage space before and Tina answered everything question I had and made the experience easy and fun! She was more than happy to show me several spaces so I could choose the one that met my needs. Even when my short term larger storage need is done I plan to just move to a smaller space for those items that I don’t have room for.

This place is one of the best-run establishments I have seen in a long time! Tina helped us get the unit we needed, made us feel very comfortable about security and cleanliness. Very clean, organized and they have fair prices. They have many different size storage cubes with great pricing they even offer a discount on the price. You can lease your cube online it’s fast and easy the ease of use of the website is awesome. They have 2 entrances to bring your things inside of the storage warehouse. (Dock doors and the sliding doors) the even have flat carts to assist you in getting your boxes or cases inside the elevator and to your unit that way you don’t have to carry one thing in at a time. I have never rented a storage unit this is my first and I love cubesmart I’d recommend it to everyone looking for storage and Tina is awesome she is the best she answers all of your Questions and assures you as well as reassures you Of any questions or concerns that you may have she even answers questions that you may have forgotten to answer its like she knows what you’re thinking before you ask. Her personality is awesome the atmosphere is great she’s awesome. Theyre always offering water which comes in handy when youre moving in the middle of July. Id definitely use this location again if I had to move again.

Tina and Nicole are the best! They always made me feel welcome and more than just business. Ive been to competing storage sheds in the area and never saw the staff round half as much as they do at this location (Id see either one each time Id visit my shed). Not only is the location super clean, I always feel safe there. They even noticed and called right away (less than 8hr) when my shed was left unlocked one day, which competing sites have failed to do. If I ever needed another shed, they would be my first choice!

We needed storage with a temperature controlled environment and we found a great place with great prices. They have and offer everything you need including free Keurig coffee. Very clean and safe place with cameras everywhere. Tina and Nicole run the place and theyre fun and very thorough. I would highly recommend it to anybody who is looking for a storage facility.

Nichole was really nice and able to help us out even though the process took us past closing time. She was funny and professional at the same time. She even came out and offered water bottles the next day while i was loading boxes. I would definitely recommend this location.

Only rented for a month, but from getting the unit to closing it out was a pleasant experience. The facility was excellent from the four climate controlled floors (3+basement) to the 2 enclosed loading bays (a plus for Wisconsin winters). If Im ever in need of storage again theyll be the first ones I consider.

I recently had a tour and liked the cleanliness and how bright the facility was. On the weekend I moved in the garage elevator was down. That doubled my drop off time. I little inconvenient.

We used this place for a few months between moving apartments. The place was very clean. Everything is also locked and secure. I didnt have to worry about my stuff at all. The two ladies that run the place were very nice and professional.

Overall great experience. Staff is very helpful and friendly. The facility is very clean and has easy access to the lockers. The only thing I didnt like is the feeling of them getting me with insurance. I have never used lockers before and maybe just didnt know it was required. Adding a min of $12 to any locker for the lowest insurance didnt sit right with me.
