The folks here were really polite and efficient. I came in on a Sunday and they didnt have the correct oil filter for my car but still topped off all the fluids etc and let me know they could get the filter the next day. On Monday I came back, they recognized me and got me in and out in a speedy manner. Nice team and I will come back soon

Spent over an hour waiting while I was next up. They had everyone waiting move positions several times. Was a complete mess. They had 7 employees and claimed they were understaffed. Mostly is just an unorganized mess thats poorly run. Wouldnt ever come again. Not sure how they make money running so slow with so many employees.

I just had my oil changed by two friendly young techs who were helpful, professional, listened, AND reset my maintenance lights for me after they changed my oil.

These guys are great! Particularly Dean at this location. Originally the someone had rejected me when I asked if Jiffy Lube did tune-ups. Dean reassured me that he will take care of what I needed to get done from start to finish, and also confirmed that the warranties and any broken items would be addressed by the company. This put me a tease. Even better was that he showed me the stuff that he worked on afterwards to for reference. I have to put a plug in here for Jose too for the customer service during checkout and researching the warranty for the work done. Quality & extremely efficient work! Great job, Ill definitely recommend this location to my network!!!

This location always offers great service. When service was a bit backed up today they made sure to take care of the customers in the order they arrived. I appreciated this even though I waited in a bay for a little longer. 👍

I was just informed that they put the wrong oil in my brand new car Thee last time I was in. He said It shouldnt hurt the engine too much !!! Really?!!!. Being theyve already drained it, theyve sent someone to get The right oil. They dont carry it here. Not even an offer of a discount for possibly damaging the engine as he put it.

The people here were friendly and got me in and out quickly with an oil change. However, they went to check my coolant levels and I had been driving awhile, so when they removed the cap, TONS of steam was pouring out. I didn’t think much of this until I pulled out of their garage and my coolant light started flashing, so I pulled over to look. Almost all of the coolant was gone. I looked on my receipt under coolant and they had marked “ok.” And I know it had been full prior to coming in because I had checked it two days before when my engine light came on (the whole reason I decided to get an early oil change). Anyways, good service, but maybe check coolant levels at the end instead of the beginning so the engine can cool a bit first.

The crew here went above and beyond to solve a problem that they didnt have to, to ensure I was able to get my work van running again. Very kind and professional people. Will be back for all maintenance work.

I came in because my defroster wasnt working, they diagnosed a dirty filter, changed it, $40-Woohoo! Also said my camshaft sensor might be going. Fixed that quicker and for less than originally estimated. Luke is amazing! Theyre all great. They are my go-to now. I dont have to freak out anymore when the check engine light comes on!

I came here about 3 weeks ago for an oil change before a trip. I thought the service was good but over priced. I wasnt going to go back because they were about $50 more for an oil change than everywhere else I have been.I was back in the area today and needed another oil change. They had one of their employees standing on the corner with an open bay $20 off sign. I figured what the hell $20 off makes it a little more tolerable.Ha! The pricing increased by $17.51 so the real discount was $2.41. The fast talking Sabrina tried to explain it away like I was wrong. Then they tried to upsell me a couple times. Anyway here is the breakdown for my full synthetic oil change.Base price on 12/31/2020 $93.99Base price on 01/21/2021. $96.99Oil filter on 12/31/2020. $6.48Oil filter on 01/21/2021. $12.99Oil filter charge on 12/31/2020 $1.99Oil filter charge on 01/21/2021 $9.99Shop supply fee stayed the same at $2.99I definitely wont be back. Not because the service is bad but because the value is terrible and pricing is inconsistent with misleading discounts.

I dont think they filled up my oil when I went last. Car started to have problems and then saw I had no oil. I filled it up and its been holding. So I dont know what happened but I saw they have had issues in the past with not changing the oil. Before I went Ive had no issues so I dont know if I should continue going to jiffy lube

I brought in a 2017 Toyota Tacoma with only 19,000 miles that wouldnt start. I got a jump to Jiffy Lube to have them take a look, thinking Id need a new battery. Hunter ran a test on battery, diagnostics came back good, so he checked alternator, also good. He gave me option to buy new battery if I wanted, but said to run truck for a little bit, in case it was just low on juice. After testing throughout day, and still running into issues, I brought back in before they closed. Despite having a last minute surge in customers, Hunter took the time to make some calls to get the battery I needed. The NAPA next door was closed, but he called down to Auto Zone (which he found me better battery for same cost), and offered to drive his car down there to pick it up. In the meantime, the rest of Hunters crew were finishing up with other customers, so came over to assist with removing old battery while also cleaning out the corrosion and other grime under the hood. Just wanted to write some positive feeback about the work these guys do over there, they always go above and beyond for me!

I have come here quite a few times for oil changes and other work, and have concluded that today was the last time. Nothing special about price, the upselling, and the work (particularly with todays group) taking WAY too long. Not a lot of urgency on anyones part. I was told after a very long wait they would have me done within 20 to 25 minutes, which ended up being close to an hour and a half.

Its a big pill to swallow paying 86 bucks for a Synthetic oil change, but living in the city what do ya do. Otherwise, I would just do it myself. Great service,good guys but, yeah spendy.

I didn’t wait. Was taken right in. They weren’t pushy. Super positive friendly young men. Excellent customer service from all three of them. This is my regular jiffy lube but I went to Valvoline last time. This Jiffy Lube is so much better.

I have used this location before many times for my moms car to get her oil changed, not anymore! They tried to straight up rip me off!! Pulled up to the Bay with my oil change coupon like I normally do and had a rather unusual transaction, a blond guy came up ask ed what I needed, then walked away and came back with a yellow notepad with a bunch of scribbling on it telling me how much it would cost which was more than what the coupon had stated and more than I had ever paid, I have never needed any extra shop supplies it was usually a basic oil change no synthetic no extras. when I had mentioned to him that doesnt look right he had a rude answer and said dont get the oil service then, I was incredibly put off by his attitude and said I will be contacting his manager, he pointed to another gentleman standing there and said there is the manager right there talk to him, not wanting a confrontation which is what this kid was looking for I decided to go to the Oregon City location, where I paid the exact amount that was stated on the coupon nothing extra no problems whatsoever and nobody trying to scam me. I will be contacting Milwaukees chamber of commerce as well as the police department about this matter Im very concerned that theyre pulling this scam on a lot of people. I have all proof and records pertaining to this situation as well as the little sticker they gave me for my window before I drove off, as well as proof of the same service at another jiffy lube without extra fees or costs, I would avoid this particular jiffy lube at all costs.

I went to this Jiffy Lube and I asked what would be cheaper my work discount or a $10 dollar coupon. The guy tells me he can do $22.99, I said lets do it. When its over they told me it was $79. I said to the guy you told me 22 so why is it 79? he said my boss said I cant do it. I asked for regular oil. He said he put in synthetic which I didnt ask for. They are thieves he got it down to 50 then I just left. IDIOTS LIARS THIEVES. DONT go there. Sad thing is I send tons of my cars a month there for oil changes which will never happen again.

This was a piss poor experience. Right off the bat I didnt get a good greeting, the CSA who is supposed to check me in only asked what kind of oil I wanted. I didnt see anyone wearing their PPE correctly.Then when the CSA asked if I wanted to see my manufacturer recommended services I said yes..still havent seen them.. lights werent checked, but according to the quality check they never did, they are good. Also my wipers that need replacement are good as well, according to the receipt. I paid for a full service, and they couldnt bother to clean my window. They didnt even bother registering the vehicle under my name. This place has gone down the drain. Not to mention how slow the service 😴 was for how little they did. I responded to the response the company put on here, and got nothing in response. Management dosent really care about your experience.

I went there because a previous jiffy lube person told me I needed an oil change but they checked and said that I didn’t so I appreciated their honesty.

Out of all the mechanics i have been to the people working at this shop have the positivity and energy that i have come to know and love when working with mechanics. They are down to earth and have a wonderful attitude, the kind that says i want to help you get back on the road and not have to see you back in here in the next month because of the same problem. Their mechanic Eric was very professional and wonderful and kept his cool under pressure. Out of all the jiffy lubes in Milwaukee i would suggest this one .I will definitely be returning when i need oil change a small fix.

Oil change, rotated my tires, and then I learned that I could have my DEQ test and pay for my new tags that were mailed to me a few days later. It may not sound like a big deal, but that saved me from spending the afternoon in line at the county DEQ.

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Jiffy Lube. They spilled so much oil during my oil change that it made my car misfire the next day and I had to take it to the shop. They caused $125 worth of damage and labor time and refuse to cover the cost. I’ve spoken to the manager multiple times and he kept telling me his DM would call me. Never did. The last time I spoke to him he said they weren’t covering the cost according to his DM. I requested the DM call me and he still hasn’t, that was 2 weeks ago. I’ve called and emailed and no one has contacted me. I was warned by people not to go to Jiffy Lube because they damaged their cars and I didn’t listen. Now I will never go to another Jiffy Lube again.

This was a terrible place to get my oil changed. It took over 45 minutes for a standard oil change--even though there wasnt any other customers there when I got there. The manager was very disrespectful to the employees in front of customers, which made me very uncomfortable. Finally when they finished, I simply asked if there was a veteran discount, as I am a veteran and heard that they provided a discount, and the manager acted like I spit on his baby for asking, and then came back and informed me they actually did provide the discount. All in all, I will not be going back to this location.

Hey so marshall is the newest manager at this location and he knows his stuff he told me about services i never knew jiffy lube has. Like full tune ups tires that they will order for you and BEAT les Schaub prices. The do have a financing option as well check out this location for sure

I have been here a few times. I always search for a coupon before i go and save money. This is a great place to take older cars that need fresh oil. I can be my oil more often than I should but thats ok with me.

Love this place for breakfast! Food is always good especially the blueberry pancakes! Down to earth food. Would of given 5 stars but our waiter was inattentive, didnt serve syrup with my and several other patrons pancakes, and was slightly grumpy.

I had a problem installing a headlight bulb on my truck came in they slipped it in works great didnt charge me a penny thank you so much.

This Jiffy Lube outlet in Portland quickly analysed my needs.. filled my order for an oil change and the crew performed its duties with precision and dispatch.

Expect a bit of a sales pitch, its part of the job. I really appreciated the discounts and price matching that was done. All you have to do is ask and they will try to honor it. They dont make you beg for a deal. They are not expensive (it just adds up quick, at least in my old car), and they do good work. I didnt feel pressured to buy the latest and greatest oil change. He respectful explained the difference to me, how it helped my car function, in a way that didnt make me feel inferior. I made an educated decision appropriate to my budget, and he left it alone. I always go to this location. They do good work.

Fast service, nice people. Clean bathroomDidnt buy new air filter. They wanted $45. Got the air filter on Amazon for $6.63, came next morning (love prime).

Had an oil change, they said I needed front and rear brakes. Took my car to two different brake shops and both places said front at least 35,000 miles and 20,000 miles on the rear before they needed to be done. They wanted to do both front and back. They dont know what they are doing. Beware.

Went in and felt like Alex was trying to just sell items to me. Felt pretty forceful and just all around pushy. Rather just have honest customer service. Doing oil change myself at home next time.

Waited for almost 40 minutes. Waited in the bay for almost almost 30 minutes. Other customers came after me and were helped first.Employees were rude and not paying attention. At one point I heard one asking how long I had been there, right before he closed my hood and helped the next customer in line.Employees were standing around in a group laughing, watching videos, and joking while all 3 bays were full.After a new customer was starting to be helped before me, I asked when I would be seen. A tall guy with shorter blonde hair told me it would be in a few minutes when the other guy was done. I asked if I could just leave since I was already in the bay waiting for service, he just rudely waved me off and said bye.Throughout the entire time I waited nobody talked to me to find out why I was there or even to begin doing anything involving my vehicle, except to close my hood and to say bye.I went to the Valvoline down the road, on Thiessen Rd. I was seen immediately, they were friendly, the whole thing took a fraction of the time that I waited at jiffy lube, and they even gave me a veterans discount!Go to the Valvoline on Thiessen. Theyre great!

Just went to this location because I got a $25 coupon. Sounds great right? Pretty good discount! Wrong! My bill said the total came to $116 for a full synthetic oil change. Holy Sh$t! And the discount brought it down to $80. Wow, thanks for giving me a discount on a totally bogus price that you made up because you really didnt want to give me a $25 discount. This place and company suck. Stay far away.

Sad day.6/2/2020 - Went to #JiffyLube for an oil change. The tech drained my ATF instead of the Oil...then pumped new oil in drowning my engine.Drove it home .8 of a mile...noticed smoke... Asst Manager came out and corrected the overfill. The oil he drained out was black not amber as it should have been.Started it up and it works...dope.Next day. Driving for my Uber Eats job. My car breaks down with the AT light coming on. Had it towed. Called JiffyLube and told them there is an issue and that I hold them responsible. I will get this diagnosed and will call them back.6/4/2020 As of now... I checked my tyranny dip stick... dry as a bone.Called JiffyLube and was told the GM was calling me today to discuss this issue... no callI am heading to the Jiffylube in the morning for them to get this fixed by a real mechanic shop.Cross your fingers for me please!

My 17 year old sister just got her license last week. I had her go to jiffy lube to get her oil topped off, and when I checked if everything was good this morning I realized the oil cap was off sitting on her strut tower. There’s now oil all over the engine bay AND I have to top off the oil again. Thanks jiffy lube! You lost a lifetime customer

They were very helpful, i had a price point that i needed to stay at. They were helpful in letting me know what absolutely needed to be done and what i could take care of later.. I didnt have to wait long. I hear they are under new management. Maybe thats why. Ill return...

They do the same thing as other oil change shops, but charge more. If Wal-Mart still did oil changes, I wouldve gone there.

An inexpensive place to have quality maintenance on most personal vehicles. Staff is pleasant and eager to help. The shop and waiting room are very clean. Wait time is usually less than 30 mins. Some services and products may be recommended but the manager (forgot his name but very personable and helpful) is not pushy about them, as others in the past have been. After last oil change, noticed some oil drops when there had been none before. Took car back, the manager immediately inspected the car and found the minor problem of oil filter not being tight enough. I definitely will return for services in the future.

You could smell the marijuana on the employees and they were as slow as one could expect from employees that are baked.Ill go somewhere else next time. I dont trust my oil change was done right.

The staff here is pretty great. Very quick. Clean the inside of your car and wash your window. Always check your fluid levels. Very satisfied customer.

We had to limp our Highlander into one of the bays, since it had developed an oil leak...not just a leak, but a gushing mess! The kids there were very helpful and patient with us while we waited for a tow truck. They were busy, and we took up bay space. We just have to thank them for being so kind. We are old folks and this meant a lot!!

Nothing like paying $100.00+ for an oil change.. ever with coupons there are a ton of little hidden fees, right down to a technician fee?? I noticed several types of pressure sales techniques while serving my time in there cell and dont plan on returning. They did provide a timely oil change.

Another quick and easy experience! They even noticed my air cleaner fell off and fixed it for free!

Derek Steinbeck, Jr. at Store #2528 was a very confident person and took care of me very well. He dealt with my insurance co. on my behalf in a very efficient way. I will definitely be back.

Workers were sullen. Acted as if I was a major inconvenience to their routine of sitting on the floor. Except for the red head. He was friendly and helpful. They didnt check air pressure in tires nor vacuum car interior. What else didnt they do?

Careless, Incompetence, and Slow. Every time I go here, they manage to drip oil all over my exhaust, and then try to tell me that is normal. I dont like having a smoke screen for 2 days because oil is burning off my exhaust. One time I went there between oil changes to have them check the fluid in my manual transmission, and they try to tell me I have an automatic!? It seems like every time I go there recently, the wait is 45 minutes or more just to get in, despite them having 5+ techs working, and only one car in each stall. They certainly arent quick, competent, or caring here. Also heard some more horror stories from other customers in the waiting room. Somehow they havent managed to break anything on my car, but I will not give them another opportunity to try. There is a reason this locations rating is already pretty low at about 3 stars.

Went there to have my tire fix at 11:30am they said it’ll take 1 hour, when I came back they said 40 more minutes just to fix my tire because they were busy, (no body was there)Lazy, lazy, lazy.Horrible customer service
