These people sold me a Galaxy Note 8 for 300 dollars, which is expansive already for an older phone like that. Upon closer inspection, the screen is very scratched up, and they refuse to give refunds. They have lost my business forever. Companies that want to last should stand by their products!

I had bought a phone at 7-11 but couldnt get the darn thing set up. After days of trying to contact Net10 Wireless and never getting through to a real human operator, I went into this store and the nice man helped me get it set up in less than half an hour. He didnt even charge me for this service, so I promised I would leave him a glowing review. Id highly recommend this store for anyone looking for a phone, accessory, or even if you need help setting up a device you purchased elsewhere!

I was having problems transferring my phone over to Total wireless after buying a service plan. So I came into the store for help. The employee in the store was really helpful and he was excellent at multitasking. He was by himself and it takes a long time to help a customer while he was helping me he was able to help other people while he was on hold etc. Unfortunately he nor customer service was able to solve my problem. I was really disappointed and now I have to cancel my account with them.

This review is based on a recent conversation I had with someone, as I was offered the somewhat of fair price on a phone that I initially purchased at BEST BUY on January 3, 2021 (with the sales receipt to confirm the purchase) and am attempting to trade in my 2 DAY OLD UNLOCKED SAMSUNG GALAXY A71 5G phone for their SAMSUNG GALAXY S9 ($300) or S9+ ($330) of which I know for a fact if I were to withdraw my rights as the original owner to them, they can go to back to BEST BUY and RE-COOP the money into STORE CREDIT to get whatever they want or sell it at a HIGHER PROFIT while only offering me only $200!However as GOD is my witness if they can be more flexible, Id be on my way right now (while bringing them extra clientele along $100 now, and $100 later for taking care of me as a NEW CUSTOMER!!!)

Had a quick but good visit, Devine helped me out not sure if I got the name correct but I haven’t had an iPhone since the 5 came out, he showed me their different options n told me the prices, I walked out w 2 iPhone 7s in amazing condition less then 20 minutes later.

Switched from Verizon to Sprint then to Total Wireless. I could not be happier. The service is just as good as Verizon ( I believe they use the same towers as Verizon) and so much better than Sprint! The staff were very kind and super helpful. He did not try to up sell us or make us buy new phones. It was quick, easy, and painless. I am very happy. I sound like an infomercial when I tell all my friends!

Awful customer service. I have never experienced something so unprofessional and awful in my life. Paid my phone bill 11/30 ON TIME. 3 days later the service is shut off. I call and they tell me to call smart pay where I made my payment, smart pay tells me to call tracphone company. Then I’m on hold for 40 minutes. Mind you - they can see my payment was successful and I have my email, text and proof the payment went through. So it should be simple TURN ON THE PHONE. Nope, these idiots can’t do that. So my boyfriend goes into the store in Milwaukie, the guy calls someone who tells us in the phone will be turned on in 20 minutes. An hour goes by, phone is not turned on. So he goes back in the store AGAIN .....now the guy is saying 1-2 business days before the phone is turned on.what?????? So we asked for a refund or discount since we are missing 1-3 days with no PHONE SERVICE that we paid for and they can do nothing about it, no refund, no discount - nothing. They can’t even turn the phone on for 2 days for whatever reason. So unprofessional. Awful phone service . Do NOT COME HERE. my boyfriend uses his phone for work and this has really screwed us. They can’t even do their job.

I have been looking on all selling/buying websites for a new IPhone 6s Plus. I came across them on Offerup. I called them and they held the phone I wanted for me. When I arrived there it was a super quick process. They even took my old phone to give me credit on my old phone. I had issues with my card at first. They were patient while I called the bank. They gave me a free glass screen protector for my phone as well. I will recommend these guys over any buying/selling website. You get a trusted phone, cell phone plan if you dont have one, and a great experience. My phone did have two little marks on the top but that is expected when you buy from a used cell phone retailer. I uploaded a refill card and was unable to access my internet for over 16 hours. I sat on hold for almost 2 hours to solve the problem, they cannot and do not compensate for any down time caused by their mistakes. Overall the worst service, and customer care I have experienced ever owning a cell phone. My recommendation is that if you are looking for a service provider go through Verizon because this company is just a 3rd party to them and do not provide any of the customer compensation that Verizon wireless does provide.

Went to apple and was told that my screen replacement on my iPhone 6 will be about $130. Wireless for all, did a fantastic job for $65. I did not have to wait in line, they did it in less than 20min. Will definitely come back here.

They use very cheap parts had my screen replaced and it didn’t work properly and it even froze now they did replace it again no freezing this time but the screen still does not work properly at all and the colors are very dull not like the original screen I had replaced I will not be doing business here anymore as i took my phone elsewhere and the colors are brighter and the screen actually works like it should they are the most inexpensive but the parts show it

What a great little store. Tucked away in a shopping center just off the expressway its easy to overlook.My wife tasked me with replacing her 16gb iPhone with one that had more storage space. Now, I dread buying phones second hand. Usually its really shady people selling them out of the backs of their cars it seems like. Anyways, I found an ad on craigslist for a phone I liked. Spoke with one of the gentlemen at the store and we eventually ended up working out a trade for my wifes old phone plus some cash for a phone that my wife would like.Getting there was easy. Just a quick 15 minute drive from Oregon City and I cant image its much farther for folks coming from Portland.The guys who own the store, Nabin and Bhupesh, were very friendly and professional. Ive owned a computer repair business for over a decade and am always evaluating other service businesses on how they deal with customers. These guys were simply awesome. We struck a fair deal and they handled everything quickly.The store is very well kept and organized inside with phones displayed throughout to check out. From what they told me they are the exclusive dealer for tracfone and offer other carriers too so you always get the best deal.So, if you need a good deal on a quality phone with an awesome phone plan give this place a try. I promise you wont regret it. They are doing business the right way.
