Workers turned customers away for not wearing masks when they were not wearing masks so I dont see how thats good buisness the two dudes that were working are rude

Very nice staff, cams right up and offered to help me. Quick service, literally searched for my boyfriends shoes so he dodnt have to leave without any. It was so nice!!! And there was some nice sales!

Went in to get basketball shoes for my son. 5 employees working all where either on there phones or visiting with friends. We stood there for at least 10 minutes and not one of them can over to help. Went to Scheels got what we needed and had the best customer service. Will not be coming back to this store. Maybe someone should watch the video footage and see how much business you are losing.

Ive always loved foot locker but lately it seems they dont care about customer service or making a sale. Corporate is no help. I was overcharged for my ten year old daughters cross country running shoes and rather than help fix the problem the manager came out guns blazing mad because someone dare question a sale even though the sign clearly showed the discrepancy. Divest from there and invest in purchasing from original retailers. Dakota Sq Mall Foot locker is the worst in the state of North Dakota.

Apparently, only one guy works there and the other 4 are there to talk to each other! Once the tall blonde guy went to lunch, we could not get the employees to stop talking to each other and help us. Awesome service from the blonde man...the rest of you suck. Watched many customers leave without any service at all!

Went into store at about 6pm sat. 4-2-16 Looking to purchase a pair of Jordans. After 10 minutes I found a pair. I tried getting attention of the 2 workers sitting on the counter of the cash register but they were busy in a conversation. The other worker was busy with the only other customer in the store. When I did get some help the worker was rude like I was wasting here time. Avoid this place if you can!
