Be careful when when you take your phone to this store to get fixed. I took my phone just this afternoon just to replace the screen, everything on my iphone works well, it just has a crack screen. but after when replacing my screen they messed up my phone sensor for face ID and also my proximity sensor when calling. I called them but and they said that they bent something on the phone in the process of replacing my screen and they cannot do anything about it. So please be careful. I would highly suggest for you to find another store to get your iphone fixed

I got my iPhone X Max screen replaced this summer and it was defective right away. I did leave a review and it must of been the manager that said bring it back they’ll fix it as it’s under warranty, which they did. However a short period of time after, a pink line appeared on my phone screen which grew wider and another line appeared which was green, while it still worked I assumed it was under warranty because when I called they said it was. Then my screen like popped off, I know nothing about screen repair and assumed the glue came off?! My screen was in perfect condition just no longer fully set on my phone and when I called again to assure I could drop it off under warranty they said yes of course. Well I drove all the way to minot to drop the phone off and the guy who was working said i tried to fix the phone myself, I explained to him I know nothing about phones I didn’t touch it, you guys literally just put this screen on like last month, and he’s like well “I would like to believe you but it’s a business so I can’t believe you and you don’t have a warranty on the second screen we put on anyway”. He wasn’t very nice and to tell me I’m lying about drove me nuts. I will have to find somewhere else to go, and would not recommend them. Maybe it was a stressful holiday for the guy or something but he wasn’t nice.

Wow. Stopped in to get a watch battery. Willie(the counter person) helped me. He was pleasant to work with and had the battery I needed. He took my watch and disappeared to his work bench. A few minutes later he was back with my cleaned and polished watch, battery changed. Quick, efficient and an extra service thrown in. I will be back. If you need a battery, check this place out. Service is great and the price is reasonable!

Mike is pleasant and very helpful. I took my iPad screen in to be fixed they dont fix them here locally but said he can send it in to be repaired. Only took about 5 business days. Came back like brand new, you would never know the screen had to be replace. I had three watches that needed batteries Mike took care of all three watches right away. Awesome job Mike. Heard them on the radio and they have me as a customer now, great friendly services and took care of everything right away!! I will be back.

I buy all my batteries here as well as my good flashlights. They even help me install the batteries into my power chair and my van. This is the ONLY PLACE I go for my batteries, chargers and simular items.

I took my mom for hearing aid batteries and I was pleasantly surprised by all the batteries; car and all sorts of sizes. They also had some speciality bulbs for my moms old lamp that uses halogen tube style bulbs that are hard to find. Staff was so nice to her. They did offer a larger quantity size package but she wanted a small pack to start with and they were OK with it. They were helpful and friendly from the moment we walked in.

Got my iphone 11 screen yesterday and the screen was defective right out of the store and they kept my sim card 😡🤬 and sim card tray

I placed an online order for a new phone battery to be picked up in the store. Within an hour I had an email saying it was ready to be picked up! The gentleman helped me swap out my old battery and tried to offer some help when the new battery didnt quite solve my phone problems. Also making sure I didnt want to just return right away. (I chose to keep it knowing that I would likely just get a replacement refurbished phone from my carrier, and the new battery would still be beneficial with that!)

Made an appointment to replace my phone screen. They did an amazing job! My appointment was at 6, they were done by 7. Great customer service as well!

My IPhone has been driving me nuts, could not get it to charge. Was recommended to go to Batteries Plus Bulbs by the folks at ATT at the mall.Showed up at the store was greeted by the manager and may have been the owner, he asked to see my phone and after a brief look said it was just full of gunk where the charger cord goes in, he cleaned it for free of charge and said that it is a service his store provides. The business is a class act.The best customer service I have received in a long time.They will have my business for all my phone repairs or battery and light bulb needs from now on. Very helpful and professional staff. I took my phone in for a rear-facing camera replacement. There was a mishap that caused the home button to stop working, but they handled it professionally. The technician took it back in right away, and worked at it. He was unsure of the proper fix, so he changed a phone setting (so my home button was accessible by a point on the screen), and asked me to return tomorrow when the best technician was in.The next day I came in after work, and spoke to one of the managers (Willie) who was already aware of the situation. He handed it off to the other technician, and within an hour or two he had diagnosed the problem, gave me a new screen (under warranty of their work) and my phone works great!I highly recommend this store, and stand by the quality of work they do.

My technician explained what he was going to do along with all of the risks, and was very kind and helpful. Even if the the problem could not be fixed he was gracious in explaining why.

Good service on the ground but their head office did not honor my ten dollar mail in rebate. I realized I was not the only one complaining about it. It takes them about 3 months to reply and when they do,it will be a lame excuse to y they could not honor the rebate, like...oo we could not verify the information, oo...we need the original receipt. And the attendant never told me to include original receipt, he told me to just fill n send in the forn and another little document that came with it.

The associate explained what will be checked, tested, changed, how long it will take, and the possible outcomes. it was ready when he said it would be and works well now.

Great staff but the batteries sold here are of a very low quality. Had battery changed on my i Phone and it failed after 8-9 months. Asked for warranty at the store and was notified it only had a 6 month warranty! What a joke! Bitz Computer changed the battery and charged only half as much as Batteries plus Bulbs did. I contacted corporate and they said it should have a full year warranty but when they contacted the local store they were told that the warranty stated in the repair paperwork said it only had a 6 month warranty. Corporate apologized to me but this store said nothing to me other than they cant help me. I used to shop here quite often but will never return and will tell all of my friends the same.

Purchased a motorcycle battery 6 weeks ago, always on a trickle charger, went to start bike and nothing, system checked forndraws, no draws, you would think a local store would take care of it but nope, this store says if it is below 10 volts it voids warranty, STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE, THEY DO NOT SUPPORT THEIR PRODUCTS, STAY FAR AWAY NO WONDER IT IS NEVER BUSY THERE, THE TOWN KNOWS TO STAY AWAY.

Do Not take your phone here! They will wreck it and try to blame you for it. after taking mine in for a charge port and the manager working on it for 7 hours and them wrecking something else every time they sent it in where the corporate office deemed it unfixable. I walked into the store talking on it and sent a text before i gave them the phone where they neglected to run diagnostics and ripped the phone apart and ruined the screen within 2 minutes. after it was deemed unfixable the owner refused to replace the phone and offered me 100 dollars to replace my 500 dollar phone. I would not recommend buying anything from them at all. their service is terrible and they blamed ne for their actions and corporate offices would do nothing to help.
