Cant even get in touch with them I the phone to ask simple questions. Goes to a call center that has no clue about what capabilities they have at the store...and thats when the call center isnt having technical difficulties. You cant get in touch with them to see if they can replace screens or do other tasks without going to the store.
Loved the gentleman that helped me BUT everything works EXCEPT I cant receive any calls. Had a friend try to call me as one of the people at Verizon said it takes an hour to work. When someone calls they get the message that the number is no longer in service. Guess that will have to wait until I get back to Minot. Its 150 mile round trip that I do not want to make again. Hope this wasnt a mistake.Also no one told me what the $35.00 plan consisted of for minutes and texting. UPDATE: Was back at the Verizon store this morning and still could not receive calls so the person helping me put in a new SIM chip and yippee I have a phone. THANKS TO ALL THE STAFF THAT HELPED MY UNTECH SELF. VERY GRATEFUL !!!!!!
I waited a very long time (an hour and a half) to find out that my warranty doesnt cover screens cracked from the inside. Its strange Ive never had that happen before. And Ive had MANY cell phones.This place is very understaffed. Its strange they cant afford to hire more people considering they are quite a bit more expensive. With a $100.00 deductible, it was a no brainer to find another carrierAnd so... we parted ways.I have never given any business such a low grade but they deserve it.My new carrier gave me prompt and thourgh attention and I am quite 😄 pleased.
Dont schedule an appointment. Just wander in and wear a mask.They prioritize walk-ins before appointments. The site says you are required to make an appointment. Dont waste your time waiting in the parking lot as others without one are served before you. We checked in several times and did not receive a notification that it was our turn.
Horrible customer service!! Absolutely do not care about the customer and only care about sales. Showed zero interest in answering the questions that I had.

Poor selection of phones, crApple, Samsung or pixel is all, no prices specs or even device model names by the devices so you dont even know whats what without taking to someone, and there always a line of people waiting. Will get my new device online and just change the SIM myself to get the device I want.

Good luck trying to get a hold of an actual person when you call their number. It always wants to send you through to a text or call their corporate number. I have been a Verizon customer for years and wow you have to jump through so many hoops just to have the smallest edit done to your account even if you are an account manager.
If you have any self-respect. If you have any plans to stay sane. If you want to be happy with what you pay for, DO NOT choose Verizon. I would love to share with you, my horrific experience at this store. However, let me preface, DAMON, and a few others I worked with today have my UTMOST RESPECT. They are NOT the problem, they did everything they could for me. Verizon is the problem. If youd like to know WHY I wish I had never signed up with Verizon, read the image attached. I apologize if it is blurry, it is the best I could do since Google wouldnt let me attach anything. For those of you working at this store, I apologize in advance for what you have to put up with tomorrow morning at 11am when I get there.

This is our 2nd purchase here. 1st time was 5 STARS. We came in yesterday to get my daughter her 1st smart phone. I think next time we’ll just get one online. Order #264382. Harley helped us wasn’t much help at all. He acted like he wanted his commission QUICK and now get out!! We didn’t know how to set up a new phone, And this guy sure acted like we were in his way. And no there wasn’t customers waiting. Hey if we are expected to set up our phone we’ll get it online. Not only that! We would have gotten a better deal online. If you don’t want our business we’ll take it somewhere else. I know I can’t let him ruin it for everyone. The rest of the employees there seemed really nice. Also check your bill and Verizon plan Harley added stuff to our plan we didn’t ask for and also tried to push extras with the phone he said were Necessary and were Not.
I went to an authorized Verizon dealer first I was trying to help a friend get his new pH connected we were told only a corporate store could help change a forgotten pin so we went there and the sign on the door said open today at 10 am however.they are closed I drove for an HR to discover this so twice I had to go to Minot and corporate store is not open so my friend has a new phone that cannot be activated I tried online and was told a corporate store is the only way would be fine except store is not open my friend is talking about just switching carriersD
Wonderful service here! I’m sure all the associates here are excellent, we dealt with Jeremy two days in a row and he was able to get us exactly what we needed. He’s fun and he knows his stuff. It took a total of 7 hours over 2 days do get our Verizon phones upgraded and figured out, but he kept us entertained and he was very fun to work with. Definitely ask for Jeremy and your trip to Verizon will be very pleasant!

Im so happy to be leaving verizon after 6 years with these guys. I paid $120 for 2 lines. Now im paying $10 a month per line with my family plan on T mobile. I will never go back to verizon. So glad T mobile is now offered in North Dakota.

Seamless and great customer service! The associates at this Verizon store were friendly and helpful, even the ones not directly helping us. It was a great first impression of Verizon! My husband and I went into Verizon this evening to talk with a representative about discontinuing my plan because I wanted to switch carries and also talk about unlocking my phone. The man that helped us had potential, but he was so arrogant it took away from that. He acted as if it was common knowledge that you don’t even have to go in store (when online it says IN STORE) and that iPhones unlock immediately after purchase (when our new carrier made it clear to MAKE SURE it was unlocked because Verizon has a rep of not wanting to unlock their phones). Even if that is common knowledge to most people, it wasn’t to us, and I did not appreciate getting spoken to like I was stupid.Good thing I did contact a Verizon representative when I got home because I would in fact have been billed again next month because we didn’t disconnect completely online.Bad experience.
Jermey helped get me set up with a new phone and he was awesome! He was very thorough in explaining everything to me and made a usually very tedious task into a great one. He also got me set up with a new wireless charger and Im very excited to use it!

Great service only reason I gave a 4 is I had to go back because the guy picked out a charger for my phone that didnt fit. He gave me two options and the one I picked was for a 2mm smaller phone. I know the Verizon store cant regulate the phone sizes but its quite frustrating when the phones would have that tiny of a difference and you have to buy a new case. Good deal for the case maker .

Nothing against Verizon as a whole. If you have to go to any of the stores go to the one connected to the mall. I came in with a battery issue on my phone and they referred me to this location because I was told they could handle it better, and also given another number in case this store couldn’t help me (thankfully). JORDAN and another employee (who was very nice and looked at my phone as best he could) “helped” me. Jordan was rude when I told him I’m sure my battery is draining more than normal, “Well we’re trained in this so I can’t take your word” and proceeded to let me know they could do nothing else but say turn your brightness down. I walked out and just contacted Apple tech from the number the previous store gave me. I won’t be back.
Bring a phone charger, cuz your going to wait a while. Nice facility and friendly staff. Even with a few customers, they seem to take a while. Just make sure you go there knowing what you want and it goes by smoothly. Research plans and phones to help them better help you. Overall great experience!
The people working were helpful and friendly but its just crazy they dont have any of the phones marked and priced you have to have an associate tell you everything.
Casey was very helpful in showing us what options we had for new lines and upgrades. He has helped us before and is knowledgeable about the specials and discounts we qualify for.

Amazingly helpful staff, friendly environment for kids (iPads with games installed) and a great selection of phones and accessories. They actually saved me $10 a month on my bill, bundled an accessory package which saved me $65, and were very knowledgeable! If you dont have Verizon, I strongly encourage you to get it and go to this store...theyre awesome!
I normally dont write reviews, but I have never been in a Verizon store that has made their customers wait this long for service. We are currently at the store now and Im writing this review as it has already been 45 minutes since we got here and have NO indication how much longer our wait will be. When we walked in, it took someone 10 minutes to come greet us and ask why we were here. Then they signed us in, what ever that means. The manager did not tell us how long of a wait, or where we were in line. Throughout our wait we have recieved zero updates on how long it would be before we would see someone. I have no problem waiting, especially if a store is busy, but to have no idea how long I have to wait or someone checking in is an absolute joke. As we speak there are 3 people behind the counter. One has made eye contact with us multiple times and offered no help, one is on their personal cell phone, and the other is biting her nails.Customer wait time is WAY too long. Both times my husband and I have come in to the store the wait time to get help is no less than 40 minutes.So moral of this long story, expect your visit to have an extremely long wait with no updates on wait times.

I am satisfied with verizon, and the whole Verizon crew at this corporate location, With the exception of one person. The chubby guy rocking an undeserved beard, with the black frames. He offered no friendly help or assistance, and he also was quite persistant about me not being in his presence. This dude is a total dick, if you are reading this, stay away from this person. Dont let this review shy you away from this store. Everyone in this store all good people, except for the guy who looks like he just left a Mumford and sons concert.

Was in there recently. a friend had messages randomly deleted from a friend who passed away. Along with messages from others. instead of helping my friend retreive the lost messages, or finding a way to prevent future losses. they tried to sell them a new phone. they even had the nerve to check their own personal phone during it. was so offended about how they didnt even try to help. and only cared about trying to make a sale. this really dissapointed me. Please avoid Verizon.

Had a bad experience switching from contract customer to pre pay. They told me I had paid up my old contract and I wouldnt receive any further bill. Of course 2 months later I receive a threatening bill for moneys owed on previous bill and no way to contact the person that assured me I was paid up. Hard to get a person on line so I had to travel 80 miles to a store and they still couldnt help me.

Very disappointed with the customer service.. my boyfriend and I were confused about a phone connection and we received no helpful information and nothing but bad attitude the entire time! And when the manager joined the worker, I was again mistakened thinking he would help, he only made things worse!! Not impressed...

Every experience Ive had there has been horrible!! The wait is forever and theres always 12 workers walking around with their heads up their ass. I agree with the other comment about the guy with the beard. He has always made it worse for me when I go in there for the simplest things hell make it into a huge ordeal. And has not a clue what hes even talking about! Super annoyed with that place! My phone charger over heated so customer service told me to take it into verizon...ok...so I did...waste of my time and pist me off the rest of the day. I will not ever go back!! Ill go get a 80s flip phone before I have to deal with them people😝
