I love this muffler place. They are nice, professional, reasonable and quick. They do awesome work. They did custom work on my BMW X6 and today I’m back to have work done on my F250.

These guys are AMAZING. I have an older car and know nothing about cars I just knew my exhaust was bad. I called and they checked it out by hooking up a system to see if it had other issues, most other places charge just to see what’s wrong but they checked it for free and nothing was wrong other than my exhaust. They fixed my exhaust leak in under 15 minutes! Very nice, and very kind guys. I seriously recommend them to everyone!!

I truly wish I could give these people negative stars for this review. Repair made was a complete scam, they failed to repair the muffler using the correct part that allows for flexion of the entire unit, leaving the system vulnerable to tension. Worst part is that this broke in the middle of nowhere Michigan on I94. Muffler had to be repaired elsewhere due to their negligence. When the other repair shop fixed the issue they showed me how NO NEW PARTS were ever used, SCAM ARTISTS!!!!! Please do not come here. Save your time and money. If this is how you folks “fix” issues, good luck keeping your business afloat.

Great price, kind, professional.I was a walk-in appointment with an embarrassingly loud car. They lifted it up and told me exactly what needed to be fixed. They didnt make me pay for parts that werent broken. Done in 20 minutes.

Good people. Very professional and prompt. We got here exactly at the time of our appointment and they got us in and an estimate in 5 min. Knew exactly what was wrong and got it fixed. SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!!! This shop doesnt even deserve 1 star but I had to select one to leave this review. I was recommended to this shop by a friend who has been going to the owner, Jose for years. At first I thought I found an honest and reasonable place to get our vehicles repaired and started telling everyone I knew what a great job they did there until major problems started occurring after getting our vehicles repaired there. EVERYONE I referred has also had problems with their repairs! This shop does NOT know what they are doing at all!! Please see the pic I have included, this was done by them. Who uses a wire to keep the shock / strut intact?? Also, my friend that has been going to Jose for years had her wheel actually come off while she was driving after they did front end work on her truck. Then she took the truck into a different place and had to have the same thing done she just paid Big Boyz to do because the mechanic showed her that no new parts were present and the truck had no new repairs! I will NEVER bring another vehicle to that place again and I HIGHLY recommend that if you do, you need to have the work double checked! I am leaving this review in hopes of saving someone else from a major nightmare or possibly getting hurt from UNSAFE repairs done in that shop! TOTAL SCAMMERS!!!!

They did some exhaust work on my 1985 Toronado last year and everything held up good all this time. They did it super fast which shocked me. Totally worth the money I paid.

I feel like I just had a religious experience. I just left big boys mufflers not only does my truck not sound like a tank but that was so fast I didnt have an opportunity to go to vortex comics next door. Go check them out if you have not. Thank you guys, the big boys are for real.

Very Happy! The price when the work was done was quite a bit more than what I was quoted but it was understandable given the extra amount of work they had to do. It turned out absolutely perfect, too! Just the look and sound I was going for. 5 stars.

Going to big boys was almost like going over to your friends house in a great comfortable setting and your friends just working on your car while having conversations with you. The guys there they did great work I couldnt ask for anything better and I was in-and-out of that place within 35-40 minutes and it was all relaxed and they did a great job. This is the best muffler shop in west allis!!!!!! Hands down.

Firestone had quoted me an outrageous price to replace the busted flex pipe on my Camry. Rolled into Big Boyz and they immediately put my car up on the lift, welded in the new section of pipe, and had me on my way in under 30 minutes. Price was very fair (way less than Firestone). Incredibly fast, professional work. Will recommend to everyone I know.

Second time here in the last 6 months. 2 different vehicles for 2 different repairs. On both occasions these guys were fast and helpful. They do a great job at a more than reasonable price!

I brought an aftermarket catalytic converter in to buy a pipe sleeve from them, but ended-up having them install the converter for me! They laid in some BEAUTIFUL WELDS instead of several adaptors & U-Bolts like I wouldve used! Fast Work! Fair Prices! I will be bringing these guys ALL of my exhaust work from now on!
