My favorite Starbucks in Minneapolis! I love the diversity in the shop, and hearing many different languages while I get my caffeine. Its also in a great spot to stop quickly on my way to work. You can park in the church parking lot across Nicollet, or on the street no problem. The employees at this cafe are super kind and friendly, and I always enjoy chatting with them.

Expensive. But tasty. However, I can make just as good as or better than Starbucks at home or even better...The gas station. For WAY cheaper! 😃 Yup, overly priced, for sure!

Just ordered a quad shot pumpkin spice latte. They gave a one shot latte. Asked them to correct it. They did but threw the other one out, when all they had to do was add three shots to the other one. What a waste.

Woof this place is tough to visit.Zero parking (there is a lot adjacent to this building that will tempt you, but its only accessible if you know someone in the condos above that can raise the arm).Intersection of Franklin and Nicollet meets a lot of turning traffic, No Turn On Red signs, and lots of loitering conceivably waiting for the busses. If you can bear all of this and actually make it inside, youll be met with friendly staff and great drinks.

This location has extremely rude staff! Did not end up getting my coffee. I suggest saving time and going to a better location.

Wow - the staff is well trained on preventing non-customers from accessing the restroom. There are even numeric locks on the doors! Guess the neighborhood crackheads have made it necessary. Feel free to resort to alleyways.

Excellent customer service. Always clean. I love the seating in particular. It is ingenious that they worked with the space they had after Target remodeled their store at this location and created a place that is comfortable and cool too because Ive never seen a Starbucks like this anywhere. I rarely went to this Starbucks before Target remodeled. If youre like me and hate shopping especially at this Target then maybe youll look forward to stopping in at this Starbucks. I procrastinate much less about this irritating errand and easier to get done. Thank you Starbucks🌹

One of the best things about the Starbucks on Nicollet and Franklin is feeling like youre participating in a global community.Its a Starbucks, yeah, but theyve added plentiful seating and this location (like many Starbucks locations in Minneapolis) has become a regular meeting place for community residents who opt for analog (read: face to face) communication.Today, the place was a respite from the tremendously slushy sidewalk — also more convenient than ever — a friend of mine ordered a beverage with the Starbucks app, and lo and behold, it was waiting for me when I got there.If youre a resident of Whittier who prefers a more low-key and consistent offering for reading and chatting, check this location out.

My drink was great, but I mobile ordered and it took 21 mins from the time I ordered to when I got my drink.

I love star bucks. Love the coffee just wish it was more comfy to hang out at. Wish it invited you to spend more time.

Fast efficient service, even with only two baristas on. Made our drinks exactly as we asked! Lobby is a bit small. Not ideal for hanging out and doing work.

Friendly and great service! Maybe because Ive been jaded by the Starbucks NYC service (understandably busier city) but I was pretty impressed with baristas. Looks like some regulars walk in and out and they greeted them by name. I wish this was possible in my neighborhood starbucks, but maybe that is expecting too much out of Manhattan.

Its not the best Starbucks Ive ever been too. Seating is very limited. Doesnt have the atmosphere you deserve for $6+ coffee. Lol

I love the Starbucks. Its right on my way to work. Unfortunately, I have tried to go there a few times in the past two weeks and found it to be closed at 6:30 in the morning. The business hours saying 5:30 AM is opening. Whats going on?

I order here at least twice a week and they always do a great job. Many people dont know about the free parking across the street reserved for Starbucks though. Parking in back is not ideal.

With all the great local coffee shops in close distance I avoid the chains but I do visit this Starbucks location often as it is a favorite of some of my friends. The menu selection is the standard Starbucks fare. The atmosphere of the place is nice though all the chairs are the same wooden style. Ive always had good experiences with the staff.While it mostly feels like any other Starbucks it doesnt have a bit of its own character, mostly from some of the regulars who are characters themselves.All in all not my first choice for a hangout but it meets expectations.

Service was slow and the tables had no chairs, I guess to encourage you to leave quickly. $7 and some change for a Frapachino is not a good value!

In a simple response — IT DOESN’T!This #Starbucks geeks praise the character of their superheroes customers service and human dignity as they supposedly save the Earth from horrible villains but they won’t come through as a hero for another human being in need.The best, of course, is to have a facility especially for use by the public, make it beautiful, keep it clean, and keep it open to all. It’s the right thing to do and it will definitely get the positive vibe going–and that only helps business!

Bad service. Watched them make about 9 drinks and announce each one that was ready with the kind of drink and customer name. I watched them make mine not knowing it was mine. They finished it and set it up on the order counter out of customers reach. Sat there for awhile. Another worker looked at it and then set it on the back counter. Both said nothing. Finally realizing everyone after me had left the store I reached over to look at the name. Sure enough it was mine and was completely melted. Stuff like this always happens at this location. Once I waited 25 mins for my mobile order (app said 2-5min) When i asked why it took so long he told me they only look at the mobile order print outs when they felt like it Oh, and their bathroom is strictly for people who shoot up heroin.

Many coffee choices are available.The quality of your order depends on who makes it.The temperature of the beverage varies from warm to very hot. Below average at best. Not a cozy place to get a good cup of coffee.

Great staff. Order is always out on time even though it is super busy most of the day. The only downside: it is dirty. Tables are not wiped down, the floor is dirty, etc.

The Starbucks open latest (11pm) in Minneapolis. The staff have been here for awhile and are very good at what they do. Many locals hang out here. There is parking (marked) available in the church parking lot across the street.

Starbucks is a great coffee shop. This place has a delicious variety of coffees, and other beverages. Mochachino frappachino iced drinks. A huge variety of pasteries and baked goods. A bunch of cool Starbucks items for you to purchase and bring home to enjoy your own home brewed coffee from your coffee maker which might be brewing Starbucks own fresh coffee beans which they sell here too. Very inviting friendly staff. Great prices. Great environment. Great overall experience. Its all part of the great American coffee experience. Stop in and enjoy yourself a cup of whatever your pleasure is for the time being. And dont forget to tip your barista. They all have that passion for helping people, and for coffee. Stop by and enjoy!

This is a busy location but always has fast and friendly service. It seems to have some specialty options like the Nitro Fredo which is apparently only offered at 2 locations currently. They just remodeled the place and its beautiful and usually very clean. Good customer service and friendly staff!

This was the dirtiest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. There was trash all over the floor, random coats left behind, dirty tables with trash and spilled drinks.

This was the perfect Starbucks that we hang, . but they completely changed, the management,and the staff needed to be changed .. some of the employees brought their kid and the kid yell all the time..

Small store but decent place like most Starbucks. It is next door to a liquorstore with a bus stop, beware of panhandlers.

Amazing service. A new guy messed up trying to work the cash register, and while they tried to figure that out I missed my bus to the airport. I wasnt going to be late so I wasnt too upset, but when I mentioned my bus had just left they gave me the drink for a free and a coupon for another free drink. THAT is how you win customers back. Nice work guys.Note - dont try to strike up a convo w/ anyone. The neighborhood is highly african immigrant and while theyre nice enough, usually the place is packed with men who appear to be using it as their office space.
