Haven’t gotten my hair cut my anyone else in at least 8 years; I’d usually do it myself scared that the hairdresser wouldn’t give me what I wanted/liked. And let me tell you; Celia did the most amazing job and getting me back to who I really am!!! She’s amazing!!!

This was my first time ever going into an ulta store. I received help instantly and with out any attitude, she was very helpful, friendly and relatable. The cashier was also very friendly and informative at the same time as asking my personal opinion on gels because she had never tried them before but has been curious. I spent more than I expected but the experience was well worth it, and I received exactly what I went in fir and more I didnt even realize I needed :)

*****Update****** So I was able to schedule my hair fairly quickly. By the Best I might Add** ( Kathy) she works so effectively and cleaning all the time we moved. She got my Spiral Perm spot on. I didnt want it tight just wanted to ad some body back into my hair. Tired of the All Straight look. Then asked her if she could do my Eyebrows as Well . She did Such an amazing job cleaned them up really nicely. Highly Recommend Kathy for any services!! I wont or atleast try Not to let Anyone else do my hair, but her been following her for awhile now. Love her. I guess I can post pictures, but my Perm turned out So Good!! Still holding too.

I love Ulta. The employee wish I would of got her name, but she was excellent. She helped find me my product that was out of stock on the shelf. She searched everywhere and found the last one for me. She was awesome and very kind. The store is always fun to visit, so many good products to buy and alot to look at.

KATHY D is the only hair stylist for me! I moved to Maryland to care for my mother, and can only come home once or twice a year. I follow Kathy wherever she takes her scissors for a biannual haircut. Whoever hires and keeps her MUST be a good business.

When I tell y’all Kathy is hands down the most wonderful and pleasant hair beautician, I mean that with everything in me! I went in for an impulsive haircut with a reference photo and she brought that to life with my hair. I would recommend her to anyone wanting a haircut. She is amazing!

Shopping there is great, the hair salon I had an issue with, the stylist didnt do what we had discussed completely, I did call back and they were more than happy to have another stylist correct it. I was very grateful for correcting it but it is was definitely way over priced!!!!!!!!

Never get your eyebrows done here!!! For three months now I have had rashes above my brow line I can not get rid of. I asked nicely for them not to put any cream on my eyebrows afterwards but she did anyways. I had told the gal doing them I break out quite badly afterwards, and to refrain from using anything else. She quickly said there’s “no pores” on or around your eyebrows and not to worry....inexperienced and not very knowledgeable about skincare. Not to mention they now wax your eyebrows in the middle of the store in front of people. Very awkward and quite weird. I do DO NOT recommend to anyone. I used to love going here to get them done, it’s very disappointing now...

Booked a haircut online with Kathy. She is friendly, listens to what you want & then follows through with exactly that. The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is due to the fact that, when I was trying to find the correct shade of foundation, I could not utilize their testers of the product to make sure I had the correct color. They had all been taped down and there were sign stating that customers werent allowed to touch the testers...that they were there to look at only. What sort of cosmetic store doesnt allow their customers to try on a product to ensure they purchase the correct shade? That, right there folks, is a prime example of how fanatical the managers of these companies can get in the wake of all this COVID-19 virus hype.

Kathy Duchsherer is amazing. She cuts my 89 year old Mother’s hair exactly like she likes it. Kathy treats you more like family than a customer. If your looking for someone to have cut your hair for years, Kathy Duchsherer is the woman for you.

I was pretty dissatisfied with my experience at ulta today. I went to ulta to look for the Aztec healing clay mask but would have settled on a similar mask if they didn’t have one. There weren’t too many people in the store but no one came up to help me as I walked around for ten minutes. I finally went up to the cashier and she told me that they didn’t carry it. I asked if they had anything similar and she just said no sorry. It’s a huge store and she has not one recommendation. She asked her coworker who was standing right by her and she just no and walked away. They were completely unhelpful even though they weren’t busy at all. It was very disheartening.

Depending on who you get to help you, is variant in what kind of experience youll have. But overall most are knowledgeable in the department area they are in.

I usually have a decent experience at Ulta in Minot. Today unfortunately was not great. I wasn’t greeted, I wasn’t asked if I needed help(which I did). Mupltiple employees walked by me and didn’t acknowledge I was even in the store. I did ask for help, the lady was pleasant. I went to pay at the register and no one was there. I waited for about 5 minutes. I finally went and found an employee. She didn’t apologize or say anything. When I spend $90 on 3 items the employees could at least act thankful you are shopping in the store.

They reschedule me, without letting me know. I came in for my new arrive time apt and took the longest time to even get what I was getting done. The timing on everything was so cluttered, they need to get their scheduling figured out. Overall was a hassle but my hair came out somewhat decent. Next time Ill just go to Ulta in Bismarck.

Thank you Ulta in Minot for reminding me why I shop exclusively at Sephora. I came in today and it was NOT busy. I was NOT greeted and I did need help finding something. I was ignored by all the associates in the store, to include the manager, I guess the managers upcoming work trip was far too important to talk about after finding out you could bring a friend than to help little old me. After wandering around for about 20 minutes I took what I could find by myself to the register. An associate fresh off the clock cut in front of me and the manager rang her out while barking orders at her asking if she clicked out on time and did she do her duties. Finally I was checked out, the manager still barking orders at the associate ringing me up. No good bye, thanks for coming in...NOTHING. receipt in the bag? is all I got. I know I dont layer on the makeup like Im headed to the club after work, but I like nice makeup and tools too. Ill stick to Sephora.where I get the help I need EVERY TIME!

Horrible customer service reps that seem to think that matte foundation belongs on uber dry skin and that a girl almost as white as a sheet of paper color matches to a tan/yellow foundation. Take your money elsewhere

I feel this Minot ulta doesn’t have juvias place foundation because their racist lets be clear they have the eyeshadows but why not foundation cause the white people was completely complaining about the shade range which juvias place have all shade ranges just more of a darker range they have 10 shades of white ranges how many shades does white people come in not that many they just wanna complain about everything racist jerks and me and my friend called and they always had a uncomfortable reply towards why they didn’t have it with a little rudeness

I love Ulta, especially around the holidays, the sales are worth watching for!

I reccomend December, she was very helpful. She helped me find the right make up for my skin and she even tested the color on my face on found the perfect color.
