The staff was very disinterested in helping me get the living room set I wanted.. It was overpriced bc I found the same set at the hutch in Ruston.... 2nd review.. Yes I came to yr shop with my Son and 2 granddaughters.. U had a couch and chaise in the front and I loved that set but you said it might take up to 2 months before I get the couch.. Bc I sold the couch and left the love seat and chaise in the front of the store.. So I left bc the staff was not really interested in selling me the set..yes this is a real acct..not a fraud..thk you I found the same set cheaper at the Hutch .. Thk U

Sold me a jacked up phone the screen stopped working 2 days after and they told me I dropped the phone. I havent dropped the phone wouldnt exchange it because they didnt have another plus I had to go out of town they told me they would fix then they changed their mind and said they dont do the 6+ screens then tell me i have to pay for them to fix my screen this is ridiculous poor customer service I was told not to go there in the first place i shouldve listened i always give ppl a fair shot but i will never go there again

Never buy a phone there once u walk out door its over bought an iPhone 7plus was texting & it went off never came on again the phone was only 3 weeks old smh then the mf gone say oh well contact apple.

So you guys I got my phone repaired at Home Outfitters. I received a screen repair and battery replacement. When I received my phone back the screen was flickering and I noticed the battery would only charger if my phone was completely off and it would decrease in battery as it charged. I had called them a couple days after I noticed but I work two hours away every day so it’s hard to get there. It’s been a little over 3 weeks and my phone just went black. I took it back to them and they did not help me and told me I would have to pay AGAIN for a problem they never fixed because the screws where missing. If they where missing it’s cause they never put them in because I haven’t had anyone else work on my phone and I damn sure didn’t try to work on it myself. I took my phone and business else where and they informed me the battery that was placed in my phone was OLD! In other words if you are looking for QUALITY and Customer service, spend the extra dollars and go else where!!!
