The women behind the counter...didnt even look me in the eyes when see answered my question...she was too busy texting on her phone. Good help is hard to find.

They need better costumer service training.. I mean even one person with a good attitude would be nice. Stores clean always though.

I think covid-19 has made the place not very friendly, no help or suggestions. Prices are still reasonable.

Awesome store and very helpful staff! Was just in there this week and I was frustrated that I kept get creases in my makeup from expression lines in my face. They helped me find a great primer and skin care that actually WORK. Could not have been more pleased with my purchases! If I could remember the girls names I would have mentioned them, but I definitely recommend the store and will continue to shop there! I was so impressed with their knowledge of the products they carry! Great job ladies!

Please dont listen to that other knuckle head. That gay they have working there (whos name is Thomas, by the way) is the sweetest man youll ever meet. Hes been nothing but abundantly friendly to both my husband and I every single time weve been in there. Ive found so many friends in that store, Rachel, Alexis, Leah, and Nicole are all so nice and I honestly keep going back for them. Im afraid to go into some makeup stores because of how snobby the workers can be but honestly, this Sephora has such a family vibe. I love it!

Zero Stars! Terrible! Although I went looking for something specific that they did not carry, the two gals there offered no help to find something else. It was more of a to bad, bye experience.

To the one bad review, that gay was one of the best customer service reps I have ever experienced. He made me look fabulous and did a contour job that would make Kim K. blush and to said bad review I would like to say good day sir.
