I cannot say enough good things about E&N Automotive. They are very friendly, the work they did was done in a timely manner and the price was lower than any other place I called.

The timing chains in our family vehicle were well overdue to be done and hadn’t been driven in months… after hearing about how amazing E&N is- I knew this was the place to go. Amazing is an understatement! I couldn’t be happier with their communication, timeliness, quality and value! We figured it would be a good time to detail as well, and I was shocked that they managed to clean the soccer hauler, work van, grocery getter as well as they did, the exterior looked equally as great!… my fiancé couldn’t wait to show me how clean the engine was! 😂 I now have a new mechanic, and detailer!!!!

E & N Auto repair came to my rescue after the dealership quote was 4x as expensive to do the necessary repairs to my cooling system. They were very easy to work with and so friendly. We brought in our old farm truck and when I say old farm truck, I truly mean it. It had been used to haul countless animals, feed, fertilizer & who knows what else. It was so awful I refused to get into the cab. When we got it back it looked so good. I highly recommend E&N they did a great job. I’m excited to see what they can do to my every day car.

Horror story. Hard but necessary review. I chose E&N for a second opinion based on community input. My experience was bad. Before going in, my mechanic told me that my car was in great shape but needed struts, shocks and a timing belt. I liked E&N, because they offered rides to customers and I could text Deanna. I never got a ride, which stalled the process. I wasnt worried about going to E&N and only wanted reassurance that my car was fine besides needing routine maintenance. E&N agreed with my mechanic, quoting me $1600 plus $200 if I had the oil pan gasket replaced. I okd the work, and after completion, was called to get the car.Valente said he had to adjust a belt, which concerned me, because it shouldve been tightened right. I asked if everything sounded ok and he assured me it did. I trusted him, but my formerly smooth car was now noisy. My videos prove this. After the work, my car was vibratory and loud with metallic knocking and belt noise. When I texted Deanna with concerns, she expressed worry that I might be psychologically hearing noises. So offensive and dismissive. Valente said that a young mechanic had worked on it and a valve adjustment was necessary. I hadnt been told that, but I left the car. Two days later, the car was ready. The metallic noises persisted, so I contacted the shop again. Valente said he could tighten the valves and wed go from there. This worried me. The shop sent someone to retrieve and return my car after completion. It was oddly quiet and smelled burnt.My test drive showed the obvious, constant noise. Then, my car died. I pmd Deanna, who was rude, rather than concerned. The following are her words, used to intimidate and gaslight me: You will go to a reputable shop, to provide their findings and give to us. Ive been private messaged by many on what you do in our community. I do not tolerate deception! I was upset and doubted myself. I wondered why others would talk about me.I called the shop and was told to have my mechanic provide findings to Marco. After examining my car, my mechanic was shocked. He said the valves were adjusted improperly, some tight and some loose; there was oil all over; the timing belt was loose; there were two damaged spark plug seals and silicone had been used to attempt to fix them; and that a bolt to the valve cover had been damaged. The threads were shot. E&N had told me that a gasket needed to be replaced due to an oil pan leak, but my mechanic informed me that no gasket is used during that job. A sealant is typically used and the seal hadnt been done, but I had been charged. I felt E&N had deceived me. My mechanic wrote this up and talked with Marco, who agreed to pay for the repair for the damage. Due to the lack of completion of sealing the oil pan and a charge for a gasket that didnt exist, my mechanic requested a refund for those charges. In choosing E&N, my functional car was transformed into a noisy, rugged ride, which was undriveable. It required towing to the shop. My daughter and I barely drove for about one month, from February to March. I wouldnt drive due to the obvious mechanic issues. More damage or a break-down could have occurred. There was no attempt to provide a rental or substitute car, though Im disabled and had requested this due to issues they had caused.Did I get what I paid for? I was quoted $1600, and $1800 if the oil pan gasket was fixed. It was over $2000 when I picked it up. I questioned that but was told I had been quoted a higher amount by phone. The invoice is odd, but $1680 appears on it, as well as other estimates. My mechanics price for those jobs was estimated at $2100, excluding the oil pan part, which would have cost about $2205. He uses OEM- equivalent quality parts and said that the shocks and struts used were no-brand, low-quality, and predicted theyd last about 3 years. What is the actual cost though? My health was affected in an incalculable manner. I cant put a figure on it, but thousands, at least. Eating and sleeping were affected, and I dont fully trust my car due to trauma.

As a business owner it is extremely important that I keep my trucks and vans in production. Last week I had a vehicle with some mechanical issues and I called up Marco and his team. I was told to bring it down to be diagnosed. I prepared for a week out of service on this one! To my complete surprise I had a phone call in a timely manner with the diagnosis and the cost! Reasonable rates and I was extremely impressed with their professionalism and experience! Highly recommend! Definitely give them a call! Great customer service! 5 Star all the way!

I highly recommend this shop. My air conditioning has quit working. They were able to get me in quickly and they fixed it in less than 30 minutes. It is so awesome to have cool air in my car again. Thank you so much. Seriously if you have an auto need give them a chance.

Our work truck needed a new transmission. Called E&N INC for a price quote. They were very reasonably priced and knowledgeable. Had our transmission replaced and our truck back to us within a few days. Transmission works great!We also had a separate issue of our water pump going out. Had our truck towed to E&N. They had it all fixed the next day! Again very reasonably priced and quickly fixed our issue so our work truck was up and running again.We recommend many people to E&N!

I was referred to Adam via a mechanic friend for my Volvo. I was having rotten luck finding trustworthy workmanship among even well-known Volvo-exclusive shops. Adam gave me a second opinion on some expensive “necessary” work that turned out not to be necessary after a first (inexpensive) step was made. He saved me $800. I now go to him solely, twice now, and have been really happy both times! There’s no up-sell in his game, just the facts. I appreciate this.

This place is awesome!I have a 2007 Nissan Frontier that was having issues and I originally took it to Dick Hannah Nissan for an inspection. They confirmed what I had suspected - this model is susceptible to transmission cooler failure and the coolant and transmission fluid had mixed, causing damage to the transmission. Dick Hannah gave me an outrageous quote for repairs and included repairs completely unrelated to the issues I was experiencing, and was also much more expensive than what I had expected based on my online research. Unwilling to give another cent to Dick Hannah Nissan, I began exploring other options.A family friend recommended me to E&N and the rest is history. When I arrived Marco walked out front to examine my truck with me and was very familiar with the issue. He patiently walked me through the options to fix the vehicle and made sure I understood the cost of either option before starting repairs. I opted for the more permanent fix, which was replacing the radiator and transmission.When they informed me my truck was ready I let them know I wouldnt be available to pick it up until the afternoon, so they took that as an opportunity to throw in a free detail as well. I arrived to a perfectly clean truck ready to roll. I was very impressed with how quickly repairs were completed, and the vehicle is now in excellent condition and the gear changes are very smooth.I will be returning for any future issues with my vehicles, I cant speak highly enough about their services.Keep up the great work!

Rescue workers at their best! My Toyota 4-runner was not driving correct, I did initially go to my dealership where I purchased the vehicle, to have them tell me I needed a new transmission and a bunch of other things, the car is 3 years old. So with that high price tag of items listed, I wanted a second opinion and after reading all the high regard for E&N I gave them a call. I explained to Marco my concern, having a hard time believing it needed a new transmission, since I’m very meticulous with my car. He told me to come in and they would look over the vehicle to share their input. A really friendly girl welcomed me, comfortable waiting area and it felt like such a short time, Marco was back talking to me and reiterating my thoughts, it was not the transmission at all. He explained the list given from dealership, in his opinion many things were not even necessary and told me what I was due for. That was 6 months ago, I now have come back for routine oil change and detail, they earned a customer for life not trying to sell me on things not needed. Recommend 100 percent!

Miracle Workers!!I have a minivan, 3 kids and an arm injury that prevented me from doing a lot in the past year-so the van didnt get a thorough cleaning. I took it in to E &N last week and almost thought they switched vehicles on me when I picked it up! I dont know how they pulled it off, but it honestly looks brand new. The seats are perfect, the carpet is perfect. Even the storage in the floor is crumb free. The outside is gorgeous and shiny. I just cant believe that they were able to get it so clean.Last fall, we got my daughter a used vehicle and it was disgusting inside-so we took it to E&N and they did amazing work on it, as well.I am literally happy every time I walk up to my van and see how nice it looks. I cant even believe it. I think I need to invest in regular details to keep it looking good. It would be well worth it.

We had these fine people clean up a car for us and it was Amazing in every way! First of all.. think of a male driver age 19 in a car for 3 years and pretty much didnt clean his car once! I took it into EN Reconditioning and it came out beautifully and we sold the car in 2 days! I chose them because of their positive reviews and I am glad I did!5 Star for sure!

E&N is amazing! I took my Cobra there (full of dog hair) before putting it up for sale. They did such a great job!!! It looks new! The engine bay was immaculate and E&N even took out a few dents. It was a great experience. Like I said I was going sell, but when I got it back I definitely had second thoughts of keeping it! They are very trustworthy and honest! I highly recommend! them and wish I would have found them years ago. Yhey are my go to place from now on.

I took my car in for an exterior detail. First of all I was quoted $150.00 less than a competitor. The detail quality is perfect! My car looks new again. When I got it home I noticed a small hiccup. I called right away and was asked to bring it back at my convenience. So I took it back to them and the man, maybe the owner looked at it and explained to me that this type of thing usually happens over time. He insisted that they fix and only took 5 minutes and it was done. Thank you so E&N you definitely made a great impression on me. Not knowing for sure what caused that hiccup possibly something that didnt happen there and you still took care of it. Very caring. Fair prices. We had our rear axle break on our Tahoe. They ordered the part, but when it came in they let us know that it looked like it had been in an accident and didnt feel comfortable putting it in our car. I was glad that they made that decision. Lets me know they run their business with integrity and care about their customers. I have gone to them now for oil change and anything else the car needed. ☺️

While the people are really nice, After they replaced my engine I had an engine light come on. Took it back. They took it to a dealership. Dealership found hoses and clamps not connected. Engine light back on.Edit........so.....after 9 months since engine replacement.....doing some research and still having the check engine light on......it looks like the engine installed was not the one for my car. But, Marco is getting the engine number to verify and working with the warranty company to fix the issue if that is the case.Currently E&N auto are working to figure this out. My car alternator dyes while driving in the rain.Marco is doing an excellent job trying to get the warranty guys to help fix the problem.

I have been using Marco and his staff for many years, since there other E&N Tigard shop. They truly go the extra mile every time for me, when my door was stuck, a bad brake job somewhere else, they assisted to make it right and even when I’ve been stranded on the freeway, they have dropped everything to find me a tow and personally pick me up! I can’t recommend them enough.. In today’s world, it’s hard to find honest businesses, that stand behind there work.

Much better price than dealership quoted for the same service. The detail was top notch, despite a winters worth of dog hair and Willamette mud--I feel like I have a new car again! And sometimes how a mistake is handled speaks volumes about a business integrity and work ethic--that was the case at E&N. They went over and above to make things right. This place is awesome! Could not say enough good things about it. I would go as far as saying that this is the best shop I have ever been to. My vehicle and I were both taken care of 110% from start to finish. The people working here are probably the nicest and most professional office staff and mechanics that you will meet. I brought my vehicle in for a noise it was making and I was immediately greeted by the shop foreman, Cory, who took time to test drive my vehicle and listen to the noises it was making. It needed some work done and they did it very quickly and I was updated by Joe every step of the way and all my questions were answered. I have every confidence that my vehicle was repaired correctly and with care and will be bringing my vehicle back for any future needs. I cannot recommend this place enough. I made an appointment for an oil change, check engine light was on and I wanted to have brighter non-yellow headlight bulbs installed. Joey greeted me and took my Scion XA right into a bay. He kept me informed as to the progress being made, time left to wait and the type of bulbs needed. He helped me order the correct bulbs and they will be installed next week. I am so happy there are now 2 locations for the wonderful no-surprises service at E & N!! Very comfortable spacious waiting area with special coffee and NEW magazines :)

I drove all the way out to Milwaukie from North Portland to get my car detailed and paint touched up. The service and quality was outstanding. It was worth the drive and I will not be taking my car anywhere else again. It looks like a new car in and out. Highly recommend.

I had read great reviews about E&N on Facebook so I decided to give them try when the fuel gauge and “miles to empty” indicator showed “0” even though I had just filled the tank. Within a few hours after I dropped off the car I received a text with photos of a mouse nest they located on my fuel pump with several chewed wires. They repaired that issue but the gauges still showed-empty. They called to make sure I was OK with more diagnostics, and they quickly traced the issue to a shorted out instrument cluster. They communicated with me every step of the way and their hourly rate was so much less than the dealership would have charged. They didn’t recommend any repairs that weren’t needed. While my car was there, we decided to have them detail it as well. My car looks brand new. I now understand why so many local dealerships use E&N for their reconditioning services, they are top notch. The engine compartment, interior and exterior of my car looks like I just drove it off of the showroom floor. They are professional, courteous and operate with honesty and integrity. I’m a customer for life.

I had seen a post on Milwaukie chit chat a few weeks back, so I tried them for an oil change and had them check on why my check engine light kept going on and off. I was a little hesitant, since Ive had some bad experiences with repair shops the past 4 years, and lost faith in auto repair shops being honest anymore but I must say Emily and Jessica put me at ease with how welcoming, upfront with pricing and how friendly they were. The check engine light coming on and off, was an easy fix, not costing me an arm and a leg, I left just paying for an oil change and peace of mind at E&N they truly care if Im happy and provide wonderful customer service.

I parked under a sprinkler and it happen to dry and I was worried it would etch the paint, thankfully they were able to get it looking wonderful.Im the person who takes pride in their vehicle and hand washes with no acids or chemicals so when I got my vehicle back and both driver side wheels were damaged from a chemical used (the paint finish is melting off the wheels) I called E&N to see what they could do for me. Marco the owner called me a liar and said they dont use chemicals on the vehicle and threw in my face that the detail was free since I used a gift certificate. Wait a minute, it shouldnt matter whether I paid for it or not, my wheels paint shouldnt be melting off from whatever chemical they used. I know they refinish wheels and asked if they were willing to refinish them and he declined. It was a completely unprofessional conversation from a business owner especially calling me a liar. I do not recommend them and would not use them in the future.I work in the auto industry where customer service is number one, but I was definitely not number one to them.

I get my car detailed once a year here. looks brand new! they actually hand wax & hand polish without leaving the buff marks in the paint as they do at every other detail shop youll go to. These guys know what they are going and they are fast!

Went there yesterday for a break service. Jessica and Adam were courteous, explained me everything I wanted to know, and took care of my car sooner than I expected. Definitely will go back for auto service again.

I need to thank the incredible staff at E&N for saving the day when my suburban stalled on I205 and I couldnt get a tow truck to come soon enough, so I called Gage where I purchased my car and they directed me to E&N for assistance. Emily the business manager answered and was so helpful since I was pretty upset and worried of getting stuck with my two year old on the side of the road for hours. They immediately had a tow truck at the freeway within 15 mins, one of the E&N staff personally picked my daughter and I up to go back to the shop, stopping to get my daughter a snack and myself a coffee!! Everyone was so kind and patient with how overwhelmed I was, Marco personally explained what was going on with the car and that the problem was covered under my warranty. I was in and out within an hour, there motto of treating you like family is truly accurate, I have never witnessed this kind of service in any field! I highly recommend E&N when it comes to your car repairs and being treated with the best care.

Had a coolant leak and expected to have to pay for a compression check. They told me what they saw and allowed me to go on my way free of charge since I knew the fix. Very satisfied with my first interaction!

I originally had taken to my Jeep to another shop, they charged more and didnt fix issue. E&N was lower priced and replaiced my jeeps drive shaft within an hour.

So I was traveling through Oregon on my way to Washington and I pulled off of the highway to the 7 eleven across the street because my car was making horrendous noises. I couldnt figure out what the issue was until a guy pulled up right next to me in the 7 eleven parking lot and asked if he could help. He took a quick look around, and saw that my oil reservoir was empty! So I went to stand in line to buy overpriced oil at the 7 eleven, and this guy (one of the mechanics from E&N Auto) said to just follow him across the street so I wouldnt have to pay $26 for four quarts of oil. So I drove over, and he filled up my oil, and made sure everything else was in order so I could continue on my journey. He was a huge help! I dont remember his name, but Im sure grateful he came to help at the right time.

E & N had great customer service. Within 5 mins of being there I had a few people ask me if I had been helped yet. Sean worked on my car (new front brakes) he came in multiple times to let me know what was going on and what needed to be done, with explanation. At one point he came in and showed me my old brake pads were craked in the middle. Once he installed the new brakes I test drove my car and it was perfect. Its hard to find honest mechanics.I felt the employees at E & N were trustworthy and genuine! Definitely will be going back!

I was directed by my dealership and a few good friends who raved about E&N and their detail services.. My BMW had seen better days and working so much it took a tole on interior and even losing its shine on the outside.. I was beyond pleased and amazed how little scratches on the bumper and passenger door over years of wear, immediately disappeared!! I dont know how they did it, its like magic makers.. Ive always gone for maintenance and repair services with them but never ventured into trying a detail, I now wish I had tried 3 years ago!! I was missing out so dont wait, schedule your detail and be amazed.. I saw 3 other customers picking up and one lady was just shocked and didnt believe it was her car!! Reviews all over seem to speak my experience, so take advantage!!

I cannot rave enough about Adams automotive repair skills on any European car -- probably any car! Adam is a master Volvo mechanic but has done great work on my husbands BWM 750iL at half the cost of a BMW shop! He is also a great guy and very reasonably priced for the quality of work he does! I cannot recommend him highly enough. You wont be sorry!! The Service Manager, Joe, is a very nice and helpful guy, too.

These guys are GREAT! My engine light came on today and my car was not driving well so I took it in and they fixed it while I waited! The office was nice and clean, cool, and smelled good. For an Auto shop they get a 5 star for sure. Thanx guysCydney
