The Boost Mobile store was very helpful. I have a frustrating issue the Boost Mobile online agents created. Manny and Tommy both were very helpful.I was told by online agent I had to go to the store to get correct SIM card as they sent me the wrong one and now phone is a paper weight. Manny let me know they didnt have any that work in my phone even though I was assured by online that they did. The frustration ensues as I also needed my account number. Again online told me I had to go to store since phone doesnt work. I was extremely angry when Tommy told me he couldnt give me my account number.I want to apologize again and leave great review for the store location. You guys were helpful. Online agents... well thats a different story

Went in with a friend yesterday. She asked the guy working for her account number WHICH HE REFUSED TO GIVE HER. He said whatever phone company youre switching to can look that up for you.I was shocked. Even if a customer is planning to take their business elsewhere that is not acceptable. My friend asked very politely three times and he absolutely refused to provide it.Will never do business with them and will discourage everyone I know. His attitude and tone and refusal to help was disgusting.

After an all day event to just being able to get a phone (not boosts fault) Manny was amazing! He went above with the case and screen protector due to it being an all day thing. I appreciate you Manny! If I were to rate the finance company that they use it would defiantly be -☆s as I still have not received my refund and here it is days later and according to them it should have been immediate. Which in itself yes I know cant happen but the fact that instead of telling someone the ACTUAL TRUTH they would rather lie.

Manny is the man, took good care of us despite Comcast/xfinity lack of support and lack of modems for pre paid internet service. It took 4 trips to the boost mobile store to finally get the proper equipment.

Horrible service. SD chip stopped working. Told that my phone (less the a year old) was now a brick because they stopped making the chip...BUT I could upgrade for $250!

The guy working Jose, was fast and awesome! He helped me activate my phone and transfer my stuff over and had no problem with it. I like this location a lot. Thanks Boost.

The service is great out of all the prepaid providers...and the person who helped me at the store TUAN NGUYEN was absolutely TERRIFIC! HE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND. Tuan is the best ever & helped me switch carriers, even when another store down the street said it could not be done. It was a very complicated switch and he stuck with the whole process with incredible skill and patience! Plus good music 🎶 Id give 20 stars if I could!

Finally leaving my Obama phone and getting a real phone finally. My girlfriend who had Boost referred me to this location and its the best decision ever. This is an awesome phone store with great customer service! Boost Mobile is great prepay service that I would recommend to anyone who is tired of paying high bills for their phone! Daylight robbery at the heart of Milwaukee!!!They said they will activate my phone number that I stoped using it a couple of months ago, it tooks them more than 4 hours to process this. They have asked me to pay first, I paid for activation fee, new sim card fee and airtime fee too. Again I wait for 1 more hour and they become unable to do it. Then I asked them to refund me, they refuse and they are not even willing to give me my receipt of payment. A complete day light robbery! I dont think they should be in Business at all.

This is my first time using a smart phone so here goes! I never needed a smart phone because my home phone has always been good to me and i only need my phone to make calls that it. Well now times have changed and all my family and friends keep nagging and nagging for me to get a smart phone for safety and to be able to send and receive pictures. We were referred to this store and to the gentleman that works there by a good friend of ours and boy can I tell you this was the best referral ever. Not only did he take his time to help me with my phone but the patience he has dealing with other customers that were coming in and being rude because he was helping us setup our phones and what not. Ive never ever seen someone multitask so effectively and calmly as our salesman Tuan. And even though some irate customers were mad because they were in a hurry, he still acted professional and never talked down on them like I would have. That right there is superior customer service at its finest and thats the very reason we came here to this store. He not only helped me navigate my phone but he took his time to show me how to use my phone. He showed me how to do the talk to text which I think is the best thing out there for someone like me. He made me laugh so hard because he said he uses an iphone and he hates using siri or something because sometimes he talks fast and she doesnt understand him so he uses google now instead! I couldnt stop laughing. He showed me how to text message and even take pictures and send them. In this day and age you really cant find someone thats willing to take their time and dedication in helping someone new to cellphones like Tuan. My family is so happy we got to meet him and give him our business and we will continue referring our family and friends to Tuan and this Boost Mobile store. They both get an A++++
