This shop is great and the employees even better. The owner is a sweetheart and was so helpful and patient with me and all my questions. Absolutely love it and theyre my mechanics from now on.

Rick was very professional and fantastic to work with in scheduling my brake service on my CR-Z. I appreciate their understanding in me scheduling it so far out, and making sure my car was back to me within a very reasonable time at one of the most affordable rates versus other shops in town. The shop office was very clean and was given no hassle at all in additional services, just honest and straight to the point on what I came in for.

I went to Country Auto because my Honda Pilot had loud knocking coming from the engine. They diagnosed that I had a bad timing belt and associated issues. This vehicle had been fixed elsewhere for a similar problem, but they did not fix everything that was wrong, such as the tensioner, pulleys, etc. Country Auto did the job right. When I told someone who had just had similar work done at another place, they couldn’t believe it because they paid double that. County Auto is the only place I will take my vehicles.

Just another unknowledgable shop that will gouge you on the price. Called days ahead asking when I should bring my vehicle in, set an appointment for 0800 am. Came in that day at 0800 only to find the owner out until 0900, frustrated, I waited the full hour for him to get back to the shop because his mechanics apparently dont work until he gets in. Finally a man walks in, who I assume is the owner because he goes behind the desk, says nothing, doesnt greet me (Im the only one in the shop mind you) and after about 5-10 minutes of silence asks my name while looking at the computer. Inputs all my information, then tells me his mechanic is test driving it. Long story short, after 23 minutes of test driving, he tells me he has no idea, and guessed that I should just put a new transmission in it (the truck runs amazing, it doesnt need a new transmission) and then tries to charge me 55 dollars!! I had to wait for an hour past my appointment, to be greeted by a grumpy old man with zero customer service, clearly has leaps and bounds of knowledge gaps, and did absolutely nothing, told me absolutely nothing. I refused to pay, told me to get out of his shop. Please avoid this place at all costs, I have since been to bullet transmission which fixed the original issue this place didnt have a clue, and for free! And 3 other places in town, that cost half the price as Country Auto and do work at least 2-3 times better. His price is 100 per hour, where everyone else is 50-60 per hour. This operation is not honest, fair or ethical. Pass the word.

Great honest service. I stopped going to tires plus on base as I was told I needed new shocks a couple months after I had replaced them myself. Country Auto is upfront and honest and will not have you pay for a service you dont need.

Excellent, honest & fast service. I highly recommend this shop as they were very friendly and helpful not only over the phone, but also when I went to pick up my vehicle.

They got the rear end in my truck swapped out pretty fast even though we had just gotten hit by a big storm. They even picked me up to come get my truck. Ill defiantly be bringing my other vehicles by.

Always good service & fair prices

Honest ppl. Why cant more auto repair shops be like this. First took my car to the dealership to look at another unrelated issue. The other place claimed all my brakes were severely worn and thats why my rotors are destroyed too and I better replace them asap for my own safety (even though my brakes work great/ not even a squeaking noise). Went to Country Auto Specialists for a second opinion. This place at least told me the truth that my brake pads are not even half way gone and my rotors are perfectly fine. Definitely will bring my car back here next time. Forget the dealership.

Great work, and very efficient service, fair pricing. Put in a new transmission cheaper than the comptiters in town from the same source.
