Robert R. was tremendously helpful. I ordered a part that did not have threaded holes. Robert and his manager fixed it for me. They took time to make it right. This was the last part available for my vehicle. Having them take care of the part right then and there was tremendous. They definitely went above and beyond.I appreciate the fact that they were willing to help since I drove 2.5 hours to their store. I live in an area where the local auto parts stores dont match the customer service you receive at AutoZone.I have been to this particular a few times now. Every visit is great. Robert and his store manager are the reason I continue to give my business to AutoZone.Thanks for the outstanding service.

I HAD TO ORDER THE PART I needed and it was 11.00 more than another popular online autostore, but the core charge was $5.00 less and I dont have to ship it back. I was disappointed that they didnt have the part but that is nothing new in Minot. Still was $100.00 less than Minot automotive.

Had a Duralast battery that was too dead to charge within the 2 year warranty and they replaced it without any issues and were super awesome about it!
