Overall experience was great. Stopped looking for an IPhone 13 left with a IPhone 12 Pro.The staff was exceptional and answered all of questions and we were in out in less then an hour.Many thanks and will return for all of our cell phone needs.

Had to evacuate from hurricane Ida and was in need of an internet hotspot. Victoria was able to help me within an hour and I was good to go. Personable, professional, and fast! I don’t know what we would have done without this. Highly recommended!!!

It took longer than we both thought but I was super patient with her and she was super patient during the process. She was super sweet, helpful, and got my phone transferred. Jarred was a huge help and very patient with getting me setup with a new phone on our Verizon Business account. He gets 5 stars for sure! The store itself had a limited selection of accessories and some outdated display phones, but was otherwise tidy and well-kept. I recommend this Verizon Authorized Retailer.

I went in to pay my bill on Sunday afternoon around 5, one person working, trying to get some guys watch phone working, didnt have a clue what to do. I sat there for 30 minutes, she never even said she would help eventually. I just walked out, guess Ill try again today, she needs to be told customers are why she has a job ! If I was still in business and she worked for me, Id have to let her go. Thanks for listening to my rant !

My phone was stolen. I immediately went to the Verizon/Russell Cellular store on Beene Ave in Bossier City. Ashley and Colbi helped me erase my old phone, get a new phone and downloaded my data from the iCloud.I couldn’t be happier with their service and highly recommend them.
