I am currently on the 1000Mb/s plan. I have had their service for 3 days as of writing this review. NOT ONCE HAVE I RECEIVED EVEN HALF OF THAT SPEED. Since day 1 I have had inconsistent internet with it cutting out every hour or so. Average speeds of less than 100Mb/s. I had a technician come out this morning and when i got back home I get to be greeted with no internet service. I will likely be switching to starlink soon.
Been having internet connectivity issues for about 2 weeks now. Finally had enough, last Saturday set up an appointment for Wednesday (yesterday) from 5-8pm. No call no show. If my service was working perfectly I am paying too much. Since it’s been nothing but trouble lately I am very dissatisfied.
Literally have been trying to do my school work since 6 am. It is currently 2:15 pm. Tried to call and see what can be done. They say nothing until my appointment date. I inform them that this is the only way I have of turning in my school work. Nothing can be done. Moved in about three months ago. Might have been able to use 22 hours worth of internet? Rest of the time it’s been down. Complete and literal trash. Wish I could put negative stars.
The internet service goes out more than used, yet they expect you to pay full price for service. Im sick and tired of a monopolistic company that cant provide the service they guarantee! Wished I could give zero stars because that is what they deserve!
I was told I would have better than 200 speed ive been having trouble with my internet and finally checked the internet speed its below 100 at 96
Worse there is, dont waste your MONEY! Poor Customer Service and do not return or handle any problems that occur. My Mother servicee was down THREE Weeks only received EXCUSES. Their Technical Personal came out three times; still didnt fix the problems. They sent a contractors out, he fixed in thirty minutes. They appear to be foreigners trying to run a Company in the States. Most peof theirrsonal do not speak English. Try not to use them PLEASE!!!!! You will only watch cable 20% of the time and service s will be off 50% of the time.
My internet has been out since December 9. I have called technical support that speaks little English and two visits by wrong tech and two no so visits still have no internet. Ask to speak to technical supervisor said will call me in 2/3 days really. On the verge of changing service. All was fine until I need customer service and theirs suck
I just moved..they came the very next day and were in and out
Customer service is very very poor!!! We have been fighting with them over a money for about 4 months now. They owe us the money. Told us several times that they would put it back in our bank account and credit our account have not done either One of them yet! I was told that a manager would call me back within 24 hours haven’t spoke to one yet. I would run far far away from this company do you not get Suddenlink!! I feel it would be a big mistake.
Terrible service! Left a big hole in my wall and they said theyd send someone to fix it and havent. Representatives lie and hang-up on you. If there was a 0 star Id give it
Just trying to switch a modem and Ive been on hold for 46 minutes with no sign of it ending anytime soon. This is what happens when you sell your company to a foreign entity.
Theres little to be said that hasnt ben said in the other one star (accurate) reviews. To call their internet service intermittent and unreliable is an understatement. To call their customer service reps incompetent is too much of a compliment. If you are lucky enough to have ANY alternative, I strongly recommend you go with another provider. I would gladly pay more money for a slower connection if I knew I could count on it.
I wish I could give them a negative rating. For the last two months we’ve experienced constant outages, or just no internet within our home. Every time we called, someone would claim that our situation needed escalation and that the supervisor would return our call in a couple of days. No one ever returned our call. Then I noticed a bunch of things getting added to our bill and called in reference to it, the language barrier was so bad I asked to please be transferred and Wallace refused, and I don’t mean politely He wast NASTY about it, to transfer me. He tried to claim that the changes had been on my bill for a year when I had 8 months worth of bills in front of me and they only started in February. He then said he understood asked me to please hold and in a few minutes returned to say someone will be returning my call in a couple of days. He lied as well. I would NEVER recommend their services and they CLEARLY do NOT care about their customers. We’ve been paying for the best quality internet our area provides and they have been failing to uphold their end of services. I suppose when people start taking them to court for false advertisement and taking money without providing services they might get it together.
As for everyone else I wish I could do lower than 1 star review... My internet goes out all the time and never on a rain storm either its always a bright sunny day and when I call the hold times are ridiculous and the call back feature never calls back. The people cant explain anything when you do finally talk to someone and the office in Minden is a joke they are worse than the automated service they know less too apparently. Last month I couldnt even get my bill paid had to give a money order that didnt get filled for some time after due to some kind of upgrade that never actually happened. Worst service and customer service ever!

Worst service I have ever had. They increase their rates frequently. Lately, the channels skip all the time. I am about to shut off my service and do without. I have phone, internet, and cable. The internet does not work half of the time. It is a joke!!!!! The packages are not very good. You have to purchase so many things you really dont need just to have things you do need. Please fix these things or I am going to change services and/or do without any service. Please provide me a local number to contact you. I did not receive my bill this month and need a bill to pay from. I am unable to reach anyone on the 1800 number. Thanks
If I could give a negative star rating I would the worst customer service I have ever seen 100% unprofessional the installers were like watching the 3 stooges no one knew what they were doing they had to keep asking each other and then blamed it on the one guy who was not there. go with satellite unless you absolutely have to have fast internet but expect big dollar surprises in you bill when they charge you for thing you did not authorize or even know about.
Lied about upgrading services in Sibley. Been over a year and anyone you ask acts like they dont have a clue about any upgrades scheduled for the area. Wife works from home and weve been having constant drop-outs. Techs seem to guess and throw new equipment at problems instead of actually troubleshooting and fixing them. Monopolies need to end and is the only reason providers with this kind of service are able to survive. There is nobody to compete for your business so why go above and beyond?!
Worst customer service I have ever experienced nobody does what they say they will do. I have only been a customer for 3 months and have had to spend over 10 hours on the phone about bill and other lies they continue to tell me.

Never hooked it up so it would work. Tech said he would be right back. Havent seen anyone in two weeks. Wants me to pay postage to return equipment.
I wish I could leave a lower star rating. The customer service is absolutely horrible. The internet constantly drops out almost everyday but nobody ever wants to do anything about it. I would not recommend spending your money on suddenlink.
Charging for services they can NOT provide since January 1 2019. Have called with complaints 30 times(10 of which they hung up on me) and still interrupted services! They wont credit your bill till fix...hmmmm maybe thats why they wont fix my issue...but still want that money every month😤😤. I am filing complaint with BBB but they didnt fix my last issue! So gonna just put this everywhere and hope it help future customers ! Beware of #Suddenlink charging for services they can NOT deliver! Time to cut that cord!!!
Over charged me for services i didnt authorize!!! Please save your money! Then once they over charge u they claim they cant give u back your money and apologize! No i dont want a paper check through the mail i want all my money back just like i gave it to u! They need to be put out of business.. Sudden link Communications is fraudulent!

Cable was down for a week approximately a month ago. Today the cable just shut down while I was watching TV.Called several times, its impossible to speak to a real person. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! CANCELING FIRST THING TOMORROW!!!!
