⭐⭐⭐ Improved turnaround time:Service was faster than previous visit. (same day vs. 2 days)👎👎SAFETY HAZARD!!A tech was changing car tires on a lift to the right of the outside entrance walkway, and he left all of the lug nuts on the ground near the tire. UNFORTUNATELY, that was in the middle of the main pedestrian walkway. The lug nuts were black to boot, which made them difficult to see. So, of course, I stepped on a couple of them and lost my balance. I sought out a tech and told them what happened, and suggested he clear the walkway immediately. He seemed rushed and not concerned, and didnt go over to move them either. Maybe he did after I walked away. I hope so anyway.I MISS the days when a service tech ran to greet you as soon as you pull into the driveway. You would tell them what youre there for and they would give you instructions for where you park your car, etc. I really do miss this.

Les Schwab is amazing, they take care of any tire need that comes up. Today when driving home from work I had my tire pressure light come on. When I got home I noticed I ran over what looked to be a nail. I drove straight to Les Schwab where they pulled my car up, took off the tire and completely repaired the nail. They didnt charge me anything for it, and showed me what was in the tire. Great customer service, there is a reason I continue to come back every time something is going on with my cars feet..aka tires and breaks. Also they fill tires for free when pressure is low just pull up and ask for a top off before big trips or during winter when pressure changes.

Working for Aarons, we had a nail in our tire. Came to get it fixed, but come to find out we didnt have an agreement or existing account like my boss thought. With no cash on hand, Julian says, no problem- we got you this time. Very thankful .

They fixed my tired! They were kind and explained exactly why my tire had issue, and fixed it for free! This service is about $14-$16 at other places.

Customer service here is always top notch. I could get tires a little bit cheaper elsewhere but then I wouldnt get all the free pressure checks, tire rotations, and puncture repairs. I hope the family doesnt sell out to some faceless corporate entity that only cares about this quarters profits.

I got my tires there and true to their policy, when I ran over a nail they fixed it for free. They alerted me that it was time to rotate my tires and did it for no charge. When I mentioned I was on a hurry, they expedited my service even though they were busy.

Not very great customer service. Arrived for a fix on a nail in our tire and wasnt given a time estimate. People arriving after us were being serviced before us. After waiting an hour and having to ask, the woman never made our ticket for the technicians. Almost 2 hours later for a nail fix? Not happy with this experience whatsoever. Youve lost a customer today.

Had a bill show up out of the blue that I didnt recognize. I spoke to Linda and Jeff who both were super helpful in getting the unrecognized charge off my account. Despite all that is going on around us they continue to provide wonderful service and take the time to do things right. Thanks for that!

I have liked their customer service attitude, like all Less Schwab employees Ive ever delt with, but after being charged $36.99 for a Mothers Powerball the to find out they are sold everywhere else, like Autozone to Walmart, etc. for only around $19-$24.00, I realized this place is ripping people off. They are a huge, well respected and used company, that there should be no reason to fleese someone for that much!

I think everyone would agree Les Schwab is the best.I just hope that if they are sold they will still provide the great service that made them #1.

Working on a older truck. Wanted to get aliment done. I knew there may be other parts to replace. Talking with the mechanic and he had horrible customer attitude. Seemed like we were bugging him and you could tell he was annoyed.

Needed the beatings on my trailer serviced. Dropped off at 8 am. Got a call about a brake issue on the front axle. They had the parts and had me all done by 5. Great price, warranty and service. Thanks again Les Schwab for another fine job.

This is one very busy but very professional tire store. Besides that, this is one tire shop that actually knows how to do an alignment. Just because a shop does alignments, doesnt mean they really know how. Never a bad experience and weve been going there for 10 years.

I was a five star in my book. I didn’t buy my tires from Les Schwab but when I had a bolt stuck inside my tire and I was on the rim I knew that last one is always the place to go to get that tire fixed. The guys really do come running, the popcorn is always hot coffee is readily available and there is never a charge. Is this really America? Yes it is and it’s Les Schwab. They have a great reputation and I hope they maintain that forever

Absolutely the best service and experience youll find at any tire store anywhere.Super friendly and helpful, the best prices, very nicely appointed waiting area...I cant say enough about how much I love this place.I could give you my personal accounts of my experiences at this Les Schwab but if you need tires, rims, repairs just go there and get your own, youll be glad you did.And while Im gushing about this place I feel as though I should make it clear I am just a customer, nothing more: Although i know this review might seem over the top, theyre just that great.From the guy who does the work to the boss behind the counter, theyll make you wonder why youve dreaded taking your car in for service at other places.

I love Les Schwab... and not because they have the best quality tires... or best price on tires... or best selection of tires... or even the free popcorn (miss the free beef though). I love them because they understand they are not selling tires at all... they are selling customer service... and they have the best product on the shelf when it comes to this. Ive gone since I had my first permit to drive and Ill go as long as theyll have me.

I bought my tires from Les Schwab several years ago. These folks repaired my tire free of charge (as advertised for buying their product) after driving over a nail. Everyone was polite and professional. I was very happy to not feel like I was getting less service/attention since I wasnt actually spending any money. Very impressed and happy!

BOY!! Has this place changed! There was a time when they were honest & true. Not so much anymore. Old friend of mine went there last week because his brake light came on. Charged him an exuberant amount of money & told him he needed a bunch more suspension work. Not true! I am a ASE certified technician, and took a look at his vehicle after they tried to sell him $900.00 more in work. Totally not needed!! Come on guys!!

Outstanding service! Good tires at reasonable prices. There are places that charge less, but the service at Les Schwab make it worth a few extra dollars.

Just have to say how great the service was at this location. I went in there with concerns and was met with options and various solutions. In no way was I offered something I did not need or pressured and it was refreshing to say the least. Our service mechanic Scott even went as far as having to go to another Les Schwab location in order to retrieve the second tire we would need to finish servicing my car. I would recommend this location to everyone and will be a customer for life.

I came in because I had a low tire, Max in the service department came out and gave me a hand and got me back on the road again, Id recommend this location to anyone

The guy who helped me was max I think, he was nice and helpful but the idiot that drove my truck was not, He didn’t know how to drive a truck in general it seemed. The place is good quality but my truck has been sitting here 10-15 mins ready to go and yet no one has brought me my keys. It’s like they’re just keeping me here for fun. Let me tell ya, it’s not fun.

First time working with L.S. and my companies car on Less Plan. Very easy, no work involved.

I paid $90 dollars for a boat trailer tire. I had no choice. When I got home I was able to buy four better tire on the internet for $50 bucks each. I am glad they were there dont get me wrong

We ran over a screw last night and took our car in to today to see what the damage would be. The awesome guys pulled it right out, patched it up and sent us on our way, free of charge. We will be coming back for all our tire needs in the future. That’s how service is done!

Place had only 3 other customers but still had to wait 45 minutes to get my battery checked while several employees were spotted standing around talking and sweeping the ground outside. Seen those commercials where they run out to your car when you pull up? Yeah, that doesnt happen at this location.

These people are very fast and very helpful. Went in to get my tires rotated and my hub was broken. They got the part in quick and swapped it out for me. We will definitely be coming back here.

Pulled in just after 6PM desperate for help. Door wide open, guy behind the counter, a few guys in the shop. Keep in mind I just spent $1300 YESTERDAY on an alignment. Explained how I just picked up a screw in my wifes minivan front tire, was luckily able to get enough air to make it to Schwabs, and was in need of help. Guy looks at me annoyed, and says WE ARE CLOSED. I stand there in disbelief wondering how the founder Les Schwab would handle this. HE WOULD HAVE HELPED! YOU HAVE TARNISHED HIS LEGACY. I cannot believe you turned me away. You guys could have put my spare on and had me come back in the morning in five minutes flat with your air tools and at least 4 people on deck. Im so shocked. Thank you for turning my family away. You sure didnt turn my wallet away after quoting me $800 dollars yesterday and sticking me with a $1300 bill. Sincerely, Dan Grimes.Update: Sent my mother in the next day with my wifes van. She had an authentic Les Schwab experience the way we remember it from back in the day. Im still disappointed with the estimate from my alignment being so far off, but happy with the way my mom was treated today.

They will forget about you unless your spending a few bucks. Those on a budget need not stop in. 1 and a half hour wait. They are busy so 2 hours and 15 minutes go by and I decided to check to see how much longer it will be no paper work was filed. So they get to work and said the tire I brought in was bad and they had no used ones. If one person had just took a quick look I could been on my way. I know their time is valuable but so is mine. Quality of service has greatly declined in the last few years. Sorry to see it.

Im continually impressed by Les Schwab asks clamation point I bought a new car and the light was always going on indicating tire pressure problem they spotted the problem it was a screw in the tire! Patched the tire checked all the others and had it ready to go within 5 minutes! These guys are amazing! Oh, and No charge for the service!!!!!

They offer good service, but Ive also had issues. Fixed my flat tire, but when they put it back on, the did not reset the sensor so I kept getting warning. Need better follow through

Excellent service. I came to them with a flat tire and a broken lugnut, a few minutes before they close. The guys stayed 2 hours late and got new tires on for me and were able to remove the broken lug nut. I will definitely come back here the next time I need service.

Friendly and helpful although my visits here have taken quite a long time and I miss the way Less Swab employees used to hurry. I guess success breeds complacency.Another location wouldnt stay open 2 minutes for my wife to arrive and get tire repaired while traveling. Their ads misrepresent the type of service you can expect from Les Schwab.

As an older woman and alone I was concerned about a symbol that showed up on my dash. I went to the Les Schwab on McLoughlin Tuesday evening about 5 mins before closing, in the pouring rain. An extremely polite young man checked my tires and added air. The symbol went away and I was on my way.It wasnt just the service the young man provided, it was his concern, politeness and willingness to help.My deepest thanks for wonderful service with a smile.

I went in to replace my breaks. Great customer service and prices. Long wait times, I do recommend having a book or something to do while your car/truck/suv is being worked on. But great over all!

Had to run in with a flat about an hour before they closed, but they were able to get my tire fixed super fast, staff is always friendly and quick to greet you.
