The 3 ladies were too busy talking about eating soup...the lady helping us couldve even focus on us without turning n continuing to talk to the 2 other employees. Gave me wrong info about my trade in that I was trying to do. And told me that I needed to pay my bill before she could continue talking to me....it was scheduled online to pay 10-2. I did pay my bill then. Still couldnt keep her focus on me to continue why I was there. I walked out !! That was not even close to customer service. So still no upgrade.

Mike at this store was very helpful and informative. He made my friend and I very comfortable to buy in the store because they were kind of skeptical about switching from TMobile a couple of days ago.I recommend Mike at Minden to anyone wanting a new phone or knowledge of the services. I recently switched to using a Google Pixel running Android after using an iPhone for 13 years. I found out Visual Voicemail didnt work with Verizon Prepaid which is a big issue for me. I drove here to ask about switching my Verizon Prepaid to AT&T. The guy told me it wasnt a problem and that I just needed my account number and pin. I went home and got the info. I decided to get my exercise by walking the mile and a half back to the store to get the deal done. When I arrived the girl I spoke with informed me that AT&T no longer offered prepaid in the store. They now have a kinda prepaid and they still do a credit check. ???????????She said its also been removed from Walmart. I had been to Walmart earlier and noticed that they didnt have AT&T prepaid sim cards anymore.So I walked out a little upset that I hadnt been told that earlier. I headed home and continue to use Verizon.

I went into AT&T to get help with my grandmothers phone. Joey assisted me and replaced her SIM card and fixed all of the issues we were having. He was very helpful, polite, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this location.

My experience at that place was horrible. They delivered a wireless phone to my home that I didn’t request or ordered. I’m currently receiving monthly statements. I called them and explained it was a mistake. They said they would take of it that been 5 months ago with ongoing monthly invoices.

The young lady in there needs training. When she told me what my monthly bill would be I asked why it was so high. She could not explain it so she called someone to go over it. They commenced to telling her that $170 was a good price for the phone and ONE line. I told her that I pulled it up online and it showed me the exact same package and phone would be $115 a month. At that point she told me “if that is the way you want to do it that is fine.” She also said that she “could not give me an explanation. It’s just how much it is.” At that time she walks away and goes to the back of the store. Along with her bad attitude, inability to explain the charges, and careless act of customer service, she was also on social media while we were waiting on an explanation. Wonder no more why people drive to Bossier. If I’m going to spend an hour and a half with AT&T, it’s going to be at a store who hires people who know what they are doing, who care, and who have the ability to get the job done instead of allowing someone to walk out of the store unsatisfied.
Over all I really dont like At&t, alway a run around, shift the blame game. Once they over charged me took me 4 months to get it somewhat fixed, 2 months later they took $20. To much off my card with a lame reason said December noone gets discount OMG
Very friendly service. Told me all my upgrade options and helped me make the best choice for my needs. Transferred data from my old phone and I left with a new iPhone 11.
I moved my Google fi service to at&t, there were a few problems keeping my phone number but the staff was able to get everything worked out and although they had never dealt with Google fi before worked through every problem with success.

One star is very generous. Jermony guy completely lied about everything. He is very incompetent. He didn’t bundle our plans together with directv, he didn’t transfer our home phone. So now our contract is signed we can’t bundle to save money and we lost a phone number. Once contract is up, the day of, going back to Verizon. This store has ruined me of AT&T! This is not an AT&T store. They dont answer the phone. There is no way to contact the store. After buying a phone in an emergency situation visiting a relative in the hospital, they didnt give me a receipt. Now I am trying to redeem a rebate and cant. I call every phone number listed. I spoke to the retention team and they said just disconnect your service if you are unhappy. WELL I am driving 5 hours soon to get the answers. Dont call 911 call AT&T when I get there.

I was passing through Minden headed home and I stopped because I dropped my phone at the lake. This store was friendly and clean. Staff knew exactly what I needed and handled everything accordingly. Great job.
Terrible customer service. I have been to the store four times and have not been helped yet. Excuses as to why they can’t help me but no real help and not suggesting for help except to wait.
The problem is not the tech support or the store personnel. They are awesome at working for a bad company that cant get their tech straightened out. This has been my experience for my 1 and only year with At&t.On a cloudless day the internet service cuts in and out. Works for no more than 5 mins. I have powercycled the modem about 10 times when Im home and it works then for 45 mins until it cuts out again. On rainy days it works flawlessly.I have called customer service 8 times over the past year with the issue still not being resolved.When I was asked for the customer service feedback survey it refused to work as well so I had to post this here:I was given an old outdated dsl modem on the initial installation which cost 200.00. Also the line for at&t on our block needs to be replaced or repaired. It has not been taken care of for over 5 years now. My mother in law who lives at this address discontinued her at&t service due to the SAME issue and after incessant calls to customer service it was never fixed. She cut her internet and went with sudden link instead.So if you dont want to lose a customer for life then: 1) fix the line on the block, 2) send me or give me a updated modem that will work, i reqested to have it shipped to the store and i will pick it up since its too hard to ship it directly to me. If your goal is to ensure service is working than I have to inform you, that you have been extremely neglegent on that goal.My 1 year term is coming up in 3 weeks and i will go with another ISP since they have better customer service. I hate to do this, but a I just cant rely on good internet at McDonalds and walmart. I would like to have it at my home.Is that too much to ask At&t?????

Worst experience in an AT&T store. I would replace the entire staff. I used my upgrade to get my wife a new Iphone X. After 1 week the phone stopped working so we went back on Friday 08-24-18 and was told to come back Monday 08-27-18 after 12 p.m. because there was no manager on duty. She goes in on Monday and the manager said there was nothing he could do. He said we had to go to an apple store roughly 1 hour away. She scheduled her apt for today Tuesday 08-28-18 and the apple store said there was nothing they could do. Why are we getting the run around after paying $999.99 for a phone? I have been into the Minden location multiple times and have been disgusted with the experience every time.I would like to give a SHOUT OUT to store #7423 in Shreveport LA as they finally were able to get my wife situated with what she wanted. We were actually told to avoid the brand new location in Minden and will do so moving forward.

Horrible service!! The rep was on the phone yelling and cursing at an employee at Allegient Air while we were waiting for her to help us. She is wasting company money and time getting paid to do her personal business while on the clock. She made a comment that she had been on hold for over an hour - an hour of company time.

Horrible service.I go in this location to get a new phone for me and my fiance.I walk in the door and he looks at me.No greeting...nothing.Hes on a personal phone call that might have been important but YOU ARE AT WORL YPU IDIOT.YOUR MAIN PURPOSE IS THE SELL AT&T PRODUCTS AND SERVICES!!!!!!!!!So I waited 6 minutes while this FOOL walked around the store on a phone call.When he was finally done...he didnt apologize or nothing.NEVERMIND SIR.I went to Walmart down the street.HOMER RD.
