I called in and was given same day appointment. The gentleman checked the tire in question and inspected all others. I was provided with great customer service and given my options without bias. He was knowledgeable about the products. The entire process too 3hours and I was back rolling safely without a huge gouge to the finances. Support local...their customer service is better than a 5 star rating!!

Great experience! Arrived at 11am on a Monday with no appointment asking to repair a tire. I was greeted immediately upon entering and asked how I could be helped. A staff person took my information and walked me out to my car for an assessment, pointed out out a small tire puncture, and said they would need to assess for a repair or replacement. I didnt have a ride so I stayed in the lobby while they looked, told me it would be an hour wait. 40 minutes later, they told me the tire was repaired and ready to go! Thanks for such great service. Ill definitely come back for future service needs and happily will recommend your business to others.

I dont know where to start. They have literally been a lifesaver for me. Always willing to go the extra mile. I live very close to this shop, so I dont know if this is a service they offer to people who live further, but they have been delivering propane refills to my humble home for about a year. My tanks are bigger than average and I dont have a car. So, yes, I am immensely grateful. But they are polite and cheerful every time. Hard to find that level of service nowadays.

I had a great experience here! The shop was recommended to me by my father in law, a long time customer of Olson Bro’s, and I am glad he did! I was able to get a quote for repair and have it completed on the same day! I had been looking for pricing with some other places (radiator replacement), two shops quoted 800 and 1100 respectively. Olson Bro’s did it for around $500. Incredible. The associate who assisted me was Vince, he was polite and knowledgeable. 5 stars all day and twice on Sunday.

All the employees provide fantastic listening skills and great customer care/service during the entire engagement. It is fantastic they have their business cards out in front. They also have there names monogrammed on there uniforms so you can address them by there first name. I was in recently and had 4 new tires put on my camp trailer. When I got a quote over the phone I was quoted $366ish (cant remember the exact number). When I came in to pick up my trailer the bill came to $450. I didnt make a point of it at the time because the quote was verbal and I didnt have any proof, and was in a hurry. None the less I was a bit disappointed.

Whether its fuel for my cars or mower they have it. If I need my new foreign AWD car serviced they can do it. When I need my 54-year-old truck worked on, I take it there. I appreciate their honesty and I like that theyre local and family-owned.

I first called to inquire about tire chains, and the guy I talked to was super helpful and explained the differences with the different styles. He recommended one style over the other, as he’d had personal experience with them and said that I wouldn’t be disappointed with them. I went to purchase a pair, and the person that helped me was friendly and professional and helpful. I think I made a good decision on my purchase and the price was right!

I have been taking my vehicles to Olson Brothers for about 10 years. They are the best. They are polite, courteous, friendly, and treat everybody like family. Recently I had to take my car in because the check engine light came on. Took it in with no appointment, on a Friday afternoon, knowing I would have to leave it. I asked if they could look at it when they had time. They called me with the what the issue was, asked them to order the parts and fix it. They had my car repaired by 9am the following morning. Fast service and great communication. Took two vehicles in for oil changes and tire rotations. They did well in the inspections and found some small things that needed taken care of, nothing major but felt like they’re looking out for me. I am so impressed by Point S businesses and grateful to Olsen Brothers and Brad. I had a little mishap on Highway 18 in near Seattle and blew out my tire. I am from Portland so I got the car to another tire place in North Bend. They said they would have to sell me 4 new tires because I have a AWD ( I just bought these ones in November). I love my Nokian tires. So I said no thanks and took my car with the spare. I found another well known tire company that sold Nokian tires, they said they couldnt find my tire anywhere in the country and that they must be discontinued, so they would sell me 4 new tires. SO I CALLED MY shop, Olsen Brothers in Milwaukie Oregon. Brad was awesome, he had 44 of these tires available. He found another Point S shop near me, Good Neighbor Tire, and sent the tire up in 24 hours and they mounted the tire and I was good to go. Everyone was so professional and accommodating. Four new tires would have cost me would have cost me $800-$1000. And I love the Nokian tires. The are the absolute best: quiet on my Pilot and awesome in the snow and ice. Thank you everyone!!!!

Very professional and friendly staff! Lots of specialty fuels also sold here, they have 110 octane VP, no ethanol fuels, etc. Thank you to all staff and mechanics at this location. You made my day.

Today a family friend called AAA after her car broke down 140 miles from home. AAA dispatched Olson Bros. who quickly arrived and diagnosed a bad alternator which in turn caused the battery to go flat. The driver was able to jump the car and quickly loaded the car onto the tow truck. We met the tow truck driver, Ryan, 100 miles closer to home. Ryan quickly and efficiently unloaded the car and loaded it onto to our trailer. Ryan was exceptionally nice and helpful. If Ryan is in any way representative of Olson Bros. and their staff you won’t go wrong enlisting the help of Olson Bros.

I really liked these guys. I went there for an emissions test, so I cant say anything about whether theyre amazing mechanics or not, though.

They are dishonestLied directly to my face about fixing my battery they did not fix it and are rude and take 0 accountability when presented with the fact they didnt fix anything. They steal straight up. Do not recommend.

Brought the car in, it was shaking when going over 65, $180 later it still shakes. They charged me for everything but what is actually is wrong with the car! as a result my car is still broken and $180 gone. Do your research! I googled what could have gone wrong, lower control arm was one of the first things to come up, they didn’t check it. Their answer was, pay us $185 and we don’t know what is wrong with your car. Great! Thanks! Called back to tell them if they would check the control arm, and the earliest appointment was 5 days latter! I have to drive 5 hours in 2 days, just rip off!

Great place and crew. Ive found them to be honest and do not try to up-sell unnecessary items to me. I use Point S for all of my tire and lube services. The only time theyve ever tried to up-sell me anything was when my car battery was about dead... And 3 days later, the battery died. In other words, they only sell you things you sincerely need. When a different gas station put gas, instead of diesel, in our only delivery truck we called Olson Brothers. They were able to tow the box van, remove the gas, fill it with diesel and have us running by the next morning. They definitely went above and beyond. I wish I lived closer to Olson Brothers Towing so they could be my car guys.I was having a REALLY BAD day and ran my battery dead while sitting in my car for hours on end. I called Oregon City Towing, I’m in sobbing tears, and I ask for a quote on a jump start. They were not friendly in the least bit, and quoted me $120.00 (they were 4 miles away from me)I called Olson Brothers Towing FIVE MILES AWAY FROM ME and they were incredibly kind, asked me lots of questions, and said “well let’s get someone out to you fast, it’s getting cold out there” and offered to do it for $50. They told me my wait time would be an hour- Frank arrived in 30 minutes and was super friendly, and fast.I don’t usually leave reviews but these guys deserved it! 🖤
