Please stay away from this fraudulent, illegal, and shady business. In all of my life, I have never witnessed such horrible experiences in such a short amount of time. Probably doesnt help that a lot of upper management have prior records for fraud. Personally, I had to resign due to legal, morale, and ethical concerns. I cannot be a eilling participant of it.. I would stay far away from Cricker and PQH wireless. Check your bank statements, card, and identity when coming into this place. Please be wary. 🤯😱😰

I bought a phone at the Milwaukee store on Sept 8, 2020 3 days later I was locked out of the phone! I called support they couldn’t reset the phone! I’ve spoke to different support depts of cricket including Warranty & they’ve all told me to take it back to the store I bought it..problem..they haven’t been open &/or answered any calls! I realize we’re all under some level of evacuation with these fires & I hope these folks are ok but come on at least answer your messages or have someone take over that can? I’m without a phone & this is not ok! If there is another evac order how am I to know? Someone help me please!!!!

Horrible Customer service experience. Broke my phone within a week of getting it for $20 and they said I can get one at same price. Got to the store here and its like they didnt want me to buy one, then the price went to $185, then $225. Bad for business.

Dropped by Cricket here south of Oak Grove (Milwaukie location officially) to get my new iPhone set up as I had no clue how to do it. Cory assisted me and handled everything with great professionalism and friendly service. What Id dreaded having to do, my old Moto-G was failing, turned out to be quick, educational and a pure pleasure. So nice to work with people who know what theyre doing and demonstrate great courtesy and intelligence. Ill be back and Ill recommend this location. Very clean, neat and Five Star customer service!

I have never wrote a bad review before . if i get bad service i just do not go to that place again. I called to ask some questions abot replacing my lost phone and Christina Was HORRIBLE. worst customer service i have ever had. I told her I lost my phone and she told me to dial 611. i told her i dont have a phone to dial 611 with. she said if I come in I would be charged for the phone wit a condescending tone. i asked her how else can i make a claim and again she said call 611. I said are you telling me there is no other way to make a claim and she then said call the 1 800 number i said there you go thats what i was looking for and her reply was you did not ask? i just hung up. I wanted to see what my options were and had planned to buy the new I was going to buy a new phone from them because i can not wait for the phone to get shipped to me. BUT NOT ONLY WILL I NOT BUY A PHONE FROM THEM I WILL NO LONGER BE A CRICKET CUSTOMER.

They suck at this specific location. The woman that almost helped us I didnt catch her name, she was a heavy set blonde. We went there 2 days in a row to try to get a new phone for him as his broke she closed early the first time then there was a sign on the door that said be back in 15 mins, at that time of was 3:30 and they close on that day at 4, she finally showed up 5 mins till close unlocked the door and refused us service because it was closing in 2 mins. Heres a clue for you you sell phones and phone service, whatever she had to do so close to closing is obviously more important the 2 customers, and im not gonna pay for that scrappy customer service, so we just went on down to BOOST to switch carriers! Now were boost people. 👎 ✌
